1. Full hotel sleep. There were also other nationalities, but 90 percent of them are a dream!
2. Hotel, Room, WiFi. The hotel has 3 buildings. We went to the hotel, we were given the keys to the room in the second building, we went into the room and the first thought was that this room should be changed, that was the thought right away! There was a double bed, very shaky, no mattress. At the reception, for an additional fee, they changed the room to another one in the 3rd building, this room was already a little better, you didn't want to run away from it right away, but it was also not without nuances. There is mold in the sink, the location of the air conditioner is "TOP" - directly on the bed, that is, it will not work to turn on the air conditioner at night. the entire floor is tiled, the refrigerator does not cool. WiFi is free only in the lobby and is very slow, but the paid one covers almost the entire territory of the hotel + the beach and the speed is quite normal, the price seems to be 3 days - 5$ and a week, if I'm not mistaken - 12$. "Tip boxes" are everywhere, as far as I'm concerned, this is bullshit.
3. Food.
You can not worry about excess weight after vacation! ) Breakfast, lunch, dinner - the food was as monotonous as possible. I will try to write in detail and start with what I liked. I liked grilled zucchini and eggplant, only those cut into circles. Once I had fried chicken (backs with skin), I also liked it. There were also fried or stewed chicken legs a couple of times. Trout was also well done. Several times I had mashed potatoes, and peasant-style potatoes were also good. Fresh vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, salads - as simple as possible from fresh vegetables, fruits. There is coffee and tea and they are normal. That's probably all.
Now about what I didn't like about the food. All that type of meat is either soy, or meat cut into souffle, tastes fresh. I tasted pasta once, it tasted sour. Grilled or fried vegetables are also specific, 70 percent of the food will be quite spicy. Desserts are also tasteless, they look different, but taste the same.
Food will be almost the same every day. You will not remain hungry, but you will not be in a hurry to eat. The smell in the "restaurant" is kind of specific and there are a lot of flies.
4. Bars. You can forget about the fact that you will somehow get drunk from the alcohol that will be offered to you at the bar. All drinks are poured into 200ml plastic cups. Half a glass of beer (I'm sure it's diluted) is poured, and the other half a glass of foam. Gin and tonic - gin 20 ml/all other schweps. Shmurdyak wine is rare. Cocktails are free - terrible, but there is a price for normal ones at the bar, the price is ~$10. When asked to pour more alcohol because these are ridiculous "doses", the bartenders answer that they have limits and they cannot pour more. The most excitement will be when you ask for ice, and it is poured into a glass with your bare hands - this is very common at the pool bar!
5. Beds. As everywhere you have to "reserve" a towel, if the hotel is fully occupied, it will definitely be a problem to find a free bed - this is about both the beach and the pool.
6. Animators.
The program at 21:00 is quite interesting and something new every day. I can't say anything about other activities of the animators, since we only went to the show at 9:00 p. m.
7. Water slides. They work according to the schedule of only a couple of hours a day.
8. The beach. As you can read in other comments on various resources, a liquid similar to clear water flows on the beach with brooks of unknown origin, the brooks flow more actively in the evening and have a rather unpleasant smell. I personally saw how hotel workers first dug up one of the most active streams, filled it with cement or another construction mixture and buried it back. The beach is sandy, the seabed is sandy, the water is very clear.
9. Territory and sea view. The territory is not bad, of normal size, quite green. The view of the sea and the bay itself, where the beach is very beautiful!
You can walk only on the territory of the hotel, because there is a road immediately outside the hotel and there is nothing else entertaining or beautiful to look at.
Why a driveway? My sneakers (worth $100, in good condition) were stolen from me from the hotel's storage room, which is located right at the reception. I arrived in the morning, before lunch, of course, no one is ready to check you in - and at the reception they offered to leave things, as they do in all hotels. I have vacationed in Turkey and Egypt more than once, and everything was always in order, when you leave your things at the reception, the employees promise to look after them, you trust them. So it was here. After checking in, I took my suitcase and backpack and did not find my sneakers next to the suitcase where I left them - but at that moment I forgot about them, because I had flip flops on my feet. I settled. When she discovered the loss, she began to try to find sneakers.
