We bought tickets to Tunisia, because they were much cheaper than the same Turkey. After reading the reviews prepared for a terrible horror. But either we got to the end of the season (the hotel was less than half full), or others were somehow unlucky. So, the check-in went well. We were two four adults and a child. To rooms were nearby, asked to pay extra $ 20. Rooms in the main building. Ordinary, standard, clean. The hotel is old but clean very well. The air conditioner worked fine.
As for the food, there are no complaints here either. Every day beef, turkey, chicken. Side dishes - pasta, potatoes, stewed and fried vegetables. From fresh vegetables - greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, salads. Not a lot of sweets, but mostly everything is delicious. Fruits - watermelon, melon, peaches, plums, pears, grapes. Generally not hungry. I read in the reviews that some dishes are served in portions. And they do it right) because once they put grilled sausages on us, so people themselves began to pile on almost a kilogram, and then it was all in plates and remained on the tables.
Cleaned daily, towels changed too. The bed was changed twice in 10 days. The pools are clean. Yes, the water is very salty. If it gets into the eyes, it bakes for a long time. The sea is a fairy tale) warm, clean. There were one day jellyfish, they are not big, but they can sting. Take hydrocortisone ointment with you, it will instantly relieve the burn. The minus of the hotel is that there is nowhere to go outside the territory. One small mall nearby and that's it. But we didn't suffer. Well, the only thing that annoyed was the merchants on the beach, camel riding and horseback riding on the beach too. A child plays in the sand near the sea, and I watched all the time when a camel or a horse was walking along the coast. And then God forbid, run under the hooves)))
In general, a normal hotel with good staff. Worth your money. I recommend to go in September - there are few people.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not the most optimistic experience. As soon as they settled into the room and went into the bathroom, their eyes became huge, a bunch of winged ants climbed from a hole in the wall. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as did the whiteness of the towels, which were always in varying amounts, but less than necessary.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as did the whiteness of the towels, which were always in varying amounts, but less than necessary. In the restaurant, although it is loudly said, there was always a lack of cutlery, with glasses and spoons, in general, tension. The food is so-so. The Internet is only at the reception, and then it catches very badly, one might say almost does not catch it. The beach is generally a song: there are few sun loungers, half of them are broken and covered with some kind of net; the beach itself is small and does not accommodate all the guests, whoever got up the earliest, he got it. The biggest disappointment is the sea - DIRTY. Nearby there is some kind of factory and in the morning at 4:00 smog constantly stands above the hotel. And in the sea itself, there are suspicions that some kind of production waste is floating.

1. we bought a ticket at the TUREXPERT travel agency in Syktyvkar, tour operators give out 4 *, but upon arrival we saw that it was 3 *, the sign hangs behind a large tree and is almost invisible !!! 2. rested for 10 days: they settled in the first room, we were horrified, the room was dirty; the toilet was dirty, the flush did not work, there was a cigarette butt lying there; water was running from the air conditioner.

2. rested for 10 days: they settled in the first room, we were horrified, the room was dirty; the toilet was dirty, the flush did not work, there was a cigarette butt lying there; water was running from the air conditioner. BUT we went to the reception, the room was immediately changed, which we were very pleased with, that we did not have to wait long!
The room was cleaned every day, certainly not perfect, there was hair on the floor; spinning swans out of towels! There is nowhere to dry towels, the architecture of the roof is incomprehensible perforated, after another downpour they could not dry the laundry, there is no basin in the elementary bathroom!
3. in the dining room: flies that sat on food, which is not very pleasant! queues are huge, impudent Arabs with their children, who behave like owners; there weren’t enough spoons, or they didn’t exist at all, you had to ask for them! from the fruits there were only melons, watermelons and grapes, there were no peaches and other fruits!
4. sea: warm, like fresh milk, BUT jellyfish, which sting worse than nettles, garbage floated from everywhere: candy wrappers, plastic bags, plastic coat hangers, children's shorts, water glasses, etc.
5. there was no children's animation, only the music was pecking near the pool and that's it....we went with the child to the children's discotheque and waited 40 minutes, but they just turned on the music and left, although the tour operator stated that there would be Russian-speaking animators!
6. The city itself is a complete garbage dump: stench, garbage, bottles, etc. are everywhere.
7. WI-FI catches very badly and then only near the reception, in the evening and at lunchtime it’s impossible to go online, as there are 50 people sitting there, more or less in the morning... leave from the airport, leave from the excursion, leave in the room...

