There were complaints about cleaning, but chocolates taken from home did wonders. You leave it on the bed - and voila, they will even lay out a figured blanket for you. If you put it in the bathroom - they will change all the towels, put soaps, shampoos and toilet paper))) Although you can just go to the reception and say what is missing.
There was not just a lot of food, but in my opinion, too much. Delicious pastries in the morning. At lunch, there are always several types of meat and fish. During the day, amazing Turkish pancakes were baked in the snack bar by the pool, the woman who makes them is just a magician, you can watch how she rolls out the dough endlessly))) Dinner was the most varied. Lots of fruits. Desserts are a separate story. We didn’t try them all in a week, but what we ate was incredibly tasty.
Young boys work in the bar, they are very friendly, they understand Russian well. Wine red, rose, white. The gin is of good quality, but they pour little because the Germans lap it up like crazy. The bartender laughed and said that they used forty bottles a day.
The territory of the hotel is clean and well-groomed, a lot of greenery. There are two pools. One large and the second internal. There is a slide in the big one, it worked from morning to evening. Plus the hotel has its own beach. But the beach just let us down. I can’t say that it’s been just as long as they write. Walk to it for about seven minutes. There are enough sunbeds on it, but they are quite far from the water. And since the sand is hot in the sun, walking along it to the water without shoes is very problematic. We didn’t care because we don’t go to Turkey without corals. So we swam without any problems. The main thing is that the sea is clean and very warm.
The hotel had a lot of entertainment and a disco, and a Turkish night and a circus program, and some other musicians came. In short, if you don’t want to go anywhere in the evening, you will be entertained to the fullest. Around the corner, about two hundred meters away, there is a huge METRO supermarket, where you can buy all Turkish sweets and souvenirs three times cheaper than in local shops. A little further ALANIUM market is the same. On the 101 bus for five liras, you can get to the city center and ride the funicular, see the ancient fortress and go shopping.
On the way to the beach near Kamal, you can choose any tourist route much cheaper than the tour operator.
In general, you need to go on vacation with good emotions and mood, and then everything will be fine with you!
Peace and goodness to all!
The room is dumb (the laminate is dead, the balcony door is not locked, good audibility from the street and from the hotel courtyard)
Animation no-screaming muzlo, entertainment such as burst assholes balls, etc. , etc. (narcissistic Turk and two passive twins)
Food more or less (there was a choice, but on the verge).
The beach is a complete misunderstanding - go 20 minutes in the heat, dodging the Turks-drivers... ((Boulders at the entrance, old umbrellas, mattresses on sunbeds)
The bar only wretched Turkish swill.
Swimming pool not heated.
Busy shopping streets nearby.
In general, for those, like me, who save on their vacation, and then moan and lament...
Good reviews from those eccentrics who fell for the competition from the cunning owner for a free week of rest in this hotel ((
Manager Tatyana behaved extremely aggressively, even frighteningly, we did not expect this, to put it mildly. The hotline just accepted the application....As a result, we are on the road for 12 hours, the time is 22.30 local time, and we still do not have a number.
Weird attitude towards guests. We hope that you have familiarized yourself with all the conditions for settling in this hotel in advance.
We are just in shock.
We were moved by 40 people, so there was a fuss. Not everyone wanted to leave their homes, although not everything suited them there.
4* hotel. As for me, he more than fulfills his stars. We were settled in the main building (unequivocally lucky). Room on the 6th floor, with a beautiful view of the Alanya fortress. Spacious, clean, brand new room, with a large bed, beautiful renovation, large beam, clean bathroom. Pictures on the walls. The air conditioner is quiet, although the remote control is given on a deposit of $ 5, the main thing is not to lose the receipt, they are returned upon departure. In general, the room is excellent. In the old building, they said it was worse.
