Pros:

- on the seashore, calmly (in terms of the absence of natives trying to sell something)

-normal food, a fairly large selection (if I hadn’t eaten badly fried food once, I would have written a good one. However, it’s my own fault - you need to watch what you eat)))

-I lived in a room, not in a bungalow, the room is spacious, bright, no complaints. Friendly and very polite housemaid. Naturally, I left a tip, and this is the only person in the hotel service to whom I was pleased to leave them.

- there are budget and VERY budget trips to this hotel (not my case, it turned out from conversations with vacationers)

Minuses:

- Lack of service. Generally. They don't know how to behave. I understand that they are trying, I understand that it is hard for them, a small salary,
heavy workload and all. But when they come up to me on vacation and say in a police tone "hey you go to the reception desk", and moreover with a brutal expression on his face ...it seems to go beyond ...

- wine on system all inclusive was disgusting. What is strange for Tunisia, they have quite decent red wines. There was no choice - either this or no other.
I had to buy all the time, the price is from 20 dinars per bottle, if for money, they bring a wine list from the bar.

-you can’t drink coffee at breakfast, coffee from the machines in the bar, you can only drink after tasting what’s at breakfast)) They have Turkish coffee from 16-00. And they won't cook it for money either. However, I tried it once. It's hard to call coffee.

- rudeness everywhere. Feels like something. . contempt or something. The reason is not clear, she behaved politely, realizing that the country, although modern, was Muslim, went with long sleeves, in modest clothes (trousers), without makeup. She left a tip, 1-2 dinars at a time (on the table after the meal, and also separately for the boy who brought wine from the bar).
For comparison - last year I rested in Hammamet, also in 4 stars, also all inclusive - there the attitude was good, and there was a choice of wine, and no one ever got nasty, on the contrary, a very polite warm attitude.

However, I had to read the reviews first before going here, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to look only at the rating, where I looked it was relatively high, 7.5 out of 10.

-In the last 2 days of rest, a crowd of either locals or neighbors drove over. Oriental people in general, some ladies in headscarves.
The hotel has naturally turned into a bazaar. Well, there were a lot of them, and the restaurant was also crowded. Pretty decent people, though.
behaved culturally, if there were a little less of them, the question would not have been raised.

-Now about your departure. They said that the number can be extended, 5 dinars per hour. It was extended until 7pm. After payment, they gave the keys to the bungalow. Oops. Is this called a number extension?
Motivated by the fact that the hotel is full and my room is needed urgently.

By the way, the bungalow turned out to be four times smaller than the room, which was somehow dark and old, dilapidated, with a shower not washed in the corners for months (the room had a large clean bathroom). And the density of these same bungalows is too high, I can’t imagine how you can relax there, the neighbors run back and forth, yelling. In general, sleep after dinner did not work))

This is no longer a hotel. Change Tunisian money before passport control, after passing it they tried to take 20 dinars from me, they said that only 5 dinars were allowed in the duty free zone, for coffee.
I didn't give it back, I said that I was wrong, I can't find it,
probably spent it before. This is out of principle, because it is not clear why on earth I will start giving my money to someone just like that)) These 20 dinars were later enough for coffee, mineral water and a sandwich. Duty free does not accept dinars. Enfidha Airport.