There were suggestions that the guests could move them to the storage shelf to put their suitcases (by the time I picked up my suitcase, this little room was crowded due to new suitcases). Unfortunately, I did not find my sneakers in the storage room. At the reception, I tried to find out: maybe there is some place where they put things forgotten by tourists and my sneakers there? However, in response, she received blatant rudeness. A young receptionist (unfortunately, because of the shock, I didn’t even think to ask his name), for some reason he began to react extremely emotionally (although I turned to him as politely as possible): he began to shout that if there were no sneakers in the storage room, then they had been thrown away (! ! ) or they were taken away by tourists - they say, what is still unclear, do not interfere with work! I was sure that there must be a place where forgotten things are stored, so I still tried to find out from him where it was.
The employee began to pretend that he did not understand Russian (or did he really understand poorly? ), And waved it off. I asked him to call my hotel guide - on his phone, since the Internet in the lobby is terribly bad, and the call via viber did not go through at all (to be honest, this is the first time I encounter such a bad Internet, in other fours where I used to rest, you can call via viber was). This young employee completely lost his temper - threw the phone at me, it seemed that he would hit me if he could. I explained the situation to the hotel guide, who in Turkish asked the receptionist to look for sneakers in the very place of forgotten things. To which the employee replied to the guide that he looked everywhere, but found nothing. In general, rudeness and a complete lie.
I realized that he would not help me in any way - and began to look for hotel employees who had been working there for a long time and might know about the existence of such a place.
I turned to the guard, but he did not understand either Russian or English at all. With the help of Google translator, I tried to explain the situation to him. He seemed to understand something, promised to look everywhere and left. I realized that I needed to somehow contact Guest Relations - a friendly woman Natalya, who spoke excellent Russian and could help guests - but it was evening, and she worked only until 16.00. I turned to the photographer, who spoke good Russian, to call Natalia (it was clear that apart from rudeness, nothing could be achieved from the receptionist, it was necessary to look for other options). The photographer began to lament that if he called her, then tomorrow she would make him a scandal - and he did not need it. I tried to explain that the hotel client had a problem and needed to be resolved as soon as possible.
It seemed to me that the loss of things (in fact - theft) does not happen in the hotel every day and this is an emergency situation, to which GR can devote a couple of minutes of his non-working time, but the photographer thought otherwise, it was not possible to persuade him.
I turned to the animation team (who obviously had been working at the hotel for a long time) - the most important one waved me off in the same way as the receptionist: they say that you were going to find - they were taken away by the hotel guests (a cool opinion about the guests from the staff, right? ). As a result, only one representative of the Hijabi animation team undertook to help me, for which many thanks to him! He was the only one who treated the problem as a problem, asked if the sneakers would be expensive, sympathized - and immediately dialed Natalya, but she did not pick up the phone. He sent her a voice message telling her the client had a problem, but she didn't respond either.
I returned to the reception and asked permission to see all the nooks and crannies there myself, in case I find sneakers (after all, the employee did not deign to work hard). I received a new wave of rudeness from an employee - but I checked every corner in the storage room, and at the reception itself (a meter from the employee) I found a box with things forgotten by tourists - clothes, creams. However, the shoes were not there. Why it was necessary to freak out and it was impossible to calmly look in this box is a mystery to me. And why do such unrestrained people work at the reception at all? Well, that says a lot about the level of the hotel.
And now I will tell you why this is not a hotel - but a brothel.
In general, with nothing I went to the room. I must say that I was alone, so I was alone in the room. Around 11 pm there was a knock on the door. I was glad that maybe someone found my sneakers! I open it - a guard is standing on the threshold, but without sneakers.
He began to write in Google translator that, they say, he looked everywhere and did everything he could. I said thank you and wrote that I would try to find out from Natalia tomorrow. Suddenly, he abruptly walked into the room, pushing me out of the aisle (I didn’t let him in) - and showed, they say, it’s hot in the corridor, and I have an air conditioner in my room. In a businesslike way, he sat down on a chair near the mirror. I read his name on the badge - Burak (easy to remember) - and got closer to the doors. He again began to write something in Google translator about the fact that sneakers might be found, I thought that maybe he would offer some other search option. However, he asked if I was resting alone, and then suddenly wrote: can I kiss you? How are you? ? The security guard of the Burak hotel - under the guise of help!! ! (Otherwise, of course, I would not have communicated with him for so long) - literally burst into the room in the middle of the night (no one invited him to come in !! ) - and began to harass.
