I saw good prices in the store which is located on Tanon Ratutithsongroipi street, if you go from the sea!! along Sawatdirak Rd street to the second line!!, turn left and cross the road, at a small distance (40-50m) from the intersection along Tanon Ratutithsongroipi street there is a glass shop there were good prices for latex. the store itself is 10-20 meters away from Tanon Ratutithsongroipi street, something like a platform separates it from the street ...

they deliver to the factories for free. At least you know exactly what you're buying. Actually, I bought a pillow and no one sleeps on it.

I bought a mattress and pillows in this store http://www.bez-posrednik.com/latex/magazin-naturalnogo-lateksa-ecolatex.html
They send the car for free to the hotel and then take it back. There is a Russian seller in the store who helped us choose pillows that are comfortable for the neck.

Most importantly, do not buy a mattress at a latex factory, where you will certainly be taken if you agree to a "free" sightseeing tour. Remember that free cheese is only in a mousetrap. We saw for ourselves that the prices there are twice as high as in ordinary stores in Phuket, but, of course, you don’t know this on the first day upon arrival. There are several shops selling latex, even on a small Kata Beach, I can’t tell you about other places, I think there are a lot of them. Walk, look, bargain and buy what you want.

At the factories, however, 100% latex, with certificates of conformity. And on the beaches of Chinese. Sleep sweat and breathe rubber

yes, the factory is more expensive, but where does cheap latex come from in stores? They don't give a 60% discount, do they? So it's a completely different product. And in general, I repeat, absolutely useless.

It seems to me, dear Dvesta, that you carry tourists on free excursions :-)
I was in the factory and in the shops, the same thing. Certificates in Thai, of course, are a very useful thing, they will give it at the factory and in the store on the coast. About the smell of rubber, this is quite an inflection, see what you take and no problems.
I understand that times are hard in the travel industry, people don’t waste money, but this site was created for this, so that people would receive objective information from other tourists, analyze everything themselves and make their own decisions. I personally always do this.

It has always been like this, and it has been repeatedly described on all forums - latex "in factories" is ONLY more expensive, but not better. Tourist attraction - sell a pillow for 100 bucks, which costs 30 in Tesco.

The factory is more expensive than in supermarkets (large ones all have such departments), but you still throw it away.

Latex is much more expensive to fake than it is to manufacture. Well, this is a natural material, here they are - trees grow! Therefore, in my opinion, it is impossible to run into a cheap fake. The factory prices are too high, even after discounts. We bought 3 different pillows in Phuket in a small "glass" shop on the main street (probably Kata beach) between Kata and Karon (on the right if you go to Karon), there was a Russian seller. We also looked in the shopping street towards the sea (a Kazakh sold there, it turned out to be more expensive). We've been using it for 3 years and we're happy with it. Mattresses, of course, were there too.

We have been sleeping on latex pillows for many years. Really like. The first was received as a gift, the second was ordered by mail from Thailand. Cost about $50 plus $20 shipping. I don’t quite imagine a latex mattress, but I would try it.

They take you for free, from the hotel to the factory and back, just say what you want. This is all over Thailand, not just Phuket. My wife and I once for 5 or 6 trips to Tai "broke through" and bought as many as 3 pillows in Phuket. (when buying two large ones, the third small one is a gift. Apparently, "sinhi" went over, kinder and said - oh, come on !!!... :-) All family members tried this miracle - 4 people. The verdict is general - they are uncomfortable. The big one turned out to be "great" - the head is too high. Small "small" - too low head. They spring too much. You could of course try to cut them lengthwise and pick up a comfortable height. But it seemed like too much. As a result, one was presented, and two lie gathering dust. In general, the whole magnificent Tai, in my opinion, suffers from the invasion of alien giveaways like the plague. The ancient, beautiful jungles are cut down, and in return, these ugly plantations, teeming with reptiles, fill everything ... All the yellow devil ..... :-)))

Everyone in Thailand knows that factories are EXPENSIVE, their price includes: your transfer, your guide and all intermediaries ...
And this is not the factory itself, but a store attached to it - why reduce the price in the store if a lot of people buy at this inflated price ...
And the factory is not one and the prices for products are different - some for tourists, others for Thai "wholesalers", that's where the cheap prices come from.
I have repeatedly seen pillows for an average of 1000 baht (in pharmacies, boutiques, supermarkets, etc.), when they were sold at the factory for 2500 baht)))
So think and choose.
P.S. I didn't notice any difference in quality.

I have been going to Phuket for many years. And I bought all latex gizmos only here. (about this store, by the way, it is written at the beginning of the branch. But it closed and moved to another smaller room)
The last time I came - I did not find them. I began to "dig" the Internet and .... I found both a brief description and a map "how to get there" here: http://gps-phuket.com/catalog/spec_markets/132/ The coupon here, by the way, is 10%.
The first pillow is already 4 years old. I wash once a year. And everything is fine. Doesn't crumble, doesn't shrink.
About the price of 1000 baht and below. Haven't tried it so I don't know. I know that LATEX pillows are different. There are with additives, there are without them. But everywhere they write that natural. Yes, natural, but mixed with all sorts of chemicals in half. At least where I buy, they are still like new. (already 4 years). And how much can you read on the Internet about how they begin to crumble in a year or two?
So, here's how lucky. I, I consider myself lucky.