I read reviews about dirt, flies, scandals with the replacement of numbers before the trip, mentally prepared to meet all this upon arrival. There are four of us: my husband and two children (3 and 9) are with me. While getting from the airport, Enfidha was amazed by the MOUNTAINS of garbage literally everywhere. Everything that was observed from the window of the bus was buried in it. Both on the highway and in the city of Sousse (although they drove along its outskirts, but almost all of their cities look like this, as a further trip around the country showed). Personally, I hate to see these landscapes. But judging by the behavior of the locals, this does not bother them and does not move them. OK.
We arrived at the hotel by 8 pm. As already mentioned in other reviews, we were immediately sent for dinner, settled after. Personally us WITHOUT PROBLEMS. Although with me 3 families swore at the reception about bad rooms. I don't know the real reason. I understand that people may have different requests and different expectations in this regard. Tourists, by the way, came daily, the rooms, presumably, were not idle. The STANDARD room was received in the neighboring building from the administrative building overlooking the pool. Animation there stoker from 10 to 17 quite loudly. But our youngest child did not interfere with sleep during the day. Everything was in order (refrigerator, condo, hair dryer, bathroom, TV), quite spacious. Cleaning every day, as well as change of towels. Cleaning is so-so: the balcony glass door, stained with palms, was not wiped even once, like the sink (strange), the floor became dirty very quickly, there were remnants of some kind of hair (definitely not ours). But we turned a blind eye to all this - we didn’t come here for that, not with an inspection. Linen was changed every 5 days. Shampoo and soap were renewed for us only 2 days before departure. The lady who cleaned was very nice and friendly. For the tips left, she nicely folded towels and our clothes, if left on the beds, decorated with petals.
Meals in the dining room for lovers of spicy cuisine, like our dad. The kids were hard to feed. But tolerable soup and pasta saved, our youngest is very picky about food, she didn’t even want watermelon. I love arranging vegetables in a salad with their sauces. I did not stand in lines, except for pancakes and churros (yum-yum). And there were queues, some more. I tried to take what was available. And ate meat and fish. In this case, I'm not pretentious. But we ate plenty of sweet watermelons. Too bad there weren't many peaches. The audacity of the Arabs, about which they wrote below, did not catch. I was friendly with everyone, both with guests and with the staff, I was reciprocated. Yes, it's dirty in the dining room, yes, a lot of people, but the staff really worked hard. The dishes were quickly removed from the table, and the garbage from the floor was also instantly collected in scoops. Sometimes I had to look for cutlery or glasses or a salt shaker, but it all took less than a minute. I have something to compare the cuisine and interiors with, this hotel loses to the same Bulgaria, Crete and Turkey. But all this did not spoil our general mood. Maybe it's because they haven't gone anywhere for a long time.
Flies are an integral part of the country, because there is a lot of garbage, including food. It was annoying at first, but then you got used to it. Mosquitoes ate children, bought food from them. It helped. Well, at night the balcony was closed, before going to bed, running around the room with a formidable slipper)
The territory is very large. There is a lot of greenery in the part with the bungalow, they were lucky with that. We are miserable and not enough.
The architectural design of the hotel did not at all provide for heavy rains, which we met 5-6 times in 14 days. Huge puddles on the unfortunate tennis courts, like lakes. But this is nonsense compared to the flooding of rooms in bungalows (they have open balconies without a canopy, water overflows into the room) and some rooms in the standard. Ours was opposite the corridor window. From under the frame, water with a decent pressure went to our room (there are no thresholds). a couple of times this happened to us, beach towels saved us. At the reception near the dining room, water was pouring like a waterfall directly from the ventilation. However, the sight of a hurricane / thunderstorm is beautiful))) at night there are a lot of lightning and lightning.
I won’t write much about animation, I didn’t use it.
The sea is warm and clear. the excitement was muddy, but this is understandable, the beach is sandy. Garbage came across, algae constantly. But not critical. The sand is gorgeous, like starch. But, alas, dirty. Jellyfish at the beginning of the holiday bit the children. We returned to the waves towards the end of the holiday. There are waves - no jellyfish - everyone is happy. The pool is really huge, helped out for the most part. The water is salty, which, in my opinion, helped the youngest learn to swim faster and be able to close their eyes when splashes fly from their neighbors. Pretty caustic water.
But what really made our holiday, after which everything described above turned into dust, was a 2-day excursion to the Sahara! That's the experience of a lifetime! The trip is not easy: early rises (departure from the hotel at 6 in the morning on the first day and at 4:15 on the second), long travel by bus (almost around the whole country in a ring). But! It's worth it. Stops in cities and villages, acquaintance with the ancient colliseum, residential caves of local (Berbers), in the evening of the first day of camel riding in the Sahara itself!! ! Indescribable feelings. These animals are so soft, calm, warm and hardy! They do not spit, without muzzles) Meeting the sunset in the sands, in the same place ! ! The beauty! Overnight in an oasis hotel, quite authentic. We already met the dawn of a new day on the largest dried-up salt lake. This flat expanse is boundless. The wind inflates clothes and reduces audibility, you involuntarily raise your arms like wings . . an amazing feeling. Visit to the local zoo with a small reptile show. Then the Atlas Mountains! Then unforgettable jeep rides in the desert, where you can see large-scale mirages with your own eyes. Where incredible stunts with turns are performed on jeeps, it is breathtaking. Then they bring it to the scenery of Star Wars. A lot of impressions and positive emotions. If the children in the family are mobile and you want to see new things, get to know the country more widely, then I highly recommend this tour.
Took a 6 day spa course. The skin is great after it, well-being too, the massages are wonderful. But all this is done, roughly speaking, in the barn. Under the banner of Royal Spa))) The staff is very attentive and smiling.
Despite everything, I have never been upset by anything. I didn't have to fight because of the number and other things. Maybe lucky. They wanted to rest and rest, charged with positive.
To summarise: I do not recommend this hotel. he's just tolerable. This is Africa, this is Tunisia - not advanced civilizations. I won't be coming back here myself. Just don't expect "wow" when going to this place. In general, you can immediately consider hotels in oases in the south of the country and enjoy the color there if the sea is tired)

