The children's menu is terrible: barbecue wings, spicy to the point of madness, the same meatballs, sausages. Well, maybe someone's children can eat it.

The smell is simply beyond words. Walk 500 meters to the sea. Not only is it shallow (somewhere knee-deep), to enter at least 50 meters up to your shoulders, it is also dirty (bottle caps, garbage, bags, shoe insoles, wrappers , plastic bottles and glasses). But the worst thing is that the city sewer drain goes directly into the sea. The beach is not cleaned, overflowing trash cans, everything falls out and of course into the sea. Stink, around flies, ants and other insects.
We went to rest on the sea, but after vain attempts to see it clean, they even stopped going to it.
There is a water park on the territory of the hotel, consisting of 3 slides, but only 2 of them worked. You need to be careful with the slides because you can get damaged. They are at least 10 years old. The slides worked several hours a day. 2 hours before lunch, well, somewhere the same after lunch.
Again, the queue, BUT ...attention !!! ! Algerians could pass when they wanted and not stand in it. The child will not prove to a healthy UNCLE, forty years old, that the uncle is trying to skip the line.
The pool was not cleaned even once in 10 days. At the bottom of the pool, a slimy coating of an incomprehensible color formed. By evening, when all the dirt was lifted from the bottom, the water became simply cloudy.

The bathroom had a hair dryer, a couple of bars of soap and 4 bottles of shower gel (there was no shampoo), which were not replenished for 12 days, but they brought toilet paper)) Windows and a balcony overlooked a neighboring hotel and I'll be with greenery. After dinner, we had a shadow in our room and did not hear any disco or animation - silence, so nothing was changed. Cleaning is conditional. The garbage was taken out, but the ashtray on the balcony was not touched) Towels were partially changed (picked up at 10, returned at 16), then they gave too much, then they didn’t give it, but in the middle we had 2 bath towels and two small ones (if you want - for the face, if you want - for legs)). Bedding for 11 nights was not changed NEVER, only the top sheet was straightened.
Nutrition. Tablecloths - not heard. Napkins - 1 per hand.
Breakfast: monotonous - eggs, scrambled eggs (for some reason, semi-liquid), a couple of types of breakfast cereals, pieces of sausages stewed with yesterday's vegetables (a couple of times they were sour), croissants, several types of something like yogurt, honey, halva, tea, coffee.
Lunch and dinner - the pain of my entire holiday! Everyone has already written, but the administration stubbornly does not respond. Lunch and dinner: the queue was already 15 minutes before opening! To get inside you need to stand outside for 15-20 minutes (if you're lucky - under an umbrella, if you're not lucky - under the scorching sun). We enter - the line for the plates (plates with chips, but they still need to be received), waited for the plates - stop and wait for the forks-knives (while the waiter was carrying the forks, one fell, he picked it up from the floor and threw it into the general pile). And then either look for a free table, take it and go in line for food, or pick up food and then look for a free table. Then the queue for a side dish, meat, salad...
The choice of food is not bad: there was always potatoes, rice, spaghetti, a couple of times there was couscous. From meat: chicken, fish and either beef, or tuna steaks, or liver (chicken). They always grilled something, but I no longer had the desire to stand in line there. Assorted stewed vegetables can be spicy, especially when in gravy. A couple of times there were shrimps (5 pieces per plate - portioned), a couple of times there were crabs (2 large ones - portioned), but the shell is hard, and there is little meat in them. Not food, but rather as a supplement. There are few vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers (or zucchini), cabbage, spicy pickled platter and a couple of times there were beets. Two types of fruit: watermelon and either melon, or plum, or peaches, or grapes. There is a bar counter in the dining room (wine, fanta, cola, sprite), but there is also a queue there. There is ice cream on the open terrace in the evenings, but again there is a queue!
There are 2 food lines, one in the closed hall, the second on the open terrace (pancakes are fried there in the morning, and pizza is served there for dinner), but the entrance to the dining room is common. Distribution on the terrace closes at about 2 pm, even if there is a queue outside even after 8 pm.