Nutrition. This is a separate issue. There is a lot of food, it is tasty, varied. It was a shame to leave something on the plates. Tea in teapots on the summer terrace all the time, vending machines with coffee, cocoa, milkshakes and UPI are available. Drinking water in coolers, like everywhere else. There were also snacks and sweets for tea during the day and soup at night. In general, stock up on mezim if you are prone to overeating. Or go ahead and buy clothes one size larger!
The beach is a 15 minute leisurely walk. Umbrellas, sun beds, sun loungers, towels can be taken at the reception. We got to the beach 1 time, already at the end of the holiday, we didn’t swim. People said that entry into the sea is not very good. We went to Cleopatra.
Animation at the hotel is quite active, evening programs, cartoons for children, kids disco.
I really liked the girls at the reception, they speak Russian well, they are lively, they can correctly “send” Perm boors! All requests and appeals were fulfilled, they provided assistance if necessary. The staff is polite, not intrusive.
The hotel is clean, waiters and cleaners are very efficient.
Swimming pool with a slide, the water is cool, a lot of sunbeds near the pool. There is a snack bar where cakes with cheese are baked from 16.00. Alcohol at the bar is quite alcoholic, they give out 2 cups per hand at a time.
The hotel is located almost in the central part, on Tuesdays a big market comes - vegetables, fruits, souvenirs and light industry achievements - gussi and versaisi! You can walk to Bim, Migros markets. You can also walk to the Alanyum shopping center.
Wifi is available throughout the hotel. Both in the rooms and everywhere. Speed, of course, is not enough to download movies, but for communication, social networks - it’s enough.
Impressions from the hotel are very good. Yes, it is not for those who need the sea at hand, but walking and shaking what they have eaten is very useful! Would we return to this hotel? Definitely! We liked everything.
The hotel itself and the rest in it leave an ambiguous impression and memory.
Firstly, we were settled in a nearby hotel, simply put before the fact and said that this is their 6th building!! ! Although this is a separate hotel with a different name, with its own reception, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. To our indignation, we were told that we were provided with a room even better than ours, with laminate flooring and a flat-screen TV. That is, we should be immensely happy from their impudence!! ! But since we continued to insist, they offered to come in the morning the next day and after the release of the rooms we would be relocated.
The next morning we had a meeting with the hotel guide (Shahin), where we heard that we were not the only ones with check-in problems, people complained that the rooms were terribly dirty and asked Shahin to deal with the problem. He categorically refused to solve problems with settlement. And in general, he answers any questions with reluctance and a favor. He is only interested in 2 questions: will we buy an excursion and change the currency at the "anniversary" rate!!!
After hearing stories about other rooms, we decided not to risk it and stay in our room (albeit small and old, but clean). And even this room was cleaned and towels changed once a week.
Shahin also offers to go to a Turkish goods store with obligatory visits to a jewelry or leather store. Of course, see for yourself, but it's a waste of time. They bring it to a consumer goods store with expensive prices, and leather and jewelry at exorbitant prices. It is better to go for 3 lira to the center of Alanya and there you can easily walk, choose, bargain. On Mondays, a market comes to the hotel.
Secondly, just so that people know and can consciously decide whether to go to this hotel or not, I want to tell you about its location, because it is not clear from the description and photo on the site. This is a city hotel, not even a second coastline. Whatever room you are settled in, the windows will either face the road, or the restaurant, or the wasteland, or the animation. The territory near the hotel, where you can take a walk, etc. , does not have a single square meter. 4 Anex buildings have some greenery, and there are 3-4 trees near the main building. It's just a hotel building in the city, surrounded by a fence!! ! But close to shops, market.
The restaurant is not a restaurant, but just a dining room, which is ALWAYS very noisy and crowded. And also a lot of cats that climb on the tables and drag food from the plates!!!
But the food is good and varied. Of course, without frills, carving and other decorations of dishes, but you will not be hungry. The range of fruits is very poor.
Dirty dishes are removed from the table very quickly, the dishes are washed in dishwashers, the plates are taken out hot.