We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 pm, there were no free rooms, we sent for dinner. We went through the tour operator Anex Tour. In the dining room I met fumes, stench and flies. Later it turned out that the hotel is full (overbooking) and there will be no free rooms until the morning!!! ! At the reception, everyone pretended that they did not understand anything exactly until the moment when we began to call the tour operator's hotline and the embassy.

Later it turned out that the hotel is full (overbooking) and there will be no free rooms until the morning!!! ! At the reception, everyone pretended that they did not understand anything exactly until the moment when we began to call the tour operator's hotline and the embassy. Half an hour later, the guide arrived and invited us (4 adults and 4 children) to spend the night in the rooms where the renovation is underway. There was no other way out, and at 4 o'clock in the morning we went to our rooms with the wiring pulled out, whitewashing and other attributes of repair. The guide (Maji) swore that in the morning we would be moved to the best rooms. He kept his promise and we were given 3 rooms with a direct sea view in the main building. Our suffering did not end there. Once they found a huge cockroach in the bathroom, there are no such cockroaches in Russia. The air conditioner worked every other time, the Internet caught only at the reception and then every other time. Canteen - you can’t say otherwise - a separate issue. Always dirty tablecloths, crowds of people, kilometer-long queues for any food, dirt all around, fumes and stench from cooking food, plastic spoons, clouds of flies - it's just hell !! ! during this period a lot of Arabs rested, they are so arrogant that they had to win your right. They did not want to stand in line with everyone. The staff gave them preference in everything. Dishes of meat or fish were given in limited quantities, not as much as you want, but as much as you will be given. The water in the cooler (which often broke down) is not boiled, you can’t even make tea. We went into town to Carrefour for groceries. In bars everywhere signs 2 glasses in hand. the choice of dishes is very boring, there are no cereals for breakfast, only hard-boiled eggs or overcooked fried eggs. For ice cream in the evening there were huge queues, only enough for children. the beach is dirty, covered in algae, the sunbeds are old, broken, no one washed them in the morning. the sea is also dirty, with jellyfish that do not look like jellyfish we are used to and bite very painfully. In the pool with slides, the water is so salty that children could not be there (The water is not sea water, but specially salted for disinfection, instead of bleach). basically all the Arabs swam there, they just didn’t get out of there. the pool near the sea is the only place where children could swim, but no one cleaned it, not even a foot wash after the beach. outside the hotel there is dirt, an abandoned construction site and shops. At 5 am we woke up with a call to prayer. . . near the mosque. One plus of the hotel is a good animation team, the guys lit the whole day. In general, the rest was ruined, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I can send photos of all the horrors and nightmares. special thanks to the hotel guide for his help, he tried his best, both for himself and for Anex....

