On July 22, there was no light in the hotel, cold and hot water, the sewerage did not work!!! ! We were forced to breathe shit all day! It was not possible to take an elementary shower after the sea, wash our hands, go up to the room. For a hotel of this level, this is unacceptable. Had it not been for this day, I would have given the hotel an excellent rating. Very nice, nice rooms, good service.
