The tourism manager highly recommended this hotel, they chose it quickly, as there was a rush with round-trip tickets. In general, the hotel is disgusting. This is definitely not 4 *, rather only 2 *. They brought me early, settled me almost immediately. A room with a view of the smelly roof, curtains with holes, no tulle, no TV remote control, air conditioning only works at night with the window closed, the balcony was cleaned once, bed linen and towels are old. The plumbing is also old and one day there was no water during the day. The room and the hotel stinks of nothing. There are cockroaches, ants and spiders in the corners of the webs. The hair dryer is very strange)) The cosmetic mirror is rusty and broken, so it hangs leaning on the hair dryer)) They clean up badly, even if you leave a tip. The difference with and without a tip is whether or not a flower is put on the pillow)) I used a glass in the room and then rinsed it for me and left it on the sink in the bathroom. Paper coasters do not change. As well as towels. Water is not brought to the room. Internet is slow only in the lobby or corridor. When the hotel was fully occupied, Wi-Fi was only at night. Photos, for example, I could not send. The food is tasteless. Basically different variations of pasta (overcooked), rice and potatoes. There are small bones in the meat (I recommend being careful not to accidentally break your teeth), the fish is cooked disgustingly (with a head and entrails). Salads are sometimes musty, mostly consisting of cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and chives. There are salads such as shredded cabbage or chopped cucumbers)) Watermelons and sometimes melons are made from fruits. No yogurt for breakfast. There are no dairy products at all. Coffee is either instant or somehow tasteless in a large vat. Soups are also not appetizing. Once I got the impression that half-eaten salads are boiled, beaten with a blender and put on the sign “Vegetable Soup”)) I tried couscous - it seems to be a traditional Tunisian dish, but for some reason it is much tastier in frozen bags in Russia. In general, all food is tasteless, bland and prepared as for animals, not people. For drinks, I mostly drank cola. Cappuccino from a machine in a bar, no cinnamon. Also of note are the huge queues in the dining room, the lack of cutlery, tables littered with dirty plates. By the way, plates, forks and knives were washed poorly. Once I asked to change the glasses, as they clearly had traces of someone's lips and fingers. In general, the dining room is not a restaurant, as it is sometimes called. It's a cheap diner with terrible service and food. They don't like Russians there. All these “Russia, come on, come on” sounds somehow vulgar. Especially vile was the harassment by the guards at the exit "Russia hello", "Russia kiss mi". Fu, that's disgusting. It’s unpleasant that one bartender ALWAYS, when I asked for water, asked for “vodka” again? However, I don't drink alcohol at all. By the way, the water is disgusting. The first time I even felt sick from her taste. Which they pour from the tap is generally terrible. Therefore, it is better only in a bottle. I even went to the store to buy some Bon Aqua, but alas (((The fact that Russians are not liked in this hotel is also confirmed by the fact that the flag hangs upside down and crumpled. I have repeatedly contacted hotel staff but nothing has changed. There is a Paleolithic safe with a key - 3 dinars per day. It turned out to be broken, but they changed it. The money changer didn't work all the time. Maybe, of course, it was me who came up at such an unfortunate time. Between lunch and dinner, cotton candy and unleavened pancakes are sometimes prepared. Conditions, in my opinion, unsanitary. There are also sandwiches, but for some reason Russians are not given them. Only residents of other states. There are croissants on display at the bar, but they are spoiled and lie for beauty)) The hotel has a SPA center, the services of which were very intrusively offered by a certain “Mika”, who speaks good Russian. He even called the room so that I could come and pay for his massages. But I did not visit and there was no special desire. It's just that I was in a SPA hotel in Spain and there is something to compare with. By the way, I don’t understand why the hotel seems to be with a SPA, but even a visit to the hammam is paid... The animation in the evening is very mediocre. At the fire show, I thought: "It's good that they are not terrorists. " It can be more spectacular on Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg)) In general, as I understand it, they need to show something and they are spinning this handicraft all season. On the other hand, I feel sorry for those constantly tired animators. When the hotel was full, they even had nowhere to sleep. Nevertheless, the guys are trying)) The hotel holds discos Misha (he is also a guide). I was not there, but I heard everything perfectly, since the disco was held under my number. Typical provincial repertoire: "Valera", "My Baby", "Battery", etc. The hotel is not very far from the sea. Rarely goes tuk-tuk, once the driver was drunk in the trash. On the way, garbage dumps on the side of the road (there is the norm) and it stinks very much of sewage. There were usually enough sun loungers. The sea was mostly cleaned, but when there were waves it brought a lot of dirt. Nevertheless, it was collected. There are guards on the beach. Sometimes the police pass by with machine guns. They also drive a camel that stinks like a herd of cows. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I like Tunisia

