Of course, when they hear, they run after the Germans, Poles and other foreigners around the restaurant and bring them under the arms to the tables that have been carefully prepared for them in advance. It is not always possible to sit down at a table that you like, and if you do, you hear that you need to change seats for another. Where did these teenagers come from? From the street? The adult waiters still keep themselves within the standards, but this underage scammer is a disgrace to any self-respecting hotel. The dishes are poorly washed, the tablecloths are dirty, you constantly walk around the hall in search of napkins, glasses, forks and knives. The hustle and bustle is incredible. Someone calculates the number of customers and the ability of service personnel to adequately serve them.
It seems that he came to rest for free, feeling like some kind of beggar with an outstretched hand! At the bar, the same story, a normal attitude towards those who see money in their hands. Strange - all inclusive... In no case will I ever come again and I will advise all my friends the same. There are also claims to the tour operator that they did not warn about such a disgusting service. Many thanks for cleaning the room - and to the cleaning woman and her boss. All issues were resolved with them, much easier, through the reception.
Huge thanks to the animators! These are the coolest and most wonderful people! Good luck to them and all the best! The beach is ok, there were enough sunbeds. The sea is excellent, only very active jellyfish, which rage and sting everyone. Briefly about the hotel - there are a lot of show-offs, and the quality of the services provided is below the plinth. Remove 4 stars and give 2.
FOOD as for me compared to Egypt is much more diverse (I go only to 4-ki). Veselukha class animators are trying. If you are in a good mood you can leave the hotel and not go out like some Germans and French. If you wish, you can choose the tour yourself, three cities are not bad. Sahara is praised (we didn’t send money, we squeezed 2 days in the desert for 250 without beer) you can take a taxi to Sousse. We walked to the Port on foot for 30 minutes without running. The wife is a greedy shopaholic in the evening, walk 300 meters from right to left (consider me and godfathers 50+ and we are not oligarchs)
As for me, rest from 25 to 70 (and a lot) is very decent.
in the morning I went to the beach, and I could hardly find a place. At 8, everything was already, and so on until dinner. it’s very important in such heat. I was alerted that the room was not cleaned, the bed was made and okay. The pillows are rag, it’s impossible to sleep. What was my surprise when 2 more days passed, and the room was still not cleaned. quarreled, cleaned, in the evening. and changed the pillow. then it was like this - the cleaning lady comes in the morning, takes the towels, makes the bed, and disappears. I come from the sea, my towel is wet, I lay on it, but there are no towels in the room, I can’t take a shower. It’s impossible to find it, they move in the bungalow area along incomprehensible trajectories. the staff, unlike Turkey and Egypt, does not know English, they have French. min. at 20. the food is generally normal, we won’t find fault, at first there weren’t enough cups and plates, then it got better with plates, but not with cups and glasses, even if you go with your own. I had to beg, or get it myself. I never saw a clean bowl for the first or for yogurt either. And terrible heat and stuffiness. Like ventilation works, but does not cool. Alcohol seemed to me even worse than in Egypt, beer is normal. I listened to opinions people who come here every year say that this year everything is much worse, and this is all over the Mouradi network, in my opinion. people on excursions from other hotels were also indignant. there’s nothing to breathe. that’s why air conditioning is so important. from 11 to 15 it’s better to be in the room. in general, I’m unlikely to go here, and if I decide to go to Tunisia, then not to this hotel, and not at this time of year
If you came for a good mood and fun, and not for super comfort, then you are here? Review of the tourist about the hotel El Mouradi Club Kantaoui 4*
8 good

If you came for a good mood and fun, and not for super comfort, then you are here? I rested in May 2019 with my daughter and mother. At first we were settled in a room from which I got goosebumps from its appearance, dirty carpet, broken shelves in the closet, in short, it's just awful. The next day, at our request, we were moved to another room (and without problems and additional payment). Everything was much better here, the room is bright, clean, with normal furniture and Wi-Fi in the room. The food is varied, there was enough meat, fruits, and sweets. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaners. But most of all I liked the animation. The guys work at the highest level, from morning to evening, I was constantly surprised where they got so much energy and positive. There is always something to do both on the beach and around the pool. The girls in the miniclub dispose of the children in such a way that my child happily ran to hug them and cried when leaving. The guys are pulling this hotel. I will definitely come back here again, if only for the friendly and cheerful atmosphere. In short, I liked the rest, not counting the first shock day at the sight of the first not a number, but a real bomb shelter
My wife and I were in Tunisia for the first time, we chose a hotel for a long time, the financial factor and, of course, the beach / sea were the reference points. The choice fell on the El Mouradi chain and their Port El Kantaoui hotel.
