If for you, as well as for us, it is important not only the location of the hotel and the comfort of the rooms and the view from the window, then I advise you to initially book the Deluxe room category and not Superior, there are fewer of them, but from all the rooms there is a view of the garden or partially of the sea , and in Superior there is a chance that they will give you a room with access to the road or to the wall. If you only need a room to spend the night, then it doesn’t matter, the rooms themselves and the service are good in any category. We were put into a room with a partial sea view, and ahead of schedule. I'll describe the number a little. . At the entrance there is a mini-fridge in it upon arrival for only two bottles: water, beer, cola, sprite, soda, but this is paid. Complimentary tea and coffee set and two half-liter bottles of water every day. Then there are only one pluses: the first line, your sunbeds are almost on the beach itself, you can lie on a sun lounger on the lawn or near the pool, and two steps to the sea. There is a large pool, but not deep, although we did not need it, but you might be interested. Pool bar, drinks are not expensive and delicious. Right next to the hotel, everything your heart desires: a profitable exchange office, several pharmacies, cafes and restaurants can not be counted, shops, markets, massage parlors, well, in general, real Tai, and grace, greenery and silence in the hotel. The prices are not expensive, there are a lot of seafood and fruits, clothes, trinkets and other trifles. The breakfasts are hearty and quite varied. Omelettes with any additives, fruits, rice, noodles, many Thai dishes, cereals, pastries and more. It's hard to stay hungry, I don't understand those who complain. We took only breakfast at the hotel, but often ordered dinner in the room. They brought it quickly, it turned out to be more expensive, but the very fact of having dinner in the room, almost a honeymoon))). Breakfast is very varied with local and European cuisine. There is everything from cheeses and fruits, to several types of meat and soups. Good assortment of fruits every day, excellent pastries. Breakfasts are such that you can't get bored. You can eat both indoors and outdoors, and this is another significant plus. The hotel is wonderful in every way, we are absolutely delighted.

Almost all rooms in the hotel have been renovated. We lived in just such a room on the first floor with its own access to the pool, just a fairy tale. Cleaning is good, their sun loungers on the terrace. But you need to take care of the mosquito repellent in advance, and then there are no problems at all. With a strong desire, you can not leave the hotel at all, if someone likes seal rest. There is also an excellent pool bar, and very tasty lunches and themed dinners at reasonable prices. This hotel was chosen for us by a travel agent with whom we cooperated for the first time, but this cooperation grew into complete delight on our part. My husband and I are very picky clients, but even he was able to please us in every detail and every moment, so we can safely recommend his services. We always book hotels only for breakfast, because here it is simply impossible not to eat at local restaurants with their variety. In recent years, we have become very addicted to local cuisine, and we hardly eat in Russian cafes and restaurants, it is better to have dinner at the hotel. We usually move away from the hotel, where the prices are lower and the food is more extravagant. I really liked the Two Chefs restaurant and especially its smoked salmon dish served with garlic and tomatoes. All dishes on the grill are simply amazingly cooked there, we often went to dinner there. The breakfasts at the hotel are very good. There is also a variety of meat and fish, a very large selection of fruits, a lot of vegetable salads, cheese and several Thai dishes, and this is not counting eggs in any form and pastries. There is variety and not boring. Servicing is a solid 4. Everything is never perfect, but for the price we paid for the hotel, it's very good. If questions arose, we turned to the girl Lisa, she always tried to help for any reason, but this is only in the daytime. We strongly recommend the hotel and will definitely return here again, although we do not often stay at the same hotel for the second time.

But when I began to inspect the room and unpack things, I almost burst into tears, what happened to this once wonderful hotel ...Such a stench emanated from the laundry boxes that it was time to run out of the room, I wiped the boxes, but it was useless - the stench was in all room. Having laid out the clothes, she opened the windows and drawers, in the hope that it would be ventilated, but all the clothes began to stink as well. The furniture is all shabby, the walls in the bathroom are moldy, the bathtub is rusty, the ceiling is shabby. I went to express my dissatisfaction at the reception, they came sprinkled with freshener - but the stench did not disappear.
And at night it’s even more fun - I got up out of need, and from under my feet a cockroach from a matchbox ! ! This was the last straw! In the morning I took the cockroach to the administrator and categorically demanded to change the room - they changed it! A little better and without the terrible stench. All clothes had to be rinsed and aired, it was not possible to put them on. The first time we were in this hotel, it was buried in orchids and greenery - now it is shabby, dusty, dirty. It is unfortunate that a good and expensive hotel has been brought to such a state.
A little about the excursions: We were terribly unlucky with the weather, it was constantly drizzling with wind, we practically did not see the sun. On excursions we got wet, froze, caught a cold. Our tour operator Biblio Globus did not take care of the tourists on the first excursions, we could have brought raincoats with us, then we bought them.
The worst and most expensive excursion was “a trip on a HYPE sailing catamaran”, I will attach a photo of where and in what conditions we were taken for 8000 rubles. A metal stool on which you had to sit the whole trip, jumping over the waves - in the photo. They brought us to the garbage island, where there is nothing to look at, only garbage - do not take this excursion for anything. I still do not recommend the “cultural historical show SiamNiramid” - it sucks compared to the “Phuket Fantasea Park”. I am a very positive person, I think that on vacation you need to take everything positively, but these moments about which I wrote spoil the mood and impression of the vacation. Breakfast at the hotel is good, a rich variety of fruits, which could not but rejoice. There were always several types of meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables and excellent Thai dishes on the buffet. On request, personally hot scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with various fillings were fried. Potatoes, rice, in various variations. So you are unlikely to go hungry. I was also very struck by the beauty of the hotel lobby. Thai-style transparent sculptures that rose to the height of the second floor. A very beautiful place for photos.
