Thailand in September-October?
Tell me, please, does it make sense to fly to Thailand in September-October? I heard it's rainy season there. But I looked at the prices for tours, they attract me very much!) I wonder if it really rains around the clock and there is no way to relax?

Have been to Thailand many times in different seasons. We saw Potaya and Walkin Street flooded in October, and in another year at the same time there was almost no rain. Go and don't be afraid of anything, it's better to go to Potaya, it's more interesting there. I recommend Botany Beach Hotel, we like it!

That is why the prices are interesting. Mother nature is unpredictable. But the fact that there is a high probability of rains, showers and typhoons at this time is a fact. But it can get lucky .... although there are less chances.

As for me, I liked it most in Pattaya in October (it was in different seasons). There is no such exhausting heat, and since until November 01 there is still a low season and prices are "discount". I myself this year in September and food (I wanted in October, but at the hotel where I rest (Garden Sea View) the discount program is only until October 01).
But this is all about Pattaya, on the islands here many other guys wrote about the seasons and their features.

Thanks everyone for the replies!
Russ2209, the Garden Sea View Hotel is really cool, I looked at all the photos, read the reviews, I really liked it. Moreover, the husband wants to live in a bungalow, just what you need! Thank you!
I found information that in Pattaya it rains less often than in other regions and is short-lived.

I think you will like the bungalows in Garden Sea View. In Pattaya, the rains bring only pleasure - well, you will get under the downpour, and what ???!!! T-shirt and shorts will dry in half an hour, and inside you can warm up with local whiskey or rum.
And don't worry about flooded Pattaya during the rainy season. This is awesome fun - the main thing is to have time to make a photo, otherwise this "universal flood" will go down the drain 30 minutes after the end of the rain. These are not our cities with clogged storm drains.

I doubt that you have any idea what it is. Such water does not go away in half an hour. Of course, the pictures are cool. And we adore Thailand, but to be honest, when fountains over a meter high are coming out of the sewer, it's not great. In addition, boat trips on boats are very dangerous, but this is a special story. We almost died, thank God everything worked out!
