I agree with sigur62 there will be no problems, provided that you do not overstay your visa.

Then they were bought tickets in Russia and they flew home in a few days. The border guard really cannot know how you flew in or entered the country. They see the visa and control its expiry date. If everything is in order, fly home to your health.