The main plus of the hotel is the quality of the sea and the beach. The two neighboring beaches (left and right) were not cleaned in the mornings, in terms of sand was not cleared of tidal algae or other debris. BUT, in this hotel it's the other way around. Every morning, hard workers cleaned the beach and, when necessary, and the water (they pulled out algae, bottles and plastic). The quality of the beach and the sea is 9/10. Minus the ball - because of the jellyfish, they sting very painfully, merciless. Everything depends on the season. In August they are!
On the positive side, I want to note that during the whole trip my wife and I did not get food poisoning. Was the food okay, tasty? - no, almost everything is tasteless (not enough salt, spices, etc. ), but one of the ten dishes for breakfast / lunch / dinner will be successful. There is little variety - lamb, veal.
There are no normal salads at all, the usual grated beets, cabbage and very, very spicy salads (green peppers are still FIRE! ). In general, there is nothing cool about salads. They took tomatoes, well, beets : -)
Plus, in desserts, I'm not a sweet tooth, but my wife checked it out... ! Delicious sweets, more oily compared to Egypt and Turkey.
The hotel area is large and clean. A lot of greenery, there is where to take pictures. There are two pools, there were always a lot of people there (apparently they ran away from the jellyfish). The pool is warm and chlorinated.
Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and reception area. So, whoever did not take a local SIM card can always use it.
Room (Standard Sea View), since we went on vacation to the sea and white sand, we didn’t spend much time on the room. The main plus - everything worked. The decoration of the room is a little old, it looks old. But again, the main thing is working. Shower, toilet clean, serviceable - EXCELLENT! The telly shows 1 Russian channel - so forget about the telly.
Conder worked - you can kill yourself in the room without it! Cleaning room according to the plate. Karoch, the number is like a number, nothing unusual. If you need the comfort of a room, then you are not here, or take Superior.
The staff are all friendly and happy to help. The main thing is not to get impudent, of course.
Overall impressions of the hotel are good. Price quality. Many of ours talked about their hotels, and so some fives were clearly behind this four.
P. S. There are many Russians, especially large family "groups". There is one body in front of you in line, 1 minute passes and instead of one there are already 20 bodies. Well, it's clear that where there are such Russians, there is noise / mats.
Now about the tour operator, we had Pegas Touristik and the hotel guide Balabek. In general, be careful with this guide, he f*cks visitors at the dollar to dinar exchange rate. Asks to pay him for dollars.
If he hears that you are going to change dollars for dinars in the hotel exchange office (where everything is official, receipts are issued), immediately the price is cheaper for you - DON'T BE BELIEVED! Change to dinars and pay with them, not dollars. The story is simply funny, immediately upon arrival, they haven’t yet learned the course, he offers excursions to everyone, well, if you pay right away, then there is a discount. Without having time to exchange everything for dinars, they pay in dollars, and he voices the rate less, so you lose money. Clearly no one gives receipts.
THEREFORE, Pegasus is a HUGE minus for such an attitude and employees that they keep at home. In general, the flight was normal, there was Azur Air Ukraine (it’s strange why, it’s Anex), there were no transfers of flights.
The coffee is delicious throughout the hotel. The fact that eggs after cooking should immediately be placed in cold water in Tunisia apparently do not know. Veal, beef, turkey are well prepared from meat, although they are not always brought to readiness. There is no tea in the hotel, plum fruit, fig peach (I think that's what it's called), watermelons are quite tasty.
They were taken to a leather and fur shop called Istanbul. Prices for leather jackets are high! Although they said that a short jacket costs $ 100, in fact the price is $ 400 and higher than the price of Moscow boutiques.
Fur did not look.
In the bungalow, the condo works in an old bathroom (ala USSR), the refrigerator in the room is a little old, but figs will go with it. Some say ants live in the bungalow, I didn’t have it. The hotel area is large, there are benches, there is where to sit in the shade, several pools are free sunbeds everywhere. Internet Wi Fi at the reception, they said it was not bad, I didn’t try it, there was no need. The option Roaming good buy on Megafon solves all communication issues. We went quad biking. Not bad, although the bald guide from Pegasus deceived a little and said that we would ride along deserted beaches, in fact we rode through garbage dumps and countryside surroundings. Guys Tunisians who organized quad riding must be given their due. She did not go on an excursion to the Sahara for 2 days, of which, in fact, one day of travel. Free beer is not great, free wine is so-so. The hotel has an exchange of $ - dinars, € - dinars, their exchange rate is fixed at the legislative level.
If you come here to eat seafood, then they are not here. I don’t know where they are sold, in restaurants or in specialty stores, I still don’t understand. It is not clear why there is no seafood in the city located on the coast.
In the same Thailand (Phuket), seafood is sold on every corner.
Toli the sea is so poor in Tunisia or some other reason.
