5 or 4*
Tell me, please, is 4 * much worse than 5. We just heard that this can affect the quality of food and water. Is it so? ))

You don’t need food there, there will be none in the hotel, and there are so many things on the street and so cheap that rarely anyone goes to the hotel for breakfast. The water in the supermarket is cheap. You don't need a hotel in Pattaya. And if on the islands, then it won't hurt.

Threes are better in Thailand than fives in Turkey. The star rating is almost conditional, and it happens that everywhere information about the hotel that it is, for example, 4 stars, and you arrive and see that it is 5 *, or 3 * - and there it is 4 *. Water is standard bottled everywhere. Not Perrier, of course, but exactly the same will be in the supermarket, on excursions, etc. And certainly the quality of food does not depend on stardom - IMHO.

no, of course it's better than 5 *, and then comes KV, then Hennessy, then you can have some fun with Martelchik!

Lived in 4 * in Pattaya, a very good hotel. I really don't know what more you could wish for. It was definitely head and shoulders above the 4* in Sharm, slightly better than the 4* in Miami. Superb breakfasts.
Friends lived in Botany Beach 3 * - so also very personal. Better 4 * in Turkey will be.