The concept of the hotel, published on the website of the tour operator Anex, assumed that the hotel offers accommodation according to the UAL system. In fact it turned out: NUTRITION: 1. In fact it turned out:
NUTRITION:
1. Meals are organized according to the "Swedish table" system - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was so meager that the guests of the hotel tried to queue up in the dining room at the very beginning of the feeding, because by the time the set time was over, food was simply not delivered to the distribution - there were empty trays. The set of products and dishes included only rice, potatoes, tomatoes and watermelon. Occasionally it was possible to get 50-gram pieces of chicken or small fish.
2. Of the additional "snacks", only "pancakes" were available.
3. Of the alcoholic beverages, only beer and wine were included.
4. A la carte restaurants - the only one - were never offered. Tourists who had the good fortune to visit him noted that the food in this restaurant was simply transferred to it from the common dining room.
5. A cockroach was once recorded on a tray of cheese, which the canteen workers brushed off with their hands and left the situation without further comment.
We had to organize our meals outside the walls of the hotel and, accordingly, spend additional funds, which we did not count on.
TERRITORY:
1. The area looks more like a hostel from the 80s than a four-star hotel.
2. The gym, which was declared free of charge, could be visited for an additional fee.
3. Tables and chairs almost never wiped.
BEACH
1. The beach is located in a 10-minute walk through a completely unkempt area.
2. The sunbeds on the beach are not suitable for lying down - the holding fabric has sagged for a long time and you have to lie on the sunbed frame. We observed mattresses for sunbeds in a warehouse at the hotel, but no one has ever offered them either for money, let alone for free.
3. Alcohol is not offered on the beach.
4. The restaurant on the beach was always closed to the public and its aisles were filled with chairs in order to prevent entry into it.
HOTEL & ROOMS
1. Shared toilets are always dirty to say the least, the taps only work if they are not broken. The only equipment available was toilet paper. Soap and hand towels were always missing in both the men's and women's restrooms.
2. The plumbing in the room is broken - taps and showers spray water in different directions.
3. Furniture knocked down with nails and somehow painted over.
4. The rooms are periodically visited by cockroaches and spiders.
STAFF:
1. The reception was contacted about the dirt in the toilet - the administrator simply shrugged and went behind the counter.
2. They applied about the absence of an employee at the cash desk during working hours, where they change the currency - the manager, however, made a remark to the cashier.
3. We were asked to go to an audience with the senior manager of the hotel to discuss claims - he did not honor us with his attention. The four of us waited 15 minutes, but he was busy somewhere at that time.
In addition, I want to express my disappointment in the work of the Anex Tour representatives. The representative of the tour operator in our hotel immediately stated that this hotel had never positioned itself as working under the UAL program. When we showed the vouchers, where information about this was reflected, he said that you can change the hotel for an additional fee of 15 to 03 dollars per person per night, and no one will return the funds we spent on the Hammamet Garden Resort hotel to us. The excursion program was not offered to us. In the Anex folder, we noted confusion in the dates of departure of tourists and in flight numbers, as well as in the number of departing passengers. to regulate these issues, we had to call the representative several times, but we did not manage to get an intelligible answer. On the seventh time of addressing him, he said that we would all fly away sooner or later, which did not reassure us much. All issues were resolved only after a call to the operator's hotline. The operator's representative at the hotline stated that we could leave our impressions of the hotel and the tour operator's representative's slave at check-out, when the person accompanying us to the airport would give us questionnaires to reflect their opinion. When leaving the hotel for a flight home, we were met and seen off only by the bus driver, who spoke neither Russian nor English. We did not see any representative of the Anex Tour company, nor did we see any questionnaires.
Here we have such a disgusting vacation.
I do not want our compatriots, for their own not small money, leaving for 5 thousand kilometers from home, endure irritation and humiliation, begging for food in the canteen.

