In Phuket, corals are only in the aquarium! For them you have to go to the islands, where you don’t travel much by car. And there are as many beaches as you like, read reviews about Kata and Karon.

Corals are in Egypt. 10-11 days is not much. 2 - 3 sea excursions, a reserve, an overview and a couple of days on the beach - I don’t see a special need to take a car, and even left-hand traffic.

Natali NN, there is hardly a flight from NN to Pattaya - there is a small airport, it rarely accepts international ones. Most likely, for tours to Pattaya, an arrival in Bangkok is carried out. So from Bangkok you can fly further wherever you like, it is not necessary to go to Pattaya. Or not to fly, but again, take a transfer.

Check with your anestia if they have Pattaya Samet or Pattaya Koh Chang tours. There are no normal corals directly in Phuket. It’s worth taking a car, you will be on the island - write, I’ll tell you where to go. There are corals only on the neighboring islands, so I recommend considering the Phuket vacation plus Phi Phi Don, hotels and a ferry to buy here on the spot, it's cheaper and easier.