Good time everyone. We returned (08/09/2018) I want to write a review. I apologize in advance if my words offend anyone, but I really look at things and these are reviews about how wonderful this hotel is....
So, we flew with Azur, no complaints. Met by representatives of Anex. Everything is clear, no complaints.
The first thing you will be greeted at the entrance, when the doors to the hotel are opened, is a terrible smell. I don’t even know how to describe it more accurately... A musty, damp smell, partly reminiscent of the smell of a toilet. He is everywhere in the hotel. One has only to blow a breeze and that's it - the stench spreads through the air. And by the pool, and by the sea, and at the reception. Apparently, this is the specificity of the country, its smell.
Settlement. They settled in a normal room from the second time (no additional fee), although they probably counted on it. The room is standard, the furniture is old, plumbing, electrics, new TV, the air conditioning worked (we lived in the first building), which I can’t say about the rest.
In general, the hotel has been renovated, the owner seems to have changed, but COSMETICS repair with repainting the walls from yellow to white.
Our windows overlooked the right, deserted side of the hotel closer to the sea, the first building (the sea was around the corner) We didn’t need a sea view, we had two children 3-8 years old with us (those who know will understand)))
Cleaned daily, towels changed every day. Maids are adequate.
Restaurant. Food.......... for me and my family is the saddest topic. Over the past two years, we managed to visit 2 Turkish 5 star hotels with ultra all inclusive. Maybe this fact influenced my vision of this problem. I'll start with breakfast. The fact that breakfasts are not varied in all hotels is not news. It's the same here - sausages, boiled eggs, sliced potatoes, rolls, sliced flakes, rice with milk. But to get a portion of scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, you have to stand in line. On average, there are usually 20-30 people. Maybe someone has a desire to stand in line for an uncooked omelette))) The next line, consisting of 20-30 people, is a line for fried donuts....It's sad to watch, even humiliating, how our people are mixed with Arabs (who, by the way, behave impudently, gaining a lot of food and not eating it) toil behind a piece of fried dough. They take out 10 of them on one plate and there are not enough of them for everyone. The queue does not disappear.
About Arabs and queues in the canteen: twenty rams are waiting for one ram until he roasts a ram)
In order not to spoil our mood and not waste time, we did not stand in lines and chose what was freely available. As a result, the food came quickly.
Lunch and dinner were also almost the same. Side dishes are ALWAYS the same, without imagination: rice, pasta, potato slices, boiled vegetables (or boiled, stewed, casserole). Meat such as goulash (beef), stewed chicken, fish in 10 days, two varieties (battered and fried), two types of soup-puree. Vegetables and fruits of terrible quality. For a country where agriculture is the leading industry, yellow dry cucumbers and grapes that "died the day before yesterday". If you are not a gourmet and are used to eating the same thing every day, then you are here. People write that they simply ate. We are accustomed to eating tasty and varied foods of good quality. All unsalted food (one salt shaker with salt and rice for five tables) tastes the same. Eat just what you need to eat. Fruit is taken by people (especially Arabs, of whom there are a lot of people in the territory from Friday to Monday) with their hands. 10 peaches are pawed to take 1 single one and not finish it. The people behave like cattle. Everyone climbs somewhere, grabs them, they are afraid that they will not get it....The contingent in the hotel (I don’t want to offend anyone, but this is a fact) is very peculiar. If there is a cake, then you need to cut off half, shred it, do not eat it, but if only others do not get it. We tried to eat quickly and leave so as not to see this whole circus (((
Tea, coffee - Tunisian tea and coffee to try (to put it mildly) did not work out, there is only one coffee maker Karl, ONE in a huge hotel))) and that during the dining room, well, even in the lobby bar they can make coffee, two office coolers (one dining room, only during the dining room) for the entire hotel, make tea (in bags) and all this in disposable cups. People who have been visiting the Turks will understand me: coffee machines in each, EVERY room of the MMM hotel... what Turkish coffee....
