To begin with, I will write that the airport in Enfidha is waiting for guests from Ukraine - this is more than 1 hour drive to this hotel. Guests from Russia arrive at the airport of Monastir - it's a 15-minute drive. Check-in at 14.00, however, as elsewhere, but if you are willing to pay an additional 7 dollars / day for a room, you will be offered a room almost immediately. So,
- ROOMS: old, because the hotel itself is from 1985 - does that mean something? You will not find plasma screens on the walls (an 80s TV with 1 Russian-language channel), there are no refrigerators either, air conditioners practically do not work, i. е. there is no clear gradation of temperature regime. It works like a fan. Safes are just an iron box attached to a shelf or wall with one dowel. It can easily be taken out of the room (information for those who are afraid for their valuables). On the balconies there are 2 plastic chairs and a table. Uncomplicated, like the very decoration of the whole room, old beds, a pouffe or a chair by the mirror without any frills. You can't go into a room and say "wow".
- SERVICE: it is present in the hotel, but it is impossible to say that it is at some level. Service is reduced to a minimum, i. e. cleaning the room, changing towels, replacing liquid soap (not always successful). We are not talking about a one-time soap / shampoo / gel, they do not give it. On the day of arrival, they put only soap and that's it (no soap). As somewhere out there, almost nothing is made of towels, except perhaps something similar to something and rarely. So after lunch, do not rush to get your camera to capture "another masterpiece. " TV remote not provided. It must be rented at the Reception for 1 EURO / day (remember - 1 Russian-language channel in total). The key to the safe in the room costs like 2EURO/day. I did not use this service, because I carry everything with me. I wrote about the reliability of the safe above. Further, in the main restaurant, as well as in 2 others, your empty dishes are not in a hurry to pick up (do not waste “bakshish” - this will not help). Table service for breakfast/lunch and dinner only happens once. Devices the second time on the tables no one lays out. Hotel guests themselves look for cutlery, plates, etc. Quick removal from the tables - this is also entrusted to the tourist. If you are "offended" by such treatment, you are not in this hotel. The service does not include bringing you drinks at lunch/dinner, even for baksheesh. No, of course, 1-2 times for a “good request” the waiter runs to the bar and back, and then refers to the fact that the authorities will punish him for this and stop even coming up to your table, just bypasses it. If it's hard for you to go for drinks/tea/coffee on your own, this is not the hotel for you. Attention, the service provides for the issuance of alcoholic beverages only 2 glasses per hand. They won’t give you more, even if you break into a cake!

- CLEANLINESS: I’ll write right away that I don’t wear “rose-colored glasses” and I can be in such conditions that a normal person will not like it. This hotel is not clean. This was also noted by those with whom I managed to meet at the hotel. Yes, towels and bed linen are chlorine-scented, ie. it can be concluded that they are being erased. No, not perfectly clean, as well as bed linen. Tunisians are everywhere lazy people, because not only in this hotel, but also outside of it there is a lot of garbage! Indeed, there is a lot of it, the feeling is that you are somewhere among the dump of secondary raw materials. The hotel staff is in no hurry to collect cups around the hotel. I often noticed plates under the palm trees that had been standing there for more than one day. Tables, chairs, sun loungers located on the territory of the hotel sometimes had to be washed from dust / dirt on their own under a tap or from a bottle. All hotel utensils live their own lives. Just like the territory of the hotel lives its own life. Yes, green, yes, decent size, but covered in weeds, palms/shrubs not trimmed, not trimmed. There is enough moisture in Tunisia, so weeds grow in them just like on our "haciendas", but imagine if you don't fight them for a month or two. If you can't close your eyes to this, you're not here. Only the pool is clean, but chlorinated to such an extent that uhh! I confess that I am not a "resident" of the pool, I like the sea.
- SEA, BEACH: the sea was just amazing. The bottom does not immediately go out from under your feet. 10-15 meters you need to go, then - the depth. The water is clear and clean. It stormed for a couple of days. The storm brought a lot of small jellyfish (pink-purple color). They sting - it hurts, but if right away, then the place where the mark from the jellyfish remained (similar to the pollen of a flower), rub almost everything with sand. Should I take a mask/fins? ! There is nothing special to watch. There are sea urchins near the rocks, I caught them for fun. I saw flocks of fish / crabs / octopuses also near the rocks. Yes, there are rocks on both sides of the beach, there is a concrete path leading to them. You can jump from the rocks, the height is 10-15 meters. Can't get to the bottom. Jumped. The sand on the beach is like flour, light, but dirty. The beaches are cleaned lazily. Municipal beaches. There is no such thing as a hotel beach. Yes, there are hotel sun loungers (old and shabby, broken in places) and stationary "umbrellas", but local natives walk along the beach and swim next to you. If you are shocked by this, you are not in this hotel!
- FOOD: you will not find a chic variety here, but if you arrived for 7 days. you won’t have time to taste everything, but you can be 100% satisfied, because. enough food. The kitchen is sharp. There is no separate children's kitchen. But, for breakfast: milk, cottage cheese (very tasty), muesli, pancakes, scrambled eggs - this is please for children / adults. If you missed the start of breakfast / lunch or dinner, you can not try something, because. no one replenishes the finished dishes, maybe for someone this will be an important criterion. Fish is scarce. Bony, reminiscent of loaches or crucians. Of the 4 types of fish that are served, you can eat one (fish without a head, similar to a goby - only one bone). Happy morning baking. Fruits / vegetables as for me was enough. Drinks are all yuppies, there is a carbonated yuppie (they "christened" it: fanta, cola and sprite, but it tastes like complete shit... but! ). Drinking local production is not for everyone, but you can drink it. Beer is normal if you take it in a glass container because plastic glasses stink very much of bleach! For lunch, 1 type of soup or borscht is served. Pretty much everything is spicy! From meat chicken-chicken-chicken, rarely beef in the form of gravy. If you do not eat chicken, you will have to choose a vegetable diet. The cakes are delicious, but they are all the same.
- INFRASTRUCTURE: I think you can enter anything here? ! Disco in the hotel free of charge starts at 24.00. Boring. Prices in hotel shops are at least 3 times higher than usual. Buy souvenirs and gifts at the market. In stores like Monoprix and General you buy everything else. You can bargain in the market, but not in the shops. Hotel guides fight for clients "to the blood", because. earn on excursions so cool that you never dreamed of. Let me give you an example: a pirate boat swim 5 hours - 37 dollars / person. From the hotel to the port to go 10 minutes. There buy a ticket for this walk 20-25TD (Tunni dinar). Course: 1$ - 1.6TD 1euro - 2.2TD. The guides lie that it is dangerous to walk into the city. I traveled by public transport (trains (Tunisian metro), minibuses, buses) and walked almost 1/3 of the country. There were no encroachments on my life by the local population. Briefly outlined, I hope that the story will help someone in the future. Specific questions in a personal.
