Hello countrymen. I am writing what I have experienced. I went to this hotel with my 6 year old son. The fact that out of the declared four stars, the hotel pulls on a solid three is clear from other reviews. The rest was overshadowed by two moments: we arrived with nits in the head and the local SPA... I suspect that my son caught the parasites in the pool, where he swam three times during the whole vacation, I didn’t swim at all, because every morning I saw how the local Arkharovets went out with a bucket bleach and spread it evenly throughout the pool.

Our room had a view of the pool. They cleaned it with a special vacuum cleaner extremely rarely. The smell of chlorine was felt as soon as you approach the pool. Mostly numerous Algerians swam in this pool, they did not climb out from there, there were many times fewer of them on the sea. They bathed there for hours as families with their children. Their women in burkinis looked very much like penguins. I have nothing against these people, but there are really too many of them. The slides at the hotel are disgusting, the joints there are very poorly made, it hurts to ride, but this did not stop these people, during the operation of the slides the line of them did not end. My son rode once, came running to me with wide eyes and never rode there again. There were endless queues not only for the slides, but also for donuts and tortillas.
The local SPA is a very colorful place. . . If you decide to go there, then be prepared for the mask to be applied to you with a brush, which is not washed between clients!! ! And when you make a remark to them, they very sincerely do not understand what the problem is, why wash the brush? They say so! For them, this is the norm! That is why many jumped herpes on the lips. Many massage therapists do not smell pleasant, either they do not brush their teeth, or they have problems with the intestines, and when they bend over you and say something, it is extremely unpleasant. If the massage therapist is in a good mood, then the massage will do well, if not, then it will be bad, respectively. They can do a massage for 20 minutes out of the declared 50. Girls! Be prepared for the fact that they will crawl into your underpants! And this is how they disperse the lymph, right into the vagina, sorry, of course... Or they will crush the chest, play right with the nipples, or try to kiss with their fetid mouth. After that, one massage therapist tastefully received from me in the face !! ! Their hammam is not hot, it does not open any pores. Massage oil, when applied, smells, for example, of vanilla, but when you go outside after the procedures, it already begins to stink of sunflower. By power shower, they mean a hose with high pressure, from which customers are watered. Here again, what mood will you run into! If suddenly Madame, who is responsible for this "shower", is not in the mood, the procedure will fail... There were tourists who returned their money for the SPA. Towels between clients, by the way, they don’t change there either, you lie down, but it’s damp! Bathrobes are always clean, but they are not always available!
The SPA itself is dirty, and it’s possible that I picked up insects there, I won’t be surprised.
The guide from Coral Ekaterina is an extremely unpleasant person... This Mrs. Marpal is so unashamed in her eyes and says that if you don’t take excursions, you don’t have to come up to me, she won’t help on more than one issue. Many fought with her. There were a lot of complaints about her. Anneals Katyukha to the fullest!
The comrade who will offer you a SPA speaks Russian very well and promises you mountains of gold! If you refuse, he will definitely resent you loudly! How can you come to Tunisia and visit the spa? You are idiots!! ! Nothing to be shy about either! He tells tales that he is a doctor, and all the employees in the SPA center are physiotherapists, and the employees themselves say that they are ordinary masseurs!
The new animation is simply not-about-what! Rare sinks! By the way, they drink for nothing, they will go on stage and begin to push, rage! They can’t get a crowd, all events are failures. Their exercises and water aerobics must be seen! Words can not describe! It's a pity that the previous guys animators were removed, so they were cool!! ! And these... There are no words... They allow themselves a lot, they can splash water from the pool and think that it's a lot of fun! They are also very selfish. It's not pleasant to look at them.
The furniture in the rooms is old, it's time to change if four stars are claimed.
I don’t envy those whose room overlooks the pool, there is a stage nearby, where there is loud music with these animators until eleven. You can fall asleep, but you have to get used to it.
I really liked the kids club, every day the teachers with the children study English, make crafts, dance incendiary with the children at the mini-disco, and at the end they solemnly hand over diplomas and flags to the children. I am glad that Algerian children do not go to our club.
Tunisian staff, too, be healthy anneal!
Previously, the hotel belonged to an international chain, now it has fallen into private hands, it used to be much better.