It’s also good that he didn’t attack me - I was very scared, flew out of the room and began to kick him out. He got away.
The next day, I explained the problem to Natalia - she shrugged her shoulders: they say, these are your problems. I asked why there was no video camera in the storage room (as in other normal hotels, I once rested in a hotel where there was a camera even on the beach, and you could safely leave things). To which she replied that this was not a left-luggage office - but just a room, that the hotel was making concessions to you, giving you the opportunity to leave things there. And if something goes missing from there, the hotel has nothing to do with it.
And I thought that if they had said so right away, then I would have left my things in the lobby - and they would obviously remain intact, people would simply be afraid to steal in front of everyone (well, or would stay next to things).
And I’m inclined to believe that it wasn’t hotel guests who took the sneakers (on the beach, for example, nothing was lost, even though I took both an iPhone and a power bank with me, swam far and no one guarded my things). I’m almost sure that the sneakers were taken by the hotel employees (the guests may have rearranged them - and then, when they were left alone, the employees saw that they hadn’t been taken away and decided to take advantage of the situation. I don’t want to blame anyone, but my friend, who lives in Antalya, stole the sneakers she left in the hallway, so apparently someone here needs used sneakers.
Yes, there were nice friendly employees in the hotel, it was clear that the waiters, the woman cleaning the rooms, etc. tried hard - but I appreciate the work of the hotel as a whole, its level - and this just manifests itself when some kind of problem arises situation.
It immediately becomes clear whether they are ready to help you solve it - or whether this hotel (represented by key employees: reception, GR, security) spat on its guests. I had the right to receive this help, because, sorry, I left my sneakers not on the street under the fence - and not even on the beach, I left them at the RECEPTION in the STORAGE ROOM (it's good that I took the most valuable things and money with me to the beach ! ). In my case, instead of help or at least sympathy, I received rudeness, humiliation, lack of any security and a threat of rape from an employee who should PROTECT hotel guests.
Fact: I arrived at the hotel in good expensive sneakers - I left without them, and they poured mud over me for a lot of money.
So I strongly recommend choosing another hotel for your vacation - because if you suddenly have a problem situation (and no one is safe from this), then instead of relaxing in this hotel, you will get torn nerves and lose expensive things. Personally, after a holiday at the wonderful Aska Bayview Resort, I decided to give up vacationing in Turkey in general for the time being (there are too many questions for the hotel staff and those Turks who work in tourism). For a good rest, there are many other countries where tourists are welcome and they are really respected.
With a child, we cost 1400 € for 10 nights.
In principle, we are satisfied with the rest, we chose and read reviews for a long time (thanks to everyone for the reviews), we knew where we were going and all the surprises were not really a surprise for us.
But now I want to tell you about the rudeness and poor work of animation.
So, let's begin. On the first evening, I brought the child to the animation, which is indicated in the concept of the hotel and an announcement was posted on the stand: 20.30.
At 20.40 there was no children's entertainment yet, the animator bought it right in the DJ room, we went up to them and asked the question, when will it be? To which the presenter Taylan answered me that the children do not want to dance!!!!??? ? The conversation did not lead to anything, he refused to conduct the animation.
The next day, we went to the reception to Natalia's gesterlation, explained the situation, she promised to help.
In the evening, the animators turned on a couple of songs with a long delay, while the second animator, Hidazhi, or whatever it was, said that he was not a manager and that animation was not his concern.
We contacted reception again.
After this incident, all the animators stopped greeting us and pretended not to see us. Leading Taylan kicked out my child for 3 animations for not raising his hands up when he was in command.
The girl in the kids club frankly does not like children, after that she began to select toys and close the club ahead of time. I didn’t spend any games or entertainment at all during the opening hours of the club, I just sat and looked at the phone.
At the same time, she offered paid services: buy a T-shirt for $ 15 (well, of course, Turkey
There was also a conflict between Hidazhi and a tourist, whom he wanted to sell the lottery to. The tourist refused, the animator shouted and cursed loudly with her in Turkish.
At the same time, he constantly went to smoke on the playground (the very place).
The next day I went to apologize to this woman (we accidentally saw, I don’t know what she decided there about his incorrect behavior.
