We arrived early at 6 am. Check-in 14:00 For a room with a sea view, they asked at the reception for $ 5 per day, we paid $ 50, we wanted to sleep terribly! We were taken to the first room without a balcony with 3 beds (why? ) and a view of the Habib dolphin's indoor pool (where the ticket was), we did not stay in the room and went down to the reception again. Next, we were taken to a standard room with a sea view, walked for a long time to the room . . as it turned out later, this is a 3 * dolphin resort hotel. On the plus side, the animation is not so audible and the view was really on the sea, as well as an excellent wi-fi signal in the lobby (there is no signal anywhere else), but the street is lively and you can hear the sound from motorcyclists especially! Transport starts moving from 6 in the morning, and only a curtain blows from the window and saves, which has not been washed since the opening of the hotel. Elevators broke down intermittently, use the stairs. Cleaning was the first 5 days. The cleaner is not shy and hints at additional payment for cleanliness and butterflies from your things on the bed. Dust everywhere! Rusty bathtub and dirty mirrors. The towels are the same as the curtains) old and washed out. We took from home and did not regret it. Water from under the edges flows salty from the sea. Hair becomes like straw and there is no feeling of freshness in principle. I was especially impressed with the salty coffee from the snack bar, as I later realized the bartender uses sea water in the coffee machine. Take closed bottled water at the bar, only it can be used for domestic needs, honestly. In the snack bar you can eat hot dogs (chicken inside)
Food. Delicious ice cream and white wine. Rosé wine (as we have seen) is simply made when the bartender mixes red and white. We drank sprite and water, very remotely reminiscent of what is on the mainland. Lamb meat, camel meat and beef. Delicious baguette bread, but it periodically falls and the waiters pick it up from the floor and put it back. Take a new one from the cart.
The physiotherapist is a tin. He is not just obsessive, sticky like a leech. We took a hammam and a relaxing massage. Hamam is dirty, and massage is not for everyone. The first time I saw a masseuse with such a manicure . . and when she started pouring oil into my hair and plucking my hair, I didn’t get relaxation. I wanted to give money to end it all!
The market comes to the hotel once a week. Bargain . . but in general they will deceive you anyway. Change money at the bank, sometimes there is not enough money for the reception (in fact, there is enough of them, they just won’t give you more) went to the market and to three shops. Here I can only advise you to dress like Muslims so that everything is closed. Butter and halva were bought at the supermarket.

We rode in a carriage, went to the guard fortress entrance 7 dinars (there is a beautiful view of the city from above, go) and went to the Marina, I also liked it.
The sea and the beach are dirty, but it is clear that they are trying to make it cleaner before the season . . for me it's just laziness. The guide said that there was a revolution, the result - the refusal of residents in 2013 from garbage collection. What the hell? ! Well, how pleasant it is to live in it ourselves . . remove the garbage and there will be more tourists!

From the excursions we visited the Phrygia Zoo, where for 10 carrots they took 4 Dinars from us (we fed the deer cubs), and also fed the giraffe (it was exciting, also 10 dinars), and then there was a Zulu show, where you are photographed with an African, regardless of your desire. 10 dinars is worth picking up a printed photo. It was reminiscent of a cheap wedding in a tent, they brought us in like cattle and planted us where they needed to. Further, drunken Russian women tried to take pictures with the participants of the show, which is forbidden. Well, in general - look at this spectacle))
Mom went to Carthage. She said that there merchants attack tourists! Do not buy anything and do not show money! The building itself is impressive and worth seeing.
The curator of the anex suggested attending the festival organized by the Tunisian Ministry of Tourism. Is free. We went with 6 other people. They promised a closed pavilion and a fair, as well as an accompanying guide. In fact, we were brought to a wasteland, there were 10 tents with goods with their own hands, and the Arabs had a lot of them, they tried to touch us and shouted, pointing with their fingers. The driver dropped us off at the beginning of the street and left without explaining anything (how long the event was, where to go, where the guide was, where our bus would be). We walked along the street and saw 10 tents; 3 times we went back and forth (but the prices are called more expensive for tourists) and without buying anything, we stood in a close circle, I can’t put into words all the horror that I experienced. Further (apparently taking pity) we were found by the Bus Driver and we were with him for some time, as it began to get dark, he took us to the hotel, after our requirements. The curator of the anex spread her hands and did not explain this incident in any way.