The main disadvantage is theft on the beach. Our company of 4 people during the holiday lost expensive sunglasses (stolen while we dozed after dinner on the sun loungers), glasses for vision, a hat, a bag of sunscreen and a hotel towel. Who steals is unclear. Either ours, or the Arabs... There were a lot of the latter: arrogant, sloppy and loud.
Everything else depends on your degree of fastidiousness. The food is specific. Everyone I met, and we, too, suffered from diarrhea for the first few days, and everyone ate completely different foods. The bread is very tasty! The service is not intrusive, Wi-Fi is only at the reception, very weak, you can only write messages. Towels are changed every day, linen every three days, cleaning is not very thorough. As soon as you need something from the staff or a problem arises, they immediately stop understanding any language. The animators were wonderful young guys, they entertained tirelessly from morning until late at night. To sum up, if you are going for service and comfort, you will go to another hotel. If you are going to enjoy the hot African sun and gorgeous sea, that's it!! !

This is my third time in Tunisia, so I have something to compare with. The hotel has a solid four with a plus by the standards of Tunisia. Prior to that, I rested in the 5 star Tour Khalef and El Mouradi Palm Marina. maybe the mood, maybe the positive with which I went to rest, makes me say that it was my best vacation! At 52, I felt like a 20-year-old happy kid.

Prior to that, I rested in the 5 star Tour Khalef and El Mouradi Palm Marina. maybe the mood, maybe the positive with which I went to rest, makes me say that it was my best vacation! At 52, I felt like a 20-year-old happy kid. We got acquainted with wonderful people, every day there is a disco (hello DJ Jamaica). I took $ 100 with me, the rest, as needed, was withdrawn from an ATM at the airport.
When you check in, for 20 dinars we got a beautiful room with a view of the sea and the pool, and on the right is the back entrance of the hotel bar, but this is a separate issue))). The toilet seat in the room was broken. Without saying anything to anyone, the toilet seat was changed the next day (they left 3 dinars on the table for the cleaner)). I can’t say anything about television, since I didn’t even stick the plug into the outlet. At the hotel in the lobby there is a shop where Armen and Mohammed work. Armen practically speaks Russian. Mohammed English and Rush communicated without problems. Several times they helped out about the Internet that had fallen off, the phone worked for distribution (there were problems at work). I have an ooredoo sim. It seems that the scale is full, but the Internet is like 2G. Origin is said to be much more stable in this area. Probably due to the proximity of the airport. I borrowed water and cigarettes from them several times)). Prices are certainly not the same as in General, higher, but not by much. Just right for a hotel shop. If you go to General, then you must also take into account the cost of a taxi. I bought an inexpensive chain with a pendant from Armen (he made a good discount).
In general, if you want to get the most out of your vacation, do not skimp on tips (2-3 dinars) for the staff and smile. In response, you will receive smiles, greetings and increased attention.
We went to the Colosseum in El Jem, 130 dinars by taxi round trip and 2 hours waiting (10 dinars ticket, the museum is included in the price). Sea of impressions. There is also a museum (a lot of interesting things), but it is better to get to it by the same taxi. Somewhere 1 km from the Colosseum, it was hard in the heat. Twice agreed with taxi drivers for friends in the Colosseum))). For which they fell into disfavor with our guide))). Next year I will try to stay in the same hotel.
What else? Sea of the sea, sea of happiness. What do you wish!
I'll be back!

Myself, husband and 6 year old child stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel itself is not new, but it is looked after and modernized. The area is cozy, everything is nearby. Lots of staff. . wifi only at the reception. Near the sea (1 line) - clean and warm... there are waves. Food all day long. . . they cook not very tasty in the restaurant, the most delicious are donuts, which are cooked on the street in the late afternoon.

Paradise for children. Of the minuses - weak evening animation for adults....
Deserves its 4 stars. Near the airport, but there is no discomfort from this. I recommend the hotel if you managed to get an inexpensive ticket.

Arrived late at night, check in was quick and hassle free. The room was on the 3rd floor, with a chic balcony overlooking the green area from the side of the main entrance. The food is cool and varied, the only minus is not enough fresh fish (once per check-in they cooked fresh tuna, it was very tasty! ). Very good menu in the Italian restaurant (A LA carte), amazing service !!!
Representatives of Pegasus were constantly on duty in the lobby of the hotel. It is very convenient.
We were pleasantly surprised that most of the staff spoke or understood Russian. In small hotel shops they sell: a wonderful girl Lilya, a former Ukrainian (silver trade) and another amazing Tunisian: husband and wife. They will always explain everything, help to purchase and install SIM card, put money on the balance. In general, the hotel made a good impression. Good luck to them and prosperity. The only drawback for me and my husband is that there is absolutely no place to walk in the evening, the territory is quite limited.