Rested in June 2016. The price is 24 tr for an 11n. single ultra inclusive the day before departure. Flight royal flight from Rostov-on-Don according to the schedule. people from St. Petersburg complained that the flight was postponed for 6 hours - they got tired of sitting on stools at the airport, after 4 hours they gave a sip of water, and after 6 hours they threw a piece of bread into the crowd... Tele2 communication in Tunisia does not work - surprise! Take a megaphone or beeline SIM card with you if you want to send SMS upon arrival from the plane. A minute of Beeline costs 200 rubles, SMS 35 rubles. A local SIM card costs $ 10, it's 20 minutes with Russia and 2 GB of Internet. , wi-fi in the hotel at the reception will allow you to talk with the house.
The hotel is excellent. I arrived at 6 in the morning, sent for breakfast, they said check-in at 12 o’clock. I came up after breakfast, asked in Egyptian Arabic, they settled without problems. until 12 noon, until the cleaners come and clean the rooms, but I think that for 10 magical American rubles the problem will be solved immediately if you ask. Room 318.3rd floor (even rooms overlook the large pool, super view and music from the pool bar until 11 p. m. , odd numbers overlook the small pool and the street (there is no view, it’s quiet, but! at night you can come to a small pool with large slides people from Tagil and whooping into the pool, listen to music and yell until you start throwing stones at them according to the Muslim tradition (from the balcony))).
In the large pool at night, no one bathes or yells, the administration controls the process there). People complained that the odd rooms on the ground floor (access to the small pool) are shabby. right in front of the window, at night everyone sees someone off, yelling, and even the mule and roosters wake up at dawn. Even rooms 300-328 are all beautiful after renovation with large acrylic bathtubs, TV, refrigerators 50 cm high with a freezer 25cm * 20cm. When leaving the room, take the key card with you, the refrigerator and the light are turned off. To overcome this problem, take another card to the reception purely for the refrigerator (Say; "Giv mi e card for my fridge, minfadlyak (minfadlyak = please in Arabic). Check immediately the conder and TV. I had broken buttons in the conder, they did not use the weather was not hot. For TV, take the remote control at the reception for 10 dinars, then the money will be returned when you return the remote control. Also, striped sea towels are issued for a deposit of 10 dinars.
Breakfast is weak. The coolest thing is scrambled eggs and yeast pancakes-super. Bright red starch sausage and soy cheese, almost no vegetables, just yesterday's rotten tomatoes and fu cabbage! Take bacon, lard, meat, sausage for breakfast with you from Russia. how much will fit. Pizza from the oven-class, wild boar, pork, turkey, beef, grilled fish, pilaf, potatoes, pasta - everything from the heart! For dinner, grilled pork skewers or fish (Herring, horse mackerels from the palm of your hand) Do not gain more than you can eat, come back better, they will bring more meat, do not worry. It's a shame for the Russians who picked up full plates and didn't master them. It's good manners when you leave empty plates behind you, remember this.
Take bottled water at the bar on the 1st floor from 11 am to 11 pm. There is one bottle of 1.5 liters in the room on the first day. Well done animators, all the time of the game: 16 hours of football_bring your sneakers! volleyball! There is no archery (it broke). There is a game of bocha on the beach. In the small pool from 14 to 16 hours they include large slides like in a water park - free of charge, at 15 hours - water polo in the large pool, at 11 hours - darts and mini golf in large pool, at 11 and 15 aqua aerobics in the large pool. There are two large tennis courts (located in front of the entrance to the main building behind the parking of the electric car and cars) - they are free all day for free, take rackets and balls with you (you can ask the chief of the animator Said or at the reception on bail, but they have one or two rackets in total). The gym-rocking chair is paid. Volleyball on the beach at 11 o'clock - in the heat - take football and volleyballs from Russia to play not in hell according to the animators' schedule, but whenever you want. In the evening at 21 o'clock a disco for children, 22 o'clock animators show performances japanese GO theatre, latin dances, contests Mr and Mrs hotel disco. Take sidediscs with songs with you, otherwise they have a tight repertoire. On the beach, water is poured from the tap (salty and choired, it also body drinks yupi), so carry bottled water with you. An electric bus with 12 seats goes to the beach, walking distance is 700 meters. It is better for curvaceous aunts to walk more than one, one aunt 50+ was attacked by Arab teenagers and felt (like in Berlin on New Year's Eve) .
Taxi drivers and merchants in the shops are great, not like in Egypt, not arrogant, they don’t shout dirty tricks, they don’t run into a scuffle)). shopping centers, at the entrances they ask "Do you have a bomb? If not, they pass without problems), the road is 4 dinars to the Hammet Medina center (to the right of the hotel). Money is exchanged for the hotel reception, 1 dollar = two dinars, euros at the rate, Vegetables fruits-to the left 100 meters, ice cream and olive oil across the road, price 11 dinars / 0.875 liters. excursion to Carthage-Tunisia-Sidi Busaid (white-blue Santorini local) - 40 dollars of the tour operator-normal for development, the guide is a local guy with he didn’t stop talking for a minute with very good Russian and interesting knowledge, he told everything interestingly in detail, approached everyone personally and asked questions on any topic - well done simply! hours. Excursion to the Sahara for 2 days for $ 110 from the tour operator, know warm, but! on the bus you will travel 1200 km, at least 15 hours, it’s hard, keep in mind whether you need such sacrifices! Quad bike tours are offered at the hotel for $20 for 2 hours. In Hammamet, quad rental offices offer a quad bike for a day! $15 if licensed.
It is safe in the village, the police patrol constantly, they are armed and very peaceful towards tourists (even allowed one to get into their barred car and take a photo in it. The country and people made a very good impression, very smiling, not evil like in Egypt. I recommend it, because there is nothing else from Russia.

