First time in Tunisia and on an all inclusive holiday. The tourism manager highly recommended this hotel, they chose it quickly, as there was a rush with round-trip tickets. In general, the hotel is disgusting. This is definitely not 4 *, rather only 2 *. They brought me early, settled me almost immediately. A room with a view of the smelly roof, curtains with holes, no tulle, no TV remote control, air conditioning only works at night with the window closed, the balcony was cleaned once, bed linen and towels are old. The plumbing is also old and one day there was no water during the day. The room and the hotel stinks of nothing. There are cockroaches, ants and spiders in the corners of the webs. The hair dryer is very strange)) The cosmetic mirror is rusty and broken, so it hangs leaning on the hair dryer)) They clean up badly, even if you leave a tip. The difference with and without a tip is whether or not a flower is put on the pillow)) I used a glass in the room and then rinsed it for me and left it on the sink in the bathroom. Paper coasters do not change. As well as towels. Water is not brought to the room. Internet is slow only in the lobby or corridor. When the hotel was fully occupied, Wi-Fi was only at night. Photos, for example, I could not send. The food is tasteless. Basically different variations of pasta (overcooked), rice and potatoes. There are small bones in the meat (I recommend being careful not to accidentally break your teeth), the fish is cooked disgustingly (with a head and entrails). Salads are sometimes musty, mostly consisting of cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and chives. There are salads such as shredded cabbage or chopped cucumbers)) Watermelons and sometimes melons are made from fruits. No yogurt for breakfast. There are no dairy products at all. Coffee is either instant or somehow tasteless in a large vat. Soups are also not appetizing. Once I got the impression that half-eaten salads are boiled, beaten with a blender and put on the sign “Vegetable Soup”)) I tried couscous - it seems to be a traditional Tunisian dish, but for some reason it is much tastier in frozen bags in Russia. In general, all food is tasteless, bland and prepared as for animals, not people. For drinks, I mostly drank cola. Cappuccino from a machine in a bar, no cinnamon. Also of note are the huge queues in the dining room, the lack of cutlery, tables littered with dirty plates. By the way, plates, forks and knives were washed poorly. Once I asked to change the glasses, as they clearly had traces of someone's lips and fingers. In general, the dining room is not a restaurant, as it is sometimes called. It's a cheap diner with terrible service and food. They don't like Russians there. All these “Russia, come on, come on” sounds somehow vulgar. Especially vile was the harassment by the guards at the exit "Russia hello", "Russia kiss mi". Fu, that's disgusting. It’s unpleasant that one bartender ALWAYS, when I asked for water, asked for “vodka” again? However, I don't drink alcohol at all. By the way, the water is disgusting. The first time I even felt sick from her taste. Which they pour from the tap is generally terrible. Therefore, it is better only in a bottle. I even went to the store to buy some Bon Aqua, but alas (((The fact that Russians are not liked in this hotel is also confirmed by the fact that the flag hangs upside down and crumpled. I have repeatedly contacted hotel staff but nothing has changed. There is a Paleolithic safe with a key - 3 dinars per day. It turned out to be broken, but they changed it. The money changer didn't work all the time. Maybe, of course, it was me who came up at such an unfortunate time. Between lunch and dinner, cotton candy and unleavened pancakes are sometimes prepared. Conditions, in my opinion, unsanitary. There are also sandwiches, but for some reason Russians are not given them. Only residents of other states. There are croissants on display at the bar, but they are spoiled and lie for beauty)) The hotel has a SPA center, the services of which were very intrusively offered by a certain “Mika”, who speaks good Russian. He even called the room so that I could come and pay for his massages. But I did not visit and there was no special desire. It's just that I was in a SPA hotel in Spain and there is something to compare with. By the way, I don’t understand why the hotel seems to be with a SPA, but even a visit to the hammam is paid... The animation in the evening is very mediocre. At the fire show, I thought: "It's good that they are not terrorists. " It can be more spectacular on Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg)) In general, as I understand it, they need to show something and they are spinning this handicraft all season. On the other hand, I feel sorry for those constantly tired animators. When the hotel was full, they even had nowhere to sleep. Nevertheless, the guys are trying)) The hotel holds discos Misha (he is also a guide). I was not there, but I heard everything perfectly, since the disco was held under my number. Typical provincial repertoire: "Valera", "My Baby", "Battery", etc. The hotel is not very far from the sea. Rarely goes tuk-tuk, once the driver was drunk in the trash. On the way, garbage dumps on the side of the road (there is the norm) and it stinks very much of sewage. There were usually enough sun loungers. The sea was mostly cleaned, but when there were waves it brought a lot of dirt. Nevertheless, it was collected. There are guards on the beach. Sometimes the police pass by with machine guns. They also drive a camel that stinks like a herd of cows. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I like Tunisia
