how hard is that? But what about at least a soup like chicken broth, very popular with Thais. Together with chicken costs 30 baht a portion. Also, kau pad kai is usually cooked without spices, everything is natural there: rice, chicken, tomato, egg. Kau pad kun (the same with shrimp), kau pad mu (with pork, if possible).