At the airport, they filled out a questionnaire (three items: full name, passport details, hotel name). Passed passport control and boarded the bus. (do not throw away the spine of the questionnaire - hand it in when you leave). It took 1 hour 10 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel (at 6:30 local time), we were met, put on bracelets for everyone and were taken to breakfast. After breakfast, they distributed similar questionnaires and check-in (if they don’t check in at all, try the magic $ 10).
We settled in, changed clothes and immediately went to the sea. Walk 7-10 minutes to the beach. Or you can take a tuk tuk. When you walk along the path, you really pass the utility yard of one of the hotels (but it's 5 seconds, and they have this stench in the hotel all the time, but they are on the first line).
SEA: beautiful, clean, warm sea. The water is turquoise in color (near the birch is greenish due to its shallow depth). There are no algae. Small fish swim near the shore. There are enough sun loungers for everyone. Towels can be taken from the room or on deposit. We took ours - most of them are. During the night, garbage is brought to the shore, but the guards clean everything with a rake. More our vacationers crap. There is a bar on the beach. It contains drinks such as cola, fanta, etc. and water is free. Who wants beer - for money (4.5 dinars - 90 rubles) or go to the hotel, there from 10 o'clock at least get drunk in several bars. On the beach you can order lunch (though the next day) from the menu from the main restaurant
Before lunch, they returned to the room and began to study it in detail (the toilet is leaking, the TV does not work (the remote control is for money) - yes, it was not needed, there are ants on the ground floor (someone spilled sweet juice - so they organized a trail there ).
They asked to fix the toilet and the TV and went to lunch and relax on the territory by the pools). Repaired, but nothing happened. The next day in the morning they asked to change the room. We were given a choice of several (if you don’t like something, ask for a replacement right away). We chose an excellent room on the third floor overlooking the terrace and pool.
ROOM: spacious and comfortable: room, bathroom, separate toilet, towels, hair dryer, shampoos, gel. Safe for 3 dinars per day. We took it and no problem. Never heard of theft. In principle, the room is quite decent for the money (obtained minus the flight 1000 rubles per day for "all inclusive"). We were a family (3 adults). True, the wife said that the linen is not white and not starched. In general, the room was used only at night to sleep, change clothes and take a shower. All the time was spent resting.
TERRITORY: large enough, very well maintained, very green and clean. There are 2 swimming pools. Near the main one there is a paddling pool for kids, at the second one there are water slides. Both pools have an area for children and a deeper one (1.90 m. ) for adults. On the territory there is a children's club, playgrounds for football, volleyball, etc. My son and I sometimes shot from a bow, played volleyball. They called me to football, but I didn’t have sneakers with me.
FOOD: Varied: every day there were fish, beef, pork, chicken, turkey (I especially liked the dishes from the chef (fried ribs, meat, tuna... ), vegetables, several side dishes. Their fruits were only watermelons and melons. We ate until september until we have normal ones. Lots of sweets. Everything is very tasty. Everywhere there is decent wine (we liked white) beer is also decent. Very good Cedranine liqueur. Can be taken plain or diluted with orange. Coffee and tea there is always in the lobby on the ground floor. You can order in the same bar.
STAFF: Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Minor difficulties with the Russian language (they don’t understand the word normal and excellent - I had to explain that this is good or very good. In principle, everyone knows Russian for minimal communication and problem solving.
ANIMATION: Well done animators!! ! We were not allowed to be bored. There were water aerobics twice a day, tournaments were held in ping-pong, archery, bocce, volleyball, football, etc. Contests were held during the day, and in the evening at 20:30 there was a show. At the beginning of half an hour for children! Then half an hour of dancing. Then awarding diplomas based on the results of tournaments for the day. Then SHOW. Every day different programs. Very fun and interesting. Everyone is trying to translate into 5-7 languages, including Russian). Sometimes a mixture of all languages is used in comedy skits (but everything is clear to everyone).
EXCURSIONS: vouchers were taken from Versa. The meeting party is "Blue Star". The first time such guides: silently to the hotel. Not a word about the country. We took a tour of the zoo and silently arrived, dropped off and announced - a meeting in two hours... The zoo is certainly interesting - you walk along the bridges and look at the animals from above. But apart from the giraffes, no one impressed - they were all tortured by the heat (much more interesting in Kaliningrad and Helsinki). They took another one for a boat trip - normal.
SHOPPING: we went to the center on the recommendations of our guide (cheaper in the shops opposite the hotel - the quality is also (dates, sweets, magnets, ... We bought Liquor for 40 dinars - proven quality (corks turned out to be twisted in the store and costs 50 dinars). Darbuka tambourine "Do not buy on the beach (clay will break), it is better in a hotel in a wooden shop made of olive. BUT! Bargain everywhere in any store!!! "
DISADVANTAGES: Poorly shows the Russian channel, weak signal. But football (the World Cup) was watched in a cafe on a large plasma - excellent! Weak Internet signal. But everyone goes out into the hall or on the second floor there is a cafe and a hall with tables. Everything is pretty good there.
But this is all nonsense, we had a great rest, I recommend it to everyone. Both children and adults have something to do here.

