Hotel ratings by criteria:
Rooms: 2.0
Service: 2.0
Cleanliness: 1.0
Food: 1.0
Amenities: 4.0
Briefly:
The hotel does not pull on 4 *. Terrible service, terrible food.
The information in the Vkontakte group, in the prospectus, on the top hotels and in the hotel itself - contradict each other.

Complete:
Arrived at the hotel at 4 am. Some of the guests were settled within an hour, the rest of the majority were settled from 13 to 15 hours. There was no escort to the room, they looked for themselves.

Booked Double Sea View. What awaited us:
Spacious room with one double bed, table, chest of drawers, table and chair. Separate bathroom with crumbling plaster, free safe in the closet (instruction in English on the door).
Of the promised - a kettle with cups, but no coffee / tea. Hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator (noises like a KAMAZ, turned off immediately). Balcony with 2 armchairs, a table and a small dryer.
Pros:
- fresh plumbing
- sea view
Minuses:
- the second balcony door without a mosquito net (it used to be, judging by the remnants on the frame)

- the locks on the doors to the bathroom and toilet do not work
- the hood in the toilet does not work
- the furniture is quite old, the drawers of the chest of drawers with torn trim, did not open
- no shortcuts (do not disturb, you can get out)

ROOM SERVICE - nominal
In the first 2 days they left 5 dinars each, then they stopped because there was nothing.
The floors are swept, sweeping sand in the corners. Linen was not changed for 7 days. Towels in the room - 4 pieces for 2 guests (2 large and 2 small), did not change all 7 days. Dirty towels from the floor were hung on holders.
Bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo) were not replenished. Empty vials were still standing on the sink.
The balcony was not cleaned at all.
The maid began to break (namely, break, with a roar and shouts of "KLINA ROOM! OPEN! ") at 8 in the morning. The door, closed to the internal lock, did not stop her. I had to get up, explain to her that we were sleeping and ask her to come after 10. Every day.

TERRITORY
Spacious, fairly clean. The paths are lit up at night.
Near the toilets - a characteristic smell.
In the toilets themselves - like at the station, I do not advise visiting.

BEACH
Not big, with awnings from the sun. Adjustable sun beds with mattresses. Many sunbeds are busy and sunbath all day empty.
The sand is cleaned, but there is garbage (bottle caps, glasses, gobies, branches). A couple of times the guests found broken glass.
There is a volleyball court. To the right of the beach - entertainment (jet skis, parachute, banana, tablet). Bathing is not disturbed.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, the stones are in one place and they can be seen.
There is no push in the water. The swimming area is fenced with buoys. Finely, in a couple of places - deeper than 1.50. Pretty comfortable for both kids and adults.
Once an hour, vendors (sun creams, cigarettes, drums, souvenirs) pass by without being overbearing.
For some reason, many write about a large number of locals on the beach. We saw a couple of times 1-2 families. They behaved decently, did not make noise.

SWIMMING POOL
Large, spacious, different depths (from 55 cm to 1.
90m), the water is clean, there is a lot of bleach (there was a very strong smell for a couple of days).
There are enough sun loungers, although there are busy empty ones. Umbrellas (can be opened or closed). An employee walks around the pool, who gives out towels. You can also ask him for a sunbed, mattress, towel, open or close an umbrella. On the day of departure, he "fraternally" issues towels without a deposit.

NUTRITION
All 7 days are about the same, a couple of dishes changed.
Once there were crabs, once there were shrimp.
Most dishes are just spices. There is raw food.
The main principle is to come to the opening, so you can have time to eat. An hour after the start of the meal - empty trays and the answer of the waiters "finish".

Breakfast:
croissants, bread, cheese, olives, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 4 types of jams, honey, butter. Pancakes with toppings of your choice were baked on the grill (a queue of 5 people). Fruits - dates, watermelons, melon. Sometimes - plum, nectarine, apricots.
Coffee from the coffee machine, tastes like Golden Eagle sachets.

Dinner and supper:
Salads - vegetables in different combinations. Separately, also a salad of chopped onions. Bitter cucumbers, Chinese cabbage leaves and tomatoes are more like jellyfish in texture.
First - 3 soups. Rustic - tasteless water with tasteless vegetables, Vegetable - grated potatoes with broccoli and a bunch of spices, Tunisian - pasta with seafood and broth.
All side dishes and hot dishes are either peppered (to the point of tears) or bland and tasteless. Beef and liver cannot be cut or chewed.
Fruit - like for breakfast.
Ice cream - 2 (sometimes 3) trays and plastic cups. The queue is built instantly in 10+ people. Refill towards the end of the meal.
Drinks - white / rose / red wine, bottled water, concentrated juice (bred by eye, maybe water, maybe jelly), which ends in half an hour.

Drinks and cutlery are brought by the waiter, who can be waited for more than an hour.
You have to get up, catch, bring to the table.
There are no paper napkins. If the table is served again (they ate before you) - there will be no rag napkins.

Snacks:
At the beach bar from 10 am to 12 pm and at the pool bar from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Assortment: panini (ham/cheese/chicken), pizza (dough, ketchup, fresh onion, hot pepper). They cook in front of a guest, hence the queues. Give out no more than 2-3 panini or slices of pizza in hand.
Some cooks are dissatisfied, rude, ignore children, throw food.

The drinks:
Lobby - adequate cheerful waiters, they don't know how to mix cocktails. The range is as stated. Only tea bags and regular coffee are available here.
Pool and beach bars - vodka, beer, wine, cedrat, fanta/cola/sprite, concentrated juices. Often drinks are "finish" and are not replenished.

OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY
Opposite the entrance to Bel - an excellent restaurant "Black & White" (European cuisine, local cuisine, Wi-Fi is free, very friendly and pleasant waiters, the average check is 25 dinars per adult).
To the right behind the crossroads is a supermarket with souvenirs, clothes, food and cosmetics. Prices are acceptable.
If you are going to the medina for souvenirs, first look (or better take a picture) of the prices in shops near the hotel. In the bazaar, the price is announced 20-100 times higher, but they are willing to bargain.
On the example of an ashtray: the price in the market is 8 dinars. The first price at the bazaar is 150 dinars. The purchase price is 2 dinars.

When exiting a bus or taxi, DO NOT BE fooled by "Hi, I'm the chef from your hotel, let's go show ... ". A standard divorce, in which tourists are brought into the shop of their mother, who has a birthday today, and therefore here's a discount for you from 200 to 150 dinars for a souvenir that costs 5 dinars in the market. Gives tourists a hotel bracelet on their hand.

A separate item is the administrators at the hotel, representatives of novostar (and a representative of Biblio-Globus with them for company):
Either the administrators go about their business and you get the answer "it's normal", or they will listen to you, nod their heads and say "we have taken control", but nothing will change.
Writing in BG is useless. You find fault, and the classification of hotels in Tunisia is its own, not international. But we do not have any information about this, but you are supposed to have 2 towels per guest (although 4 * is a minimum of 4 towels, and there were 3 of them in the room for 2 guests).
