We believed the info that is posted on the hotel website. The furniture in the rooms is often broken, the air conditioner does not work, there are no bathroom accessories, slippers, bathrobe. Cleaning is carried out once every three days superficially, the floors are not washed and the carpet is not vacuumed. Check-in to the hotel is strictly at 14-00. If you tip, they will check in earlier. The territory is not well-groomed, the floors in the restaurant are dirty, there are not enough dishes, tablecloths are dirty, drinks are served in disposable cups, the bartender or cook often serves food with bare hands, working without gloves. The stairs in the pool are broken, the water is cloudy, often debris floats. The staff is unfriendly, you feel guilty that they have to work. There are no changing rooms and no toilets on the beach. The beach is not cleaned from garbage. Wi-fi is weak, there is an old modem. Animators with a low cultural level ((
