Breakfast is good and varied. The service is excellent, cleaning without remarks, tips were not taken ...The bathroom is quite tolerable, although the bathroom itself is not only a shower, but at least it is behind a partition, and not with a curtain, as is often the case. Towels were changed regularly every day.
Iron on request, very convenient, they asked once to bring along with the board, so we stayed until the end of the holiday)))
Safe is free in the room. Umbrellas on request at the reception.
Internet is paid - the only negative. Although no, another minus is poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. This was acutely felt when a billion dollar diligence from China was settled in the hotel, it is terribly noisy, before that we were the only disturbers of peace and quiet))
There is no territory as such, the hotel is made in the shape of the letter P, inside there is a small clean pool. The sunbeds are excellent, not cheap, there are whole beds with stoles))) When you check in, be sure to ask for a room overlooking the pool.
Our rooms were booked as standard, but upon check-in it turned out that the tour operator had mistakenly indicated one bed instead of two. Without the help of a guide, we calmly solved this problem at the reception, and they gave us several rooms to choose from (but they didn’t suit us - either a view of the road, or the lanes with wires ...As a result, we were upgraded for free))).
In general, the hotel is quite new, clean, with plasmas (unless, of course, someone needs televisions in Thailand). What pleased us was the DVD player, we listened to music bought in Thailand)))
What can I say in general about holidays in Phuket - we always stop at Patong, despite the fact that Russians do not like it.
Karon and Kata are like Russian villages. We compatriots tried to avoid.
The beach in Patong, when it is dirty, when it is clean, we have never been there during the day anyway, but it is very suitable for evening walks.
Swimming and sunbathing went to Surin - a great beach. By taxi or tuk-tuk, at least 300 baht one way, so whoever is not afraid, I advise you to take a bike for 200 baht per day, the freedom of movement is worth it))))
Toward evening we returned to Patong - to the center of clubs and parties)))
Of the clubs, not bad are Banana (though it happens that there are a lot of Russians) and Seduction (the best club in Patong). If you go to Seduction, be sure to go up to Blow, the atmosphere there is amazing)))
As for food - Patong has the most expensive cafes and restaurants and cooks worse than Katya or Karon ...But you can find places that will become your favorite)))
As for excursions - do not be afraid to take them in street kiosks, the main thing is to clarify the program of excursions.
Tour operators simply intimidate tourists when they say that it is dangerous. They themselves resell the same excursions 3 times more expensive.
