NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN TURKEY, SO THERE IS SOMETHING TO COMPARE WITH ...
Good afternoon!

I would like to share my impressions about the rest in Turkey from 01.07. 2019 to 08.07. 2019

About the hotel:

On the recommendation of an employee of one of the TUI offices, our family chose to stay at the 5* TUI FUN&SUN Miarosa Incekum Beach hotel.

In the big hope that the famously advertised TUKAN children's club operates on the territory and our two children, 2 and 8 years old, will be constantly busy with something, we were prompted to buy a tour to this particular hotel.

But, upon arrival at this hotel, we were faced with outright rudeness and extortion of money by the receptionist. Instead of the words "Welcome" or at least the word "Hello", our communication began with the question "Did you fill out the questionnaire? ". Naturally, we replied that we did not fill it out, since we had just got off the bus at 10 pm with two small children and wanted to get to our room as soon as possible.

The wife asked about a crib for a two-year-old daughter, which was written on the website of this hotel, to which we were told by the receptionist that we would not have any crib and that in general we were sold a standard room in which we were with my wife, mother and two it will be very crowded with small children (they say it is their own fault that you book the same rooms), but you can pay $ 15 per day and get a family room. This whole conversation was accompanied by a rather tense, negative atmosphere on the part of the receptionist, who, with all his appearance and manner of communication, said “how tired of you all are, these Russians are constantly asking for something and even demanding. We have a holiday season, and you are here climb with your bed. " With grief in half, we were still given electronic keys to the room and the whole family moved to the second building where our room was located.
A very friendly rapist boy helped us to bring things, but he didn’t manage to open our number the first and even the second time, because the keys that we were given didn’t work. The rapist opened our room with his universal key, we brought our things and went back to the reception to sort out this issue. At the reception they changed the keys for us and we safely went back to the room. But this time we didn’t manage to get into our room, because the replaced keys didn’t work again. As a result, the receptionist went with us to the room with other keys, which also did not work, and only after he called someone to help with a special programmer device, after 10-15 minutes of torment in the corridor on the floor, our keys suddenly worked , hallelujah! ! !

The unpleasant surprises didn't end there.
After a couple of days, we wanted to drink tea in the room in the evening (fortunately there was a kettle and tea bags), but the kettle did NOT WORK, it just did not turn on. I had to go to the reception along with the kettle at 10 pm to replace it (after all, we arrived at a 5 * hotel, where a priori everything should work and have a pleasant stay in this wonderful country). At the reception, the same employee told me “why did you bring the kettle? ”, because he can’t do anything, but only accept my request for a further replacement of the kettle. To my question "when will it be replaced? " he replied that "they will replace it now", I specified "within an hour? ", I was told that "yes, they will replace it within an hour". As a result, the kettle was replaced two days later, after I applied to the reception a couple of times with this problem, and at that moment, for my luck, there was some kind of technical employee near the reception who gave me information about the need to replace the kettle.
Within an hour, a boy came with another kettle, but he didn't work either. The boy left and an hour later returned, finally with a working kettle.

The curtain in the bathroom did not move well, because even before we moved into the room, she jumped off the roller thanks to which she moves. We are three adults and two small children, so we used the shower quite often and tried to close this curtain with a terrible creak and rattle. But at the request to correct it, at the reception they answered me only with promises, as in the case of the kettle. As a result, at the time of departure from the hotel, no one fixed the curtain.

On the eve of departure from the hotel, a small child stained the sheet of one of the beds, we called the reception with a request to change the sheet, because it was nightfall and we would have to sleep without a sheet. After the fifth call to the reception with the question "when will we change the sheets?
"we received another promise, after which we decided to sleep without a sheet, because there was no strength or desire to go to the reception to deal with this issue. And in the morning we were already flying home.

The guide warned us that if our flight is not rescheduled and we leave the hotel at night, then in the evening we need to warn the reception that lunch boxes with food will be prepared for us, because we do not get breakfast. To call this bun with a piece of pepper and Turkish sausage wrapped in cling film a "lunch box" does not turn your tongue. This is another proof of how the staff and management of this hotel treat their tourists, on whose account they live, as well as their reputation. (photo "lunch box" in the attachment).

About Toucan:

Such a cool concept of TUKAN children's clubs, unfortunately, has remained only a concept.

The club didn’t work on the territory of the hotel, it worked in such a way that not a single child was visible there (perhaps they were sitting in these colorful houses), but looking into a couple of them, we didn’t find any animators or any children there. According to the concept, animators could attract, invite children to this club as they invited to water aerobics, a game of volleyball. But unfortunately, the animators did not show any attention to the Toucan club. Therefore, with a two-year-old child, we went to this club only to swing on the swing for 10 minutes, because the eldest son, who is 8 years old, had nothing to do there. In this connection, the whole vaunted concept of the cool TUKAN children's clubs remained a mystery to us, we did not manage to fully experience it. Although talking with other tourists of the hotel, we came to the conclusion that many who arrived at this hotel fell for TUKAN, and as it turned out, nothing happens there.

About the flight:
We specifically booked the tour in advance, choosing, as it seemed to us, good round-trip tickets to fully relax for 8 days. But a day before departure, we learn that our flight to Antalya was rescheduled from 3 am to 2 pm, which threatened us with the loss of one day of rest. But flying back, we also lost one day of rest, because instead of 8 pm, the flight was moved to an earlier time of 7 am.

Of course, I understand that the planes are charter and it is simply not possible to predict the departure time, because it depends on many factors.