Solid four. The food is sufficient and of good quality. The beaches are well equipped. The beaches are small. A lot of children. Children are engaged in swimming pools and in game libraries. It's all good. In bad weather there is an indoor pool. While there were showers and storms, we swam there. But the beaches after the storm look like a garbage dump.

It's all good. In bad weather there is an indoor pool. While there were showers and storms, we swam there. But the beaches after the storm look like a garbage dump. Beaches after storms are cleaned poorly. Everywhere there is litter from horses and camels, so you don’t want to go into the water, it looks like slurry with grass. Nearby beaches are cleaner. Horses and camels constantly walk along the beach and defecate right on the beach, so everything is littered with manure. Horses rush along the beach even without riders and can trample. There are many children so it is very dangerous. I personally saw how two fighting stallions almost trampled small children at the water's edge. The administration does not react to this, but calls out as Allah pleases. Evening animation is very loud and non-musical - a solid drum. And this despite the fact that 90% are Russian, but you will not hear a single song in Russian, as well as in Arabic. Solid American Negro motives, although Americans and the French are hated. Many try to move from their rooms inside the courtyard to the park, as it is impossible to sleep. The volume drowns out even the TV. Animation in the evening is stupid and stupid - this is not Turkey or even Egypt, but much worse. Animators have no idea what it is to perform on stage and communicate with the audience. The show is not directed. Everything is based on hysterical screams and rudeness towards Russians and Russia. I would like to stop them, but they do not understand Russian and their human intellect can be called "sports". Spectators wait for about half an hour looking at their yelling and running and then disperse to their numbers. There is nowhere to go, there are dead hotels and the airport all around. It is not advised to go to the city. I don’t want to drink wine, because there is nowhere to have fun. There is no dance floor. So just plug your ears and sleep. Usually there is a route that you can walk around the park, but the hotel does not have such a route. It is dark in the park, although the area is large, but not developed, because there are no paths, and where they were, they were all destroyed. Sports grounds are not developed. There are courts and football fields, but they are not offered to occupy them, it is dark all around. Although time in bad weather has nowhere to go. It rains often, but there is nothing to do. As a result, this is the only hotel in which, according to our estimates, there are many vacationers 10 times more than those of neighboring ones, but the administration cannot take advantage of this and offer a decent rest. Maybe she wants to, but she can't, she doesn't understand our level of development and isn't interested in it. As long as everyone is fed. There is one administrator Anis with a high level of intelligence and understanding of the necessary requirements, but apparently one in his desire to improve and meet the necessary requirements of today's demand for recreation to improve, is not able to convey this. We left our proposals and we advise everyone to do this in writing to the administration, this can help improve the lives of vacationers and protect their children from injury. Of course, you don't want to subject yourself to such torture a second time. Although the sea when it does not storm is warm and if you go a hundred meters into the sea, then it’s good. Have a nice holiday.

They save on everything, the hotel is not bad, but their service kills the whole impression. The first time we encountered a queue for crockery. In the bar, beer is poured into disposable cups, then they are washed several times. Disposable teaspoons are also washed, and you need to watch that it is not gnawed.

crockery. In the bar, beer is poured into disposable cups, then they are washed several times. Disposable teaspoons are also washed, and you need to watch that it is not gnawed. There are queues in the bars. they pour juices, sodas for children themselves and squeeze tourists to deploy these machines so that the child does not pour himself a little more. Rudeness on the part of the hotel guide Mamuka generally just shocked... Strong liquor in a single bar. Although I am not a fan of getting drunk, but purely for appetite before dinner, I prefer to take 50 grams, but here I have to run from a common restaurant to a bar for 50 grams... I have never seen anything like this in any hotel. There is a clear oversaturation of bleach in the indoor pool, it’s even impossible to breathe, as a result there weren’t even people there... The room was not really cleaned, this is confirmed by previous reviews of people and I completely agree with them! For 6 days, the hair on the floor actually remained in the shower after combing... Workers on the slides behave just like cattle... The son was simply pushed down the hill, tripping, and the worker after all this continued to work in the end despite the complaint from the administration.
In general, I consider my vacation a success, because this is not the first time I have a vacation abroad and I know that it is better not to attach importance to everything that can ruin a vacation, but I think that I will definitely not return to Tunisia, and in particular to this hotel, although I lay the blame for all the shortcomings in particular on Pegas Touristik, as the owner of the hotel. A new building has been built, but the main restaurant has not been enlarged, as a result of which there are queues, and the rudeness of some guides is generally considered incorrect!
Yes, you can write a lot, but I won’t, IMHO don’t care about all this...
I MADE A DECISION FOR MYSELF: I DO NOT HOLIDAY WITH PEGASAS !! ! BEFORE THIS, I HAVE RESTED WITH FRESH TRAVEL, KOREL AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS, AND THE PEGAS FROM THE DEPARTURE TO THE DEPARTURE IS NOT IMPRESSIVE! YES, AND THE WORDS OF MAMUKA: WHERE DO YOU TYPE GET, EVERYTHING WILL BE FLYING A PEGASUS IS SIMPLY FUNNY))))) IT'S A SORRY THERE IS NO AUDIO FILES TO APPLY TO THE COMMENTS, IT WOULD BE INFORMATION FOR TOURISTS!! !