Guide - FUCK! as a touchy "girl", he was offended that we did not order tours from him. For 40 minutes he rubbed about his tours, but he didn’t answer our questions, but she had a lot of questions. the attitude towards the Russians is simply not a disguised disdain. I stand in line first and first served the Germans behind me. everything is poured into glass for them, and for us into plastic cups, although this is rather a plus, since the country is a landfill. the road to the beach is the road to hell. I didn't want to go to the sea. dirt, stench, instead of the promised locomotives "tukh-tukh" to the beach - a barely alive nag, which immediately pooped, and nothing THAT was removed. the beach is covered in horse and camel shit. waves wash IT into the sea, you swim and brush it off. and two days before our departure, apparently due to a small storm the day before, the sewer overflowed! and THIS is how it poured onto the beach, and then into the sea. the food is good, tasty, but for the most popular - kortohai fries, pasta and pizza half an hour queues, why not put more deep fryers! no tea! to our question "SUPER guide", received an answer that the hotel is not focused on Russian tourists! What does it mean! the hotel is 50% Russian. tea only for breakfast, and barely warm water. the hotel is in the suburbs, there is nowhere to go out in the evening, dirt and stink everywhere. and at the very end, already, so to speak, "on the track" they stole $ 100 from us. it's probably their own fault, it was necessary to take the safe. I would have no complaints if we went to 2 stars, but we went to 4, and almost 100.000 for 10 days. a country living in tourism by 80% has no right to be so dirty, has no right to walk their animals along the beach without cleaning up after them. and if you don't like Russians, don't invite them.