For the first time I see a hotel in which there are no teaspoons (only plastic sticks! ), Turkish amruds instead of tea cups. Maybe someone will think that this is nitpicking, but to be honest, this is inconvenient and most hotel guests pour tea into several coffee cups.
Thirdly, the most important thing for which people go to rest on the coast is the sea and the beach.
It is quite far to go to the sea (more than 450 m. declared in the description) along the road passing through the backyards of the hotels and with fairly busy traffic. Along the way, you also need to cross a road with very busy traffic (there is an underground passage, but the descent into it for strollers is only on one side of the road). The beach itself is sandy, clean, there are sun loungers and umbrellas, the sea is clean. We were a week and there was not a single day of calm, constantly waves, because of which the entrance and exit to the sea is problematic. But it's fun to ride the waves. It is problematic with small children.
Animation in the hotel is good. Every evening a new program (either they conduct it themselves, or they invite acrobats, jugglers, etc. ). I can’t say anything about the kids club during the day (we went without children), but judging by the evening children’s animation, the children of the animators know and love. Every evening, children are given gifts for daytime contests, as well as each child with a lollipop. It is felt that the hotel management pays attention to animation.
About Wifi, which is a little lively and not always, a TV that is tuned only to Turkish channels, the absence of light bulbs in the sconces, handles on furniture and other similar trifles, I did not even begin to write. Even though it's the little things that add up. . .
From all of the above, the hotel has pros and cons.
Pros: good food, good animation, mostly friendly staff, clean beach and sea.
Cons: rudeness at the reception and accommodation not in accordance with the booking, poor-quality room cleaning, small territory and city noise, remoteness from the sea.
We concluded that the price does not match the quality and service category of the hotel, and the hotel is not suitable for families with young children.
I'll start the story with the fact that we arrived at the hotel at about 19:30
check-in went quickly at the reception there were two Turks who filled out a questionnaire very quickly, took a deposit of $ 5 for the remote control from the air conditioner and sent it to the room.
And then the TRESCH room begins in the old building No. 1108 at the entrance to the elevator, we almost step on the cat's feces (cats wander around the atelier without paying attention to others) the stench is terrible.
We go into the room and we see that it doesn’t smell like 4 stars here, ala the USSR, the furniture is collapsed, there is mold on the walls in the shower, the shower itself is broken, there is no smell of damp mustiness, there are two rooms, but the conder is in one, so I had to huddle in three bed (I am a wife child 8 years old)
I go down to the reception, I try to explain to the Turk that we are not satisfied with this number, I get an answer that in the morning there will be a senior to him and contact either the hotel guide.
In the morning there was a meeting with the hotel guide, I say that I am not satisfied with the number, I get an answer, contact the place where you bought the ticket.
After calling the tour agent, they called me back from the Coral company and asked me to come to the reception desk with a problem. I was asked to wait until Saturday when the room was free or stay in it.
On Saturday we were moved to room 606 in the main building, the room is good, the furniture, plumbing is new, the air conditioner works well, a large double bed and one single bed for a child, and the room matched the photo of the hotel on the site.
Now about food:
The food is a good variety of meat vegetables fish fruits a lot of food was enough for everyone and there was always, if it ended they were taken out immediately and filled with hungry people. A very large selection of desserts and very tasty.
There is only one bar, and almost always there is a line at the bar with an assortment of small beer, red white wine, gin, crayfish, vodka, and a couple of liquors. in order for the child to take cola or sprite had to stand in line, the water in the hotel bottled coolers are on the floors and on the territory.
The beach is clean, sun loungers are always free to go to the beach for min 10-12, there is a bar on the beach (for a fee), though water and concentrates are freely available. farther from the coast so as not to hurt the legs, the sea is deep.
The territory is not big but green and more or less clean.
So the impression of the rest is twofold, sort of like they are satisfied, but it seems like they are not.