I recently wrote a review about this trip to Tunisia, put a photo there). I decided to write about the hotel until the tan faded).
I was in Tunisia for the first time, I chose the hotel for a long time and again - according to strict criteria: certain dates, 1st line, sandy beach, all inclusive (I was afraid that my husband would not be able to cope with HB * smiled. There was a choice - Nabeul or Monastir. I looked on the internet , read the reviews, asked around on the forum here, left the choice for Monastir, the Skanes line. But it’s interesting, I asked the girl from TA about the airport opposite the hotel across the road, but she doesn’t know, but according to satellite images, everything is clearly written.
Initially I chose a room with a view of the garden (I saved money when booking). When checking in, I tried to ask for a good room without money, they placed me on the 3rd floor (by local standards - the 4th floor). The elevator is external - you go up and down and you can see the terrace, the stage, the pool. The elevator didn't work a couple of times. Single room (No. 3307), 2 + 2, there is practically no balcony - an indent of 20-25 cm and a balcony lattice, a separate bathroom, a bathroom, "soap-ryolny accessories" (I liked this expression in the reviews of tourists), paper napkins. In the hallway there is a large closet (even several full-length closets), there is also a safe (free of charge), a TV set with 3-4 Russian-language channels. Interroom door to the next room, it was a little annoying at first, and then they just stopped paying attention to it. There is a mini-fridge in the closet, every day they put 1.5 l min. water. The air conditioning was practically not turned off, since the "view of the garden" in our case meant a view of the outbuildings - below our balcony, the motors from the air conditioners of our hotel building were working, so it was almost impossible to open the balcony - there was noise. Already read earlier in the reviews - a cheap room means inconvenience during check-in. Nothing, got used to it.
The room was cleaned in shifts by two teams. I liked the first one, although the dinars were left for both. The first one made something interesting out of sheets).
When I chose a hotel at home, the big "+" of the chosen one was the hall - quite large, spacious, beautiful. Impressed. Immediately from the entrance - a cage with songbirds . . nearby - armchairs . . Not bad for a photo, and for relaxation too)). There are always people in the lobby - free Wi-Fi, a lot of people with laptops and netbooks. There is a table for booking seats in 2 a la carte restaurants (Mediterranean and Italian). There is also a currency exchanger for Tunisian dinars, although the rate is better at the airport opposite the hotel (at the airport 1.35, and at the hotel - 1.32), although a little, but nice).
The food is not bad, although after a few days my husband got a little tired of the buffet, but nothing, he coped with this inconvenience). Two halls (we ate in the second - there are fewer people), a buffet in two halls, so the lines for feeding are small. Between the two halls, a fruit table - a standing waiter cut and dispensed watermelon or melon in 3-4 pieces, plums could be collected independently. Bulk yogurts, all just milk (white), next - jelly, jam, honey, raisins, halva - for supplements. The food is not bad, in principle, many varieties of meat (beef, rabbit, chicken, etc. ), fish. On the open terrace every evening grilled meat or fish - sooo delicious. The husband noted that the meat here is cooked better than in Turkey (she smiled, although the buffet got a little tired of him, but he laid a full plate))).
I didn’t really like the wine (red and white) here, it’s kind of sour. The waiters pour into glasses, although some vacationers go to pour themselves. The bar near the reception makes good cocktails. By the way, this bar is, in principle, the only place where you need to follow a special dress code. The husband was in an unbuttoned shirt (we walked from the beach in the afternoon), he was reprimanded. The woman went into the pareo - she was asked to leave. Not even in the dining restaurant.