I went with my daughter 11 years old. We liked everything. And the kitchen, animation (we worked with my daughter all the time), pools. It’s far from the sea, of course, but walking is not a problem, and Tuk travels periodically. Children's slides, ping-pong, cola, donuts, pancakes, even children played billiards, there is enough greenery. … More ▾ I went with my daughter 11 years old. We liked everything. The rooms are not super new but clean. Every day they cleaned and decorated with flowers, even toilets. The staff is friendly and sociable. The guide is great. In general, to each his own. Good luck everyone. And have a good rest!

The room immediately asked for a quiet one in English for a long time they pretended that they did not understand, but seeing that I was not going anywhere, they gave me in the far wing overlooking the small pool. The room has wretched furniture, the wall in the toilet behind the door is all covered in vomit, on the balcony in the place for flowers there is an ashtray with a huge stake. cigarette butts and a constant hum from the kondeya working somewhere, threshed day and night, sometimes even woke up. To be honest, I was afraid to change, I thought it was a trifle. Let's go to change money in the hotel's exchange office, I immediately changed $ 300 for excursions, brazenly cheated on 11 dinars, which is about 220 of ours, looks at me and asks if everything is fine? No, it’s not enough, I gave another 10 dinars in small change, so I barely took it away with a penny, but in the end, I didn’t give 1. And this is a system of someone for one someone for 20 someone for 100 people were horrified, and if they didn’t immediately find a shortage, they all allegedly lost it, and this is in the EXCHANGE IN THE HOTEL. Now about their spa went for a peeling paid 25 for the procedure and 5 for a disposable glove. They gave me a smelly, almost black, once white bathrobe, took me to the hammam, all the windows were open in the hammam dubak, I got cold there, they called me for peeling, I began to rub this glove, then I threw this glove into the bucket, rinsed it and pulled it out, inviting the next German woman, and then I realized that the washcloth was not disposable, but international, and she rubs everyone with her, maybe from the beginning of the season, without memory, I rushed to the room and washed up for about forty minutes. of course, I made a scandal, but I couldn’t achieve anything, they just offered to go for a free massage, but thank you. Now the restaurant is indoors, the lighting is very poor, you can’t see what you eat, it’s visible as intended, the food is not tasty for something tastier, you had to stand in line for a chicken barbecue, it took 30 minutes, and it turned out to be raw. There was an incident that they brought a tray of raw fish into the hall, they didn’t even cut it with a knife, they just forgot to eat it. there were no fruits at all, only watermelons, melons and cacti, there were dates twice. The servants are very impudent, they could even afford to say rush kaput. They lick. . . French Germans and we are third class. The pools are dirty at the bottom of a heap of sand. The beach is sandy, shallow but with poop of camels, horses. the sea is clean only in the morning in the evening it brought piles of garbage, glasses and bags of rags, toilet paper, etc. , they did not enter the water. many locals who could come to our territory, sit on sunbeds and relax in large companies, were pestered by junk merchants who also crawled freely between the sunbeds and believed that they could touch Russian vacationers, and in the evening they paid off with the guards themselves. The locals could come with big dogs; here the Germans could not stand it anymore and went to swear. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach at a fast pace but past a terrible fence and then along the lane between the hotels where one apparently has a garbage dump and the other has a shorter sewer, the smells of rot and shit escort you all the way to the beach. The promised delivery was constantly breaking down, but in fact they just saved money and went to the beach when it was necessary to take something to the bar. In two weeks, they only caught her a couple of times. The service, leaving on an excursion, ordered a lunchbox, they promised to make it the next day, I come and take out a roll of foil for me, it tears off two pieces and, like, I won’t type, those who travel will understand my indignation. Water was provided only one bottle per room per day and it's all inclusive! After my conversation with the guide, it turned out that you can take as much as you like, they referred to the language barrier. And the climax on the last day, in the morning I paid 50 dinars for the extension of the room at the reception, they didn’t give papers, they said everything is OK, live, after lunch the maid comes with surprise that we are in the room, after that a call from the reception that I have to pay for the room, I explain that I paid, knock at the door the main maid and I explain to her. This manager apparently put my money in his pocket and threw me a hemorrhoid. I want to say that I explain myself tolerably in English, otherwise I hardly managed to defend myself. The local population is extremely negative towards the Russians, they believe that we are all either prostitutes or drunks, all the consequences of this. . . I can say one thing about Tunisia, you can only go for a penny, taking something burning just to tick off what was there, I strongly advise you not to choose this country if this is your only vacation for the year, and of course another hotel because this is an insignificant part of that what happened to me there, I think that you need to respect yourself and spend your money where they respect and wait for us, and not where they wipe our feet on us. Have a nice rest in other places!

