We always take e-books and a laptop with us - we read, watch movies and listen to music. My husband likes to sleep on the plane, I can't sleep well. You can buy a special pillow for travelers - they say it fixes the neck well and supports the head, and the Transaero gave out an eye patch. Have a nice trip!