Of the two a la carte restaurants, I personally liked the Italian restaurant more: I chose soup, chicken fillet with mushroom sauce and tiramisu cake. The husband chose a salad, dumplings (no matter how he looked, but he did not find meat in them) in cream, a plate of fruit. My daughter chose salad, lasagna and fruit too. I didn’t really like the Mediterranean restaurant menu: after the soup there was fried fish with a lot of bones (just awful), for three - 2 slices of watermelon and 2 melons, tangerine and peach. And the waiters did not have time to clean and put the plates.
In general, during the day the food is good - more than enough - ice cream of various varieties, pancakes, donuts on the lawn on the way to the sea. I tried donuts on the recommendation of tourists - well, don’t know . . fried on fat . . fat drains . . tasty, but . . everything is fat like that . . and the pancakes are delicious, but not fried, but just hot. But in the fresh air everything goes quickly... The choice is yours).
The Mediterranean restaurant in the daytime accepts everyone for a snack - pizza (very good), snacks, a sweet table, drinks, etc.
As a result, you can eat at least the whole day.
And now - the most interesting - the beach. This is a charm. The sand is white . . fine as flour . . they clean it, I saw it repeatedly. After the waves (it was 2 days), a man walked along the beach and removed the algae with a rake. The beach is being watched. For children - complete expanse - shallow water....You go, you go . . and everything is ankle-deep and knee-deep . . Water will reach your waist, just dip - and already buoys. you get up, stick your head under the buoys, then you walk a little more - you swim and again you can rest while standing . . This is the first time I saw such a bottom. The waves were . . beautiful)
Sellers walked along the shore - sea shells, pareos, fruits, you can immediately ride a camel. There was a municipal beach on the border of our beach - in the evenings there were a lot of locals, until the evening a "hotel friend" sits on this border - keeps order, does not let the locals into the territory of the hotel beach. Curious - before entering the beach, everyone takes off their shoes, and they stand in rows of different sizes of flip flops, sandals and slates . . choose)). Umbrellas, deck chairs, mattresses - free of charge. enough for everyone . . although I have seen more than once that beach towels lie alone in reserved places all day. Beach towels are changed from 7 am, it is not advisable to lose them - for loss, a fine of 15 dinars.
By the way, a hotel guy is also sitting on the water slides (I was able to slide down! ) Keeping things in order.
For those who do not want to lie on the beach, there are places on the lawns or near two large pools... there is plenty of space. For kids - separate water slides and a small pool. Out of curiosity, I also took a dip in the indoor pool. The water there is much cooler than the sea or in outdoor pools. Did not like). .
Everywhere ashtrays in the form of crumpled ceramic pots (touched).
The animation team is really strong. I myself went to yoga, water aerobics. There was water polo for men, some other competitions in the pool and around it, there is tennis, mini-golf, etc.
We traveled on our own to Monastir and Sousse. From Pegasus they took Carthage-Tunisia. I mentioned this in my travel review.
There is a hammam thalassotherapy salon. From Pegasus - from 20 dinars (hammam and peeling) and "Antistress" packages (95 dinars), 3 days package "Antistress program" 295 dinars, 4 days "BellaSpa program" 590 dinars, 6 days "anti-cellulite package" 620 dinars. If you go directly to a specialist in the cabin - it will be cheaper.
*Summary. I liked the rest. The territory of the hotel is large (more than 1 thousand people). Behind the territory and the beach - constant care (clean, wash, disinfect). There is a gym (I have never seen anyone there, maybe they just didn’t match). In general, the level is much higher than the Turkish "4" -ki. Lots of Russian speaking staff. Nuance - there is nowhere to go: there is nothing nearby, except for the airport with its shops. Exit - go to Monastir or Sousse.
** Maybe I wrote too much, but I myself know that when you choose a resort and a hotel, you have to go through a lot of pages on the Internet in order to collect as much information as possible about where you are going. Personally, the reviews of other tourists really helped me. Perhaps my review will help someone. Although the nuances-cons, of course, were. But we tried not to focus on them. We came for the rest, which we enjoyed)).
Happy holidays everyone. I do not regret that the Maghrebs came to this country . . curious . . interesting . . informative.