The result is not tasty, queues, flies everywhere, dirty (dishes not washed)
The dining room staff is untidy, the clothes are worn out, the shoes are worn out, but in general they are polite and friendly.
Serving dishes - looked at the photo of 2013. of this hotel in the VK group on the tables are the same tablecloths Karl, the same tablecloths, burgundy red with yellow bedding))) (maybe these are national colors? ))) They clean the tables! No, they don’t clean it))) they turn the bedding over and brush off the crumbs, leftover food on the floor, and even then not always, basically it will do)))
Dishes - catastrophically there are not enough spoons in the hotel, you sit eating soup or yogurt, the waiter comes up and politely, so politely forgive your spoon when you are refused, stands aside and looks after you) and your spoon))) There are not enough glasses, glasses, coffee cups, All drinks are served in disposable containers.
The territory and the presence of the water park are the positive aspects of the hotel. The territory is large, but 30-40% of it is simply not used, there is little greenery (it seems to be there, but withered, dried up, yellow, sad looking) about eight old semi-abandoned tennis courts (I got the impression that they used to position themselves as a tennis base)
The hotel is divided into 2 zones, there is a 2nd reception, where they settle in a bungalow, where there is also another restaurant (about it later), it has its own fresh water pool and its own amphitheater.
The pools are the positive side of the hotel, they did not disappoint in this matter, The large pool with salty sea water (which was a pleasant surprise) The water park is good.
Animation - I also have a calm attitude to animation in the style of "village club presents". Compared to Turkish hotels, where animation is a strong point, there was no desire to look at animators dressed up in different clothes (depending on the program), we went to a mini disco (which is also an old hackneyed record in a circle every evening) went EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHILDREN
The sea... for the sake of which we were driving, we were not very pleased. If you have ever rested on the central beach in Anapa, then you will understand me. It's about the same here. Mud in the water is not the right word. Panties, diapers, bags, bags, bottles mixed with grass are floating near the shore, which no one removes from the water. People do not pay attention, cross the garbage heap and climb into the water. They came to the sea. Well, there were jellyfish, but not many. The water is very warm. The sea view was gorgeous, (from afar) white sand, blue water, but in fact, this is an illusion, like so much in this hotel.
The beach is a good “children of the desert are not enough” they ate bread not to the sea later)
There were always free sunbeds, the number of pools affected, well, probably jellyfish)
Merchants on the beach MINUS THE HOTEL, no one can and does not want to do anything with them, they are rare bores, they get them at tripod prices with their consumer goods, it’s strange, but I know all of them by name))) (how they got it) every day they go nagging, they bend over a sun lounger , buy, buy, buy. On occasion, hello to Lesha Vitamin-Bankrupt)))
Weather - The most interesting thing is that after arriving at the hotel, two days later it started to rain, which lasted for 4 days intermittently, so during the breaks everyone went out to swim.
Also a mistake of the hotel, because in bad weather there is nothing to do there. There is an old - broken-down slot machine hall, but there are 2 billiard tables and 2 air hockey (I threw a dinar two goals and hung)
I understand that this is a poor country and a 4 star hotel. And many will write that pay more and enjoy your vacation. And bad weather does not depend on the owner of the hotel... I understand all this. I am simply surprised by reviews like "it's almost 5 stars", "unforgettable vacation and delicious food". You have to look at things realistically. This is not 4 stars, but 3, and then with a stretch. The owner of the hotel saves a lot on business, buying low-grade raw materials for the dining room, hiring unprofessional staff, does not bother with the equipment of the rooms. If you are ready to turn a blind eye to this and pay money then go ahead and good luck.
I wish everyone at least once in their life to spend an unforgettable vacation in a 5-star hotel, and not go to such garbage dumps as this one!