If you arrive at 7 - 7.30 in the morning, you can take a seat under an umbrella, bring yourself a sunbed, you can get yourself a mattress. Somewhere around 9 o'clock, umbrellas and mattresses run out, and after 10 there are no free sun loungers. The sun loungers are plastic, the mattresses are wet after the rain (they are piled one on top of the other in the evening, so they have no chance of drying out). On the beach there is a counter with chemical drinks, coffee, tea, water, fanta, cola, sprite. There are no snacks on the beach (for those with children this may be important). There is a cafe, but it worked only in the evenings and it is paid. They pretended to clean the seaweed on the beach, but not for long.
Animation: children are delighted with the mini-disco (although hits from the 80s and 90s sometimes sounded there)). For adults - standard: Mr. Hotel, Mrs. Hotel, Pair competitions, dancing animators. But again, there are not enough places for everyone, tables and chairs are dragged from the reception hall, but this is not enough.
SPA-salon: to the left of the elevator (if facing), descent to the basement. There is a hammam, sauna, massage. The prices are moderate (hammam - 10 dinars, hammam + peeling + wrapping - 45 dinars, massage course 5 x 30 minutes - 200 dinars). Did a massage, loved it.

If you want to stand in lines for 25 minutes in the heat, then you are here. And so everywhere! Entrance to the dining room 25 minutes of waiting. Coffee 20 minutes of waiting, if you want a fork, spoon, plate, wait.

"08.30. 2018 my girlfriend signed a contract for the sale of the tourist product "Tunisia, hotel SOVIVA RESORT 3 *, 10d / 9n, tour operator ANEX TOUR", the cost of the tour for 2 people was 69291 rub. 00 kopecks..
According to the description from the official website https://www. anextour. com/tunisia/hotel/soviva-sousse - most of the services are not true:
SERVICES
• currency exchange - yes
• laundry (extra charge) - yes
• 3 tennis courts - NO!
• gym - NO!
• SPA center (for a fee) - yes (but according to reviews there is a risk of getting a fracture or infection)
• Wi-Fi in the lobby and by the large pool (free of charge) - connection is possible only at the reception and is not designed for the number of visitors, actual use is IMPOSSIBLE!
• Water aerobics - NO!
• beach volleyball - NO!
• Basketball - NO!
• safe at the reception (extra charge) - yes.
ROOMS
The hotel has 513 rooms.
The room includes:
bath / shower - yes
air conditioning, - (works only as a wind blower)
TV, - yes (only 2 channels work and this is with satellite TV)
phone, - there is just a phone that is NOT CONNECTED to anything!
mini-bar (extra charge) - NOT SUPPLIED!
balcony/terrace. - yes, the presence can be traumatic because the fence is not screwed.
Room categories:
• Standard room (20 sq. m. ) view of the garden or pool - in fact, a view of the fence of the neighboring hotel.
Check-in to the rooms was supposed to take place at 14:00, we arrived at the hotel at 18:00, however, the meeting guide from ANEX just dropped us off at the entrance and left without verifying the check-in of vacationers. Turning to the reception, they explained to us that the hotel is full and they are simply not ready to receive guests. Half an hour later, we were given room 1001 in Block A. the corridor of the block is not equipped with lighting (1 lamp for the entire corridor of 30 meters), the room was not cleaned (broken glasses, dirty carpets, garbage, food leftovers).
The room itself turned out to be no better - dirt on the walls, ceiling, unwashed floors, dirty bed linen and towels, dust on all surfaces, bare wires from the walls. They promised to change the room the next morning.
On the morning of 10.09. 2018, we turned to the ANEX hotel guide, who introduced herself to us as Nadezhda, about the inconsistency of the tour and the unsuitability for living in this room, to which she refused to help and explained that we must solve all the problems regarding accommodation on our own. Turning to the reception, we asked for a change of room, we were not refused, but the conditions did not improve much, there were 3 such room changes, we had to choose less dirty and safer for health - 2020.
There are no bedside rugs, the glass in the bathroom rests on 2 screws, the toilet is constantly leaking, dust, the fence is broken on the terrace, dirty towels with only 1 pc for two people, lack of shampoos and soap, a large number of cockroaches and ants. The staff does not respond to comments. Cleaning the room consists only in the theft of personal property (2 chargers for the phone) and money for a total of 50 dinars from the pocket of clothes. Again, they turned to the front desk and to a separate guide - no action was taken. It was also denied a call to the ROSTURISM hotline.

On the fourth day drinking water ended (poured in portions). In fact, the concept of "all inclusive" is no different from "half board"
Beach
The sun loungers are broken, the seaweed has not been removed from the sea (although neighboring hotels are monitoring this), cigarette butts, bags and other garbage are scattered on the beach.

I believe that ANEX TOUR provided deliberately false information about the proper tour. The hotel guide is not competent and focuses only on the sale of excursion products, rather than on the comfort and experience of the guests who have arrived (a total of about 30 Russian tourists). Most of the services indicated in the tour are not provided. Cleaning in the rooms and change of towels, bed linen - including on request is not performed. Property theft. The all inclusive package is not up to standard. This tour is clearly overpriced. "