On the last day it was raining and the children and I again came to the kids club, where girls made bracelets from beads, but as soon as my child wanted to make a bracelet too, the Turkish girl took the bag with beads. Taylan immediately ran in and said that they say you already have a bracelet and it’s no longer allowed and that I generally need it, he leads the animation (at a very low level, 3 stones and that’s all.
Yesterday at the animation, he strongly stretched the hands of the children and ripped, while laughing. Two girls cried.

The Internet was its own (roaming). The hotel has free but very slow Wi-Fi at the reception or for a fee, $ 2 a day $ 12 a week, while there are a lot of routers in the corridor, the signal is good.

Room with a view of the sea and the pool, from the balcony you can watch evening performances (super), but... Music rumbles until 24:00!! ! You can close the balcony, but you can still hear it, and the air conditioner creaks.
In frustrated feelings, she did not know where to stop when choosing a new vacation spot.
There were 2 days left before departure.
From the wishes it was - it's beautiful nature around, comfortable clean water nearby, calm, quiet area, normal quality food. The conditions of the room are in last place, because the plans were to spend the night and spend the whole day in the fresh air.
I flew alone, the rest was planned to be calm, measured and aimed at relaxation, entertainment programs and the quality of the animators were not interested.
At random, choosing from the list of proposed hotels, I began to look at the photo of this one. I immediately fell in love with the views of nature and water. The only thing - I was worried, after reading some reviews, about living conditions and food, but the agency said that there would be nothing critical (I decided to agree through doubt).
When we arrived, we were given a room with a sea view on the 3rd floor. Room conditions were adequate, clean, tidy, cleaning was present, no problems arose, everything you needed was available. There was no elevator in the building, but the staff helped with the suitcase. I know cases where they paid extra for a room because of the views and location, but I don’t think this is a big problem, when buying a ticket, you can specify this information in advance if you want a sea view, if it’s a standard, then you’re lucky, you’re not lucky, and if the view I didn’t get caught at sea, then by paying extra you can buy it.
The area was exactly like the photo, beautiful, calm, comfortable. The staff is friendly.
Everything suits me in terms of food. There was enough and different food, fruits, vegetables, salads, side dishes, different meats, different preparations, fish, desserts, sweets, ice cream. I eat right, so I haven’t tried some things, like fast food, soda, alcohol. I repeat, I had enough of everything and choosing a hotel, I doubted in vain.
Sun loungers are mostly on a small pier, but there were always places, next to a mini beach from another hotel. Water with a smooth entry either from the beach or from the stairs of the pier, the depth near the pier is very small. The water is without waves and calm, transparent - the bottom was translucent, sand, in some places there were large stones, clean, you can see how the fish swim. Beautiful and very warm water, perfect for swimming.
BUT! There are signs - do not jump or dive from the pier, because it is not deep, and when the water is out in the evening it is even shallower, so refrain from frivolous extreme sports!
For those who want to relax on the beach, there is a city beach, 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel, the water is also good there.
There is a bus to the city, the nearest market is about 15 minutes on foot.
Hamam was a separate cherry on the cake, and my joy knew no bounds from visiting it. Initially, I did not plan a visit, but it’s good that they approached me.
After talking about the sessions, and after I was selected by a specialist, I was shocked by his professionalism/skills. I visited every day, one day I did a massage of a different style and with another person, which also met all the requirements. I have been doing massage regularly since childhood, for all the time I have observed the quality of many specialists, but I have never had such a level and result that had such a positive impact on my health. I am delighted, very grateful and glad that I managed to fall into such capable hands.

Tired a little at the beginning of the stairs to the beach, it's a little dumb, so with small children it's better not to go to this hotel and the inconvenient descent to the sandy piece of the beach! Yes, there is no descent as such at all! From the cliff to the sand you need to jump straight! And just as awkward to get up. Thanks to Sedat, the beach worker, he had mercy on the vacationers and, at our request, laid out steps from stone slabs. Because not only elderly people went down there, but also vacationers with children. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the rest, many thanks to all the staff and success!
The hotel area is small but cozy. Nice sandy beach with a pier. Since the neighboring hotel does not work, we can consider the beach as an individual one. The water is very clean.
They feed well. There are fish and meat. Also cooked on the grill. Without delicacies, but for this category it is very worthy.
There is Internet in the lobby, but it is very overloaded, as there is a lot of people sitting all the time. I bought paid Internet, for 3 days $ 5, it works everywhere on the territory.