When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised by the dirt in the dining room. Then it turned out that the hotel had recently taken 1 star. Surprise: Anex tour sells triples as fours. . . Hotel and travel agency employees smile and pretend that they care, but they shrug their hands at complaints about the non-working air conditioner (although they paid extra for the room when buying) and the dirt in the kitchen: they say, here What are they like, residents of Tunisia.

It would be unfair not to mention the pluses: a well-groomed area around the hotel, animation (for adults) is trying, slides, maybe someone else will find... But these endless flies and dirty (fat, sticky ) tables and mini plastic cups in bars spoil the whole impression. And a couple of words in defense of the staff: they work for four, but the administration says in justification that there are not enough of them for everyone. A good excuse : -) And when asked why they sell three-star, how four Anex tours, they answer that, they say, there are worse fives : -) In general, be careful with the choice of hotel.

We arrived at 17 o'clock, so we settled in instantly, the building is on the very shore, number 1111. So in detail: Number: Pros: Very good location, 30 seconds to the sea, a minute to the pool, 1.5 minutes to the canteen. The room itself is more than decent, everything worked properly and did not break during the stay (hair dryer, air conditioning, TV remote control).

We arrived at 17 o'clock, so we settled in instantly, the building is on the very shore, number 1111. So in detail:
Number:
Pros: Very good location, 30 seconds to the sea, a minute to the pool, 1.5 minutes to the canteen. The room itself is more than decent, everything worked properly and did not break during the stay (hair dryer, air conditioning, TV remote control). Perfect silence at night.
Cons: Mosquitoes. They poisoned us with our means and the staff gave a spray, beat them every night before going to bed, but the next day they are right there, start over. The balcony was not opened, because they flock against the glass day and night. The staff walks on the street and poisons them every other day, it helps, but not for long. And the balconies are arranged in such a way that if you slam the door behind you, you will no longer get into the room. That is, in the evening, having put the children to bed, we could not sit on the balcony, because even an ajar gap would lead to a sleepless mosquito night. And if we close, we will spend the night on the street.
Towels were changed only if they were piled on the floor with a mountain, and if this was not done, then they would make a wet towel in the sand, twist a swan for you and successfully put it on the bed. Cleaning was carried out every day, from 13-14 and our children are sleeping at this time, so several times we were left with an uncleaned room. And given that there is no sand around and nowhere to wash your feet at all, all these mountains of sand are dragged into the room. Right there in the bathroom, everyone washed and bathed (I’m very surprised how the sewerage didn’t clog, because a bucket of sand could be collected from the four of us. Even if it dries up, it’s impossible to shake it off and it drags along with you on its feet and slippers), there was a sandbox in the bed, it was not realistic to step on the floor barefoot.
Sea
Pros:
Very warm, sometimes just hot, 30 degrees. The breeze was constant, due to it the heat was not felt at all. We went canoeing 3 times for free.
Cons: The sea is brown-green, like the Sea of Azov. Algae in tons in the water and on the shore. Though a storm, even a calm, the water is not transparent, covered in debris and algae. I am the most unpretentious person in the world, and even then I could not swim. For 11 days I went to sea 2 times. Both times my husband and I were stung by jellyfish. It hurts like wasps, then it becomes covered with blisters and hurts for about 40 minutes. I was very disappointed with the sea. We went to Monastir, where on the central beach the water is clear, emerald, as in the pictures. In Sousse, too, many friends rested, in their hotels the sea was excellent. And this is where it looks like. It is very small and everything blooms, it is warm and jellyfish like it. Our children screamed in two throats that they wanted to go to pools and water parks, so we wouldn’t swim in the sea in any way, due to this we weren’t very upset.
Nutrition:
Pros: Our restaurant was right on the beach, unearthly beauty, water, sunset, breeze! ! For breakfast every day they gave the same thing, and this is a great plus, because every day you could enjoy incomparable crumpets, pancakes and pastries, poured with chocolate, honey and jams. Fried eggs, omelets, yogurt and cereal. There was something else, but that was enough for us. A variety of dishes were presented for lunch and dinner every day: on the grill, baked, fried, stewed, in batter and in sauces, meat of all kinds. Chicken fillet, lamb, turkey, beef, amazingly delicious fish, every day in different forms. Everything is insanely tasty, interesting, a lot of national dishes. There are french fries, nuggets, pizza, also delicious, you will lick your fingers ! ! I can list endlessly how amazing they are preparing eggplant, caviar and bread, the most crispy and freshest. We liked everything, there was enough of everything, fruits, dates, pastries, more than for the four!