Airline Aviatrans - very, very economical. A sandwich with instant coffee, everything is very rumpled and poor, planes without branding. A trip for two for 7 nights / 7 days cost 1500u. e.

The hotel, of course, is not unique. It seems to be beautiful, two adult pools, one with slides, a third indoor pool (but empty), two children's pools, a mini club, some kind of animation there, such as golf (without clubs) and tennis (without rackets). We had a good room, overlooking the pool with slides, so we didn’t hear the disco until 12 at night, it goes around the pool without slides.

But either a pile of rubbish, or gobies with chewing gum in a palm tree, or the sink will become clogged, or the air conditioner will fail, and after two requests, no one came (+40, for a minute), someone's underpants hung all week outside the window on a palm tree.
An unpleasant boorish woman works at the reception, she speaks in official phrases, but there is hatred in every word. "No rooms. Yes, madam, I'm sorry, madam, that you arrived early in the morning and your one-and-a-half-year-old child has not been sleeping since 3 a. m. , but we have a check-in at one in the afternoon. There are no rooms. " Then he turns away and ignores all attempts to attract attention . And when my one-and-a-half-year-old child began to throw stones into the pool, smash the hotel and turn on the siren from fatigue, the room was immediately found. In a second! She almost jumped out of the counter with the key!

It is not possible to eat at the hotel after 21:00. Near the hotel too. We walked around the city, could not sit in the restaurant with the child and returned to the hotel. Dinner was already over, I asked where can we eat? It seems like there are 2 more a la carte restaurants (not working). Promised sandwiches at the bar. There were no sandwiches at the bar, they promised after 10 pm, but after insistent clarifications they admitted that they would not be.
There are only terrible eateries in the area. I had to buy chips across the street and eat them with beer.

