Check-in was comfortable and without problems. The bungalow was located on the 2nd line from the beach, the room is comfortable, convenient, sets up for a good rest. Everything you need is in the room. The beach belongs to the hotel, a huge plus! ! Loungers in sufficient quantity. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm. Rabbits and exotic birds live on site. During the day, a baby elephant is walked along the beach to the delight of vacationers. Lush vegetation and amazing sculptures at every turn. The sea periodically leaves at low tide, but at this time there are pools. A cafe and a restaurant are also available, it is possible to order lunch and dinner in the room, breakfast is free. We are very satisfied with the hotel!
They lived in a bungalow. Almost no people were seen. Used to swim alone on the beach. The beach is your own, no one else comes. The sunbeds are always free.
Birds sing from morning to evening and at night too. Rest with all your heart.
The only loss of the hotel is the ebb and flow of the tides. You never guess what will happen. But you will see fish and squid if you swim with a mask.
The breakfast is amazing for all tastes. You want Thai food, you want European food. You definitely won't go hungry. Own bakery.
The staff is friendly, although they do not speak Russian. English understands.
How many vacations abroad I never thought that I would want to return to the hotel in which I had already rested. This hotel wanted. . .
Thanks to Tatyana, the tour operator Modakafe. travel LLC, who advised this hotel.
There are two restaurants on the territory of the hotel, in our opinion, the cuisine is good.
But, now about the unpleasant. The big surprise was the lack of water in the room. I won’t lie: not every day, but 7 days out of 12 that we spent there. And not even a whole day, but hours until 11 am, when water was urgently needed. So washing, taking a shower and just going to the toilet is a problem. In addition, the toilets at the reception were also closed and....saving the drowning is the work of the drowning themselves... What can I say? In response to complaints, the administration made surprised faces and expressed bewilderment: how, it can’t be! But this problem in the hotel is really serious!!
The celebration of the New Year left an unpleasant trace. When buying a tour to the hotel, we were forced to pay $ 270 each for a New Year's dinner. A good buffet was served, but....all drinks, including water, had to be paid extra and, of course, at restaurant prices. The cheapest champagne cost 8.000 baht (1.000 baht = $30). This is not the first time we have a New Year's holiday not at home, but this is the first time we have met such rednecks.
The hotel is located outside the village, there are no alternative cafes and restaurants nearby, there are no markets. Therefore, the prices in the hotel restaurants are still the same. Every day, 100 dollars will be spent on food, and this is at least for two.
In general, the holiday was a success. The weather was good, the sea was warm, interesting excursions, a lot of impressions. The hotel is really unique, very beautiful, quiet, calm. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Have a nice holiday, gentlemen!
We only had breakfast included, which we ate to satiety. In general, I ate breakfast only with fruits, and for half a day I had enough) Of course, men won’t get enough of this, they crushed all meat, bacon, ham, sausages)
The tides are really pronounced! Who cares, but it didn't bother us too much. If we could not go to the sea, then we swam in the pool. One of them is huge, with waterfalls, bridges, statues, but it is small enough that you cannot dive. The second pool is small, but deep, you can dive (we usually swam there at night, no people! )
One day we did not have electricity and water. We were warned about this in advance. It didn't cause us much discomfort. We went for a walk for the whole day to the town of Patong, which is a 15-minute drive from us. About Patong must be said separately! This is a small town, with a frantic rhythm and a bunch of tourists of varying degrees of intoxication))) It consists mainly of various tents with things, watches, wallets, etc. Local Thai sellers immediately figure out who you are by nationality and shout in pursuit: "Hey, Russian! ", "Come on, let's pour", and the favorite phrase "There is no market! " In the evening, the streets in Patong are blocked and debauchery begins with transsexuals, gays and prostitutes.
We also had dinner in Patong. We really liked the Savoey restaurant. There are only tourists, clean, comfortable and excellent food! I advise!
And on 22 in the morning they turned off the light, hot and cold water, sewerage.
Who does not represent, to that I envy!! ! The stench of excrement is colossal, there is nowhere to wash your hands! As promised, at 18 o'clock the electricity was not turned on. From 18-30 pitch darkness on the territory of the hotel. The result is spent nerves, mood, health, and plus money for a paid evening tour. do not go up to the villa. The transfer came and I was in a bathing suit and pareo.
We hope to be compensated.
In spite of everything, I want to note the reception staff Russian Olga and Taechka Oh. The girls always came to the rescue. It's a shame for Olya, so much dirt was written about her, but in my opinion she can't engage in extortion, the wrong person.
You need to understand that she is an employee of the hotel !! ! and not travel agencies, so all questions should be decided by the guide, not Olya.
She also fulfills the orders of the owner, who pays her a salary for good work, and she tries to solve all domestic problems quickly. Thank you Olechka!