Cons: Very long lines. In the morning for donuts and pancakes, you can idle for 20 minutes. Water and milk for tea/coffee is constantly running out and also long queues. We were with children, that is, I had to stand in line and take on myself and the children, but they put one pancake on a plate, a maximum of two, the same with croissants, nuggets, etc. Everyone in line is yelling and indignant, where are you rowing so much? ! And why should I stand with all the children for half an hour? In short, while you get food, you get decent stress. But this is so on a good day... And if it rains and everyone who was previously placed on the street rushes inside, true slaughter begins. There weren't always enough tables, sometimes you had to wait until the dirty tables were somehow removed and you could sit down. And if it rains, then... not even put into words.
French fries and some dishes were scattered in 10 seconds, and the next portion is brought in 10 minutes. Sausage, cheese and drinks are not edible. Once a five-centimeter cockroach crawled along the counter. We were leaving that day and I was happy that I had not seen him earlier))
Pools and water park
Pros: Next to our building was a fresh water pool, shallow and deep, clean in the morning, full of sand in the evening. The kids loved it there, and so did we. In the water park there are adult and children's slides, they are allowed to ride from three years old to adults ! ! (only insurance does not cover injuries). My eldest is 9, but he is small, in Russia they don’t let him go to such attractions, but here it was a holiday for him. He rode endlessly for three days. There schedule is from 10 to 12:30 and from 14 to 17:30. You can say there are no queues. It hurts a little at the joints, there are no rugs, but not critical. Where there are salty pools, animation, aqua aerobics, foam parties, Arabian nights take place every day. Very fun, always music and lively.
Cons: pools start cleaning at 9 am, when everyone is already actively wanting to swim. Salt water stings children's eyes and they will have to listen to their displeasure. All water animation activities begin at 12 o'clock, in the heat of the day.
Animation
Pros: Animation programs for both children and adults are held every day and day and evening and night. Children have a mini club where they play with them, do crafts, go to the beach and somehow have fun in the pool. In the evening from 20:30 to 21 mini disco, all the kids are dancing, and the parents are filming. For adults, there are olympiads, then parades, dances and fire shows, visiting actors and local animation. Noisy, fun, sometimes it looks like a pioneer camp, when one event after another, everyone is involved, you don’t get bored. And everything is not intrusive, if you want to participate, if you want to watch, no one drags you by the hand.
Cons: My child is 3 years old, and the mini club is from 4 years old. I couldn't leave my child otherwise it would have cost me $15 an hour! The mini club itself is 3 and a half swings, gouging and shabby. There are several boxes of puzzles and pencils in the toy room (no paper). I sometimes felt sorry for the animators, how to entertain 30-50 children without any improvised means. In the evening at the children's disco every day the same songs.
Conclusion: In general, the hotel suited us. They fed you deliciously, they cleaned your room, washed the dishes, entertained you and the children, gave you a drink, danced)) We met many other families, became very friends and it was fun, interesting, rested from the heart and brought a lot of positive emotions. I cried and did not want to leave, because for the mother of two children, terribly tired of everyday life, there was a good rest. And the price is reasonable, 11 days in Tunisia for the price of a week in Turkey!
But if you will not be friends with anyone, then you can be very sad, since there is nowhere to walk in the evening, the territory does not allow. There are 2 shops outside of it, but you won’t go there every day. Yes, and mosquitoes outside the hotel eat to smithereens.
So if the company, it will be great! And if you do, then you should think carefully about the choice.

We liked the hotel in general. Large area, beautifully landscaped. We lived in a bungalow. Our territory is further from the sea for 5-7 minutes. Although I don't see this as a disadvantage. During the period of constant rest, there are even pluses in a walk to the sea. The dining room at the bungalow is better than the central one.