The hotel is beautiful, but as if without an owner, some kind of restless.
The first time I was in an all inclusive, where there was nothing to eat. Standard lunch and dinner menu: one rubber cheese, one terrible sausage, one super-salted feta cheese, old beef, dry chicken, salted fish, stale salads from what was not eaten yesterday, rice and pasta, 1-2 soups. There are queues for pasta and potatoes, because they can somehow be eaten. Everything is surprisingly tasteless. Of the fruits, only watermelons and melons. I especially want to mention sweets. All oriental hotels have very tasty sweets and the end of the figure. But here these are three types of dry biscuits: white, dark and marble, a roll for 3 kopecks, a couple of empty puffs and one empty croissant. For several days in a row there was a kind of Napoleon from semolina and dry cakes. Queues everywhere.
Several times I ate with my hands, because there were no forks. Wine usually causes heartburn, beer is diluted. There is no alcohol on the beach, only powdered "juices" and local cola sprite. In general, if you are on a diet and are afraid not to restrain yourself - you are here. The main thing is not to eat, otherwise gastritis. Needless to say, we had nothing to feed the child. Supermarkets are open until 5 pm, and the assortment is there, as in a rural grocery store. No baby food was found. We found only milk, and even then not everywhere. Although in Ramadan they found beer almost from under the floor in the supermarket. We stood, touched non-alcoholic beer in the hall and sighed when the saleswoman noticed this and sent us to an internal closed room with alcohol.

The beach is small, there were no sunbeds at 8 in the morning. All week they sat with the child by the sea on the sand, and horses, camels and merchants walked on their feet. Horses and camels poop and their poop is everywhere. It is difficult to explain to a child that this is not sweets or plasticine.
Perhaps there are shits and merchants nearby, the smell evokes. The road to the beach is quite long, about 15 minutes walk along the fence on both sides and mountains of garbage, technical rooms of other hotels with unpleasant odors and noises. The train does not go to the beach regularly, so we usually went on foot, and the train was not always met.

The hotel is mostly French, some Germans, many Russians and Slavs, including Croatia, Poland, Slovenia. They don’t speak English very well, we managed with hands and pictures and the school course of the French husband.

They called to fix the air conditioner twice - OK, but they didn’t fix it, we ended up doing it ourselves. The sink is clogged - OK, but they didn’t pierce it, they pierced it themselves. They took a dollar from the bedside table, but they didn’t lay out swans and petals, they probably don’t know how. Wi-fi at the reception catches a radius of + -3 meters, and then with varying degrees of success. If all the chairs at the reception are occupied, then the Internet is working, if it's empty, then it's not there again.
My mobile connection from Kyivstar did not connect to any local operator, although in other countries one of the cards always caught stably.

Climate. I can hardly stand the heat, but here it is +40 and the truth is easily tolerated. A breeze from the sea and sometimes it even seems cool. But from 12 to 15 of course it was hot and it is better to sit in the shade in the pool or in the room. And here the hotel is good because it is a garden, and any sun lounger can be dragged into the shade of a palm or olive tree. However, the sun loungers near the pool, again, are always busy.

We arrived in Ramadan, there was only alcohol in the hotel, the discos were all closed, the tourist area of Yasmine was completely dead and empty, during the evening prayer the city was empty. All neighboring beaches of the hotels were completely empty.

The country is dirty, very dirty and poor. No one cleans up the mountains of garbage along the roads, although the same road to the beach could be cleaned up for the sake of their guests.
The beaches are clean not because they are cleaned, the cleaners just bury the garbage in the sand with a rake. I heard about Tunisia that they are civilized, a former French colony, do not stick on the streets and are safe. But the guide on the bus first of all told about a woman with a child who went to the pharmacy, and the chain was torn from her neck. We walked with a stroller and it was a little dumb, the locals are rather gloomy. Traders are clingy and say after sexual hints, although I'm not a tall blue-eyed blonde with micro-shorts and one, but an ordinary aunt and a child and a husband. They may have been decent before the Jasmine Revolution, but now they are worse than Egypt and Turkey.

We forgot my husband's phone in the room. They wrote and asked to be transferred to Kyiv with someone. No answer. The phone is an old smartphone, it’s not really a pity, the card was immediately made new, but the service seems to be on top.

In general, the country at one time. Went, put a cross and the second time will not pull.
We rested just fine, the sea, the sun, walks and good mood, no one canceled.
But if you find fault with the hotel and demand normal conditions for your money - then here it is.
