Hello! We took a trip from Anex-tour. We are 3 adults, booked 3 bed accommodation. We arrived in Enfidha early in the morning, and were met at the airport by representatives of the tour operator. I must say right away that I rested with Anex-tour for the first time. But there were no complaints. All issues were resolved and quite promptly. The guides are great! We arrived at the hotel at about 7 am. After reading reviews that when you check in, they always put you in a bad room and thereby extort money, we immediately gave $ 10 to be settled in a good 3-bed room. But they brought us to a 2-bed room and said that they would bring a 3rd bed, which we categorically refused, because. 3 adults in a double room - it's terribly crowded! It turned out that the husband gave them an additional 10 euros at the reception and as a result they did not give any 3-bed number. I was indignant: why did they take 10 dollars + 10 euros then? I think this is the impudence of the staff at the reception! After much squabbling, we were given a large 2-room suite with 2 balconies, 2 TVs, 2 large beds in 1 room, 2 separate beds and a sofa in the second room. In short, the room is chic, but I had to be nervous! This is the only negative point of the whole holiday. Everything else is just top notch!
The food is excellent! Everything is delicious and varied. A lot of fruits, vegetables, there is always fish, meat, pastries are delicious! In the restaurant, each room has its own table for dinner. It is not clear why they did this, because. it only causes unnecessary conflicts with other tourists and waiters when you arrive, and someone is already sitting at your table and eating. We've only had this twice, but it's still not pleasant. The restaurant is large, there are enough sticks for everyone, there is no need to fix them.
The pool is wonderful! The pool bar is open from 10 am. Alcoholic drinks are decent. All local production. The beach is excellent, white fine sand, gentle entry into the sea. There were always enough sunbeds for everyone, there was no need to take them in advance.

Separately, I will say about the animation: The guys are just super!! ! Tourists are entertained from morning to evening: boccia, water polo, archery, zumba, aqua aerobics, dancing, and an evening show. I would especially like to mention the chief of animators Mido and animator Diego! Loved the funny Pikachu! Thank you very much guys! I liked the rest in Marhaba Palace very much!! ! We are in Tunisia for the first time, but I fell in love with this country forever and will definitely come here again!! ! Tunisians are very friendly and hospitable, they are not imposed in stores, as is the case in Egypt.
From excursions we took Dugga-Zaguan and a 2-day excursion to the Sahara. Both excursions left a lot of positive emotions and a lot of impressions! Highly recommend!