During the period of constant rest, there are even pluses in a walk to the sea. The dining room at the bungalow is better than the central one. Fewer people and somehow more comfortable than in the central one. Of the minuses in the dining room were FLIES, of which there were sometimes a lot.
The animation is good. Russian animators are just super. My daughter really liked the animator Yana from the mini club.
In general, Tunisians are very friendly and helpful people. But among the Russians there were sometimes boorish personalities.
They are not very good at housekeeping. Sometimes you had to ask for cleaning, because they could just forget about you. Our room was after renovation. Everything is clean, new linens, etc. The air conditioner was in the ceiling in the corridor, apparently old. Started leaking after a day. There were yellow spots on the ceiling and walls. The door to the bathroom stopped closing because the door frame was swollen. On the third day, the balcony door broke. Then the curtains stopped moving and got stuck in one position. The TV worked for the first 2.3 days without interference, then it was not possible to watch it, you could only listen. Generally by the end of our holiday. Our room was falling apart before our eyes. They didn’t often enter the room just to sleep and change, so it didn’t really bother us, but I definitely wouldn’t want to call in such a room after our vacation.
The sea is different every day. It is like a tear, pure and beautiful. That muddy and with algae, and sometimes even with jellyfish.
By the way, the guides say that the jellyfish season starts in August. The last time we were at sea on July 30, it was on this day that we noticed that there were much more jellyfish!
WI FI in the hotel does not work well. So who is tired of the Internet and gadgets need to visit this hotel.
I WANT BACK! RELAX !

RELAX !

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled quickly, there were not many people. The administration even complained that there were few Russians. In general, 90% of the tourists in the hotel are Russians. The room was on the first floor in the building near the water park. Normal room, everything worked, even a modern TV set with 5 Russian channels.

But there were hordes of mosquitoes, the fumigator was good, they took out 3 bottles of liquid)), every morning all the floors were in corpses)). Cleaning every day. Towels were changed after 2 days, sometimes they forgot to bring clean ones, I went by myself, the same thing happened with sheets)) At the same time, I left 2 dinars every day))). True, in the last week they filled up with towels. Apparently they got tired there)) Cond-ry did not work, but simply buzzed, there was no talk of any coolness. Well, the street was not typical for the end of June heat. . . The food is varied, although everything is already familiar. . . The downside is that it is often spicy, it was a pity for the parents who could not properly feed their children and tourists with sick stomachs. Why pepper everything? ! At first there was enough space for everyone on the beach, but towards the end of June there were more tourists and that's it - there are no sunbeds, no umbrellas. . . 3 days before departure, they began to install umbrellas on the beach and get sun loungers, woke up. . . It is the same with the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant), there are a lot of people, you had to catch time in order to take a table. For those who lived in the bungalow, a restaurant was supposed to work, but they did not have time to open it. In short, they are slow there)). In a la carte restaurants, the same food as in the dining room, one plus - no need to rush. For ice cream on the street, there is a line like in the Mausoleum, for the last 3 days there was none at all, apparently it ended)). Huge pool in the water park with very salty water. Those who rode the slides often wore masks, because the water corroded everything. Last year we rested in 3 *, this year we took 4 *, but they did not differ from each other, except for the vast territory of the latter. Only animation saves them. The guys work well, the children squeak from them. Dancing, aqua aerobics, polo - everything is done. In the performance theatre, there was a disco once a week. Of course, the contests are outdated and have been seen for a long time in the same Turkey, but the guys tried and somehow they had to entertain themselves. In a separate hall of the hotel, sitting in front of a big screen, we supported Russia. Here they are well done, prepared. Wi-fi only at the reception, if you catch it. . . It is better to immediately buy a local SIM card. There is a shop at the hotel, everything is more expensive there than in shopping centers nearby, but you can bargain even more impudently)). In general, it was a vacation for a relatively small price, which corresponded to the quality, but those who came for much more money were slightly shocked by the 4 * hotel. Of course, there is no comparison with Turkish ones. We always go on vacation with a positive, not the first time in Tunisia, but this time we are not happy. Local Hoteliers should work harder and better, and our operators too.
