Two days since we arrived from vacation. We rested in this hotel. Immediately upon arrival, we were settled in the wrong room in which we were supposed to (for this room we paid extra 40 US dollars per person). When we contacted the reception with this problem, the hotel manager named Tatyana (Tulay Tekcul) replied in a very rude manner that this room also applies to the standard and they will not change anything. After that, I contacted my manager of the travel agency, who later wrote to me that the above-mentioned hotel manager replied to her that "She had already moved us and brought wine and fruit to the room as compensation. " Of course, she blatantly lied. We ended up staying in this room. Also, the TV did not work in our room, which we reported to the reception to the same manager, again no reaction.
