Well, a shower room, a toilet, a refrigerator and a safe (free of charge) - that goes without saying.
Our friends were also given a garden view instead of a sea view room. But they did not offer 10 euros, so they stayed there.
The maid was left one dinar each (sometimes half a dinar). The next day drew two pairs of slippers, two bathrobes and an additional third shower towel. My friends didn't have any of this (guess why). All sorts of gels, shampoos, soaps were brought to us daily.
The sea is warm, 26-27 degrees. Great! There were no problems with the beds. Only on the last day jellyfish inflicted . . “stung” me in the leg, my wife got it in the face (well, not in the eyes! ). It took me half a day, my wife took two days. Feelings: someone like . . someone, like a whipped nettle, someone - like a double wasp sting! We went to the pool. Normal two pools there: with sea and fresh water. One day it was raining for half a day. Everything flooded. You can’t walk through the streets, whole seething rivers. Element ...The next day everything was fine.
The restaurant had a lot to choose from. One day the shrimp were on the grill. Yummy! Waiter service was a bit annoying.
Drinks were normally poured only with monetary incentives (Preliminary! ). It is forbidden to pour yourself (in the morning you can ... ). We had dinner on the second shift - from 20:00 to 21:30. Better than the first one...managed to get hungry. A certain table was attached. True, at breakfast and lunch they played a “game” - who will be the first to take our table: us or those on the first shift at dinner.
Since there are a lot of Germans and English in the hotel, all the bartenders expect encouragement (with money, of course: ) ). It was stressful. Especially when you approach the bar, and they silently push a plate towards you, where they put dinars. And this is with All Inclusive! And with every approach to the bar. That's why the Germans immediately took 6 beers : ). Such a love of bribes greatly reduced the impression of the rest.
Were in the store MG (General). It's interesting there, but it's cheaper to buy alcohol in duty free (dutik was a pleasant surprise). I was very pleased with the Ali Baba store. Walk 30-35 minutes, to the right of the hotel. By taxi - 3 minutes for 3 dinars (one euro).

The beautiful main building of the hotel in the Arabic style, eight floors, 4 elevators (one of them is sometimes buggy and does not respond to button presses). We arrived in the afternoon, settled very quickly, the hotel employee escorted me to the room on the fifth floor with a sea view, as I requested.
Usually Slavs are settled with a view of the city, do not skimp and put a couple of evergreens in your passport when you check in at the reception. Here the staff loves this business very much, well, like everywhere else, probably .. ))) The room was quite decent, not killed, there is a refrigerator, a safe, a 23" plasma TV set, a tea set, a normal bathroom, soap, a hairdryer, all kinds of shampoos, shower gels, towels large and small, a bathrobe (there were no slippers). Everything is clean, tidy, a pleasant smell in the room. They cleaned every day, quite well, replenished what was over, decorated the bed with fresh flower petals. The cleaners tried, even if they didn’t leave "baksheesh". The staff is friendly, the waiters in the restaurant are courteous (most), but there were also a couple of harmful ones, then I just didn’t sit down for their sector of the restaurant. The food is quite good, but not enough seafood, the range of food is not very large, but definitely not hungry stay, do not expect special delicacies, shrimp were only once in 10 days for example.
There is no dress code, live music was only once at dinner. The waiters run constantly, cover, clean, bring drinks to anyone who wishes. I was surprised only that there was no coffee and tea for dinner, although there were a lot of cakes. Hello! We took a trip from Anex-tour. We are 3 adults, booked 3 bed accommodation. We arrived in Enfidha early in the morning, and were met at the airport by representatives of the tour operator. I must say right away that I rested with Anex-tour for the first time. But there were no complaints. All issues were resolved and quite promptly. The guides are great! We arrived at the hotel at about 7 am. After reading reviews that when you check in, they always put you in a bad room and thereby extort money, we immediately gave $ 10 to be settled in a good 3-bed room. But they brought us to a 2-bed room and said that they would bring a 3rd bed, which we categorically refused, because. 3 adults in a double room - it's terribly crowded! It turned out that the husband gave them an additional 10 euros at the reception and as a result they did not give any 3-bed number. I was indignant: why did they take 10 dollars + 10 euros then? I think this is the impudence of the staff at the reception! After much squabbling, we were given a large 2-room suite with 2 balconies, 2 TVs, 2 large beds in 1 room, 2 separate beds and a sofa in the second room. In short, the room is chic, but I had to be nervous! This is the only negative point of the whole holiday. Everything else is just top notch!

During this week we experienced the most positive emotions, the most fabulous memories and a great desire to return to this heavenly place! During this week we experienced the most positive emotions, the most fabulous memories and a great desire to return to this heavenly place! We arrived at the airport early in the morning, in 20 minutes we were taken by bus to the hotel. We were met very kindly. For 20 bucks, we ourselves chose a stunning room on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and the pool. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Cleaning every day, change of linen twice a week. The food is to lick your fingers. Huge range of dishes. The staff is incredibly positive, kind, qualified and very sincere. The pool is huge, clean, the beach is very beautiful, the sea is velvety, the sun is pleasant.....They entertained us day and night. The hotel is located in the city center, near the port of Marina. Very beautiful. We went to the Medina for souvenirs, it's really cheap there, but it's terrible-the MARKET alone. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I myself will go there again and not once =)))))))

The maid strives to break into the room when there are guests to get their dinar or dollar. They don't look at you in the restaurant, and they even chased us from the table if you didn't tip. We were on full board. Most vacationers take half board. This is quite enough. In my opinion, the food is normal, but, as elsewhere in hotels, somewhat monotonous. Drinks in the restaurant (including drinking water) at lunch and dinner are paid. For breakfast, there is also orange fresh for 2.5 dinars. Prices in the hotel as in Europe. Almost no animation. All the entertainment in Porto el Kantaoui, which is 150 m away. On the hotel beach, standard water entertainment - banana, parachute, sofa, etc. We were with children 5 and 7 years old. We bought them a ball and toys for water and sand, and that was enough. The playground is worse than in our yard, because, probably, I didn’t see a single child there. The air conditioner in the room could not cope with our volume - we had a room with an arched roof. And the air conditioner only works when you are in the room with the key inserted. If possible, you need to remove the key from met. base and close the contact with this base. Then the air conditioner will work even when you are not in the room. Guests at the hotel - almost all from Europe: England, Germany, France and Poland. There were few of us, and mostly from the Urals. Traveled with Biblioglobus. No claims. We did not touch them, they, when we refused excursions, lost interest in us. The transfer on the way back was somewhat late, but with the help of Larisa from Biblioglobus, everything was sorted out by phone. The phone worked like an automaton: we could call, but we couldn't. Internet only in a cyber cafe - 4 dinars for half an hour (in Turkey, everywhere in WiFi halls). In general, compared to Turkey, it loses a lot in service, but everything is compensated by the transparent sea, white sand and the feeling of Africa.
