We lived in room 910 overlooking the bay, beds, bedside tables, the lamp on the bedside table shines in the ceiling, you can’t read in bed, TV with 1 Russian channel, safe, for some reason one chair. The room was cleaned, the air conditioner worked fine, it was even cool in the morning, as they immediately set it to the lowest possible temperature, and so as not to blow on the sleeping ones, the air conditioner grill turned in the other direction. Refrigerator without a bar (and not needed) is rather weak, 2 bottles (0.33) of water for free. I am satisfied with the breakfasts, given that at home in the mornings only coffee, maybe with a sandwich, then in the hotel there is a glutton, you can always choose how to amuse the stomach, of course, if you have not been fed since childhood. The hotel serves mainly Russian speakers, so in the vicinity of the pharmacy, the Russian language shops are few and far between.

Patong - the city and the beach where the hotel is located, three parallel long streets (about 3 km) along the coast with shops, restaurants, cafes, massage parlors. The farther from the sea and the city center (Jungle Ceylon shopping center and Bangla Road), the cheaper it is and vice versa. On the third street construction and repair work. Tropics, humidity, spilled water blooms quickly, and if it is also with waste, it turns sour.
The beach is like a beach, they were on it only 1 time, the day after arrival, the water in the sea does not cool, it is outrageously warm. The sun is very insidious, constantly in a haze, so you don’t feel when the skin is burned and your meat starts to fry. Tourists who have suffered from the insidiousness of the sun meet regularly, so sunbathing is very careful with a protective cream, after 3-4 days of adaptation, read - only in the shade. Sun cream is sold in any pharmacy, any degree of protection from 200 baht and beyond, depending on the volume and protection, I tried to buy at home, in advance, I didn’t find anything, it’s not the season.
Excursions. A stone's throw from the hotel, a couple of tour operators working with Russians, we chose "Hot Vacations". We took everything we wanted at once for 27.000, you can bargain a little, so an overgrown child (above me) was paid in some places at the children's rate, as a bonus they gave free tickets to the show in Simon cabaret, they also gave a sightseeing tour, but there was no time , flew away.

Rafting, elephants, bungee, quads - I advise, but I would replace the bungee with extra time on a quad (adult 2300, children under 1.1800).

Moving to the island of Phi Phi Don, swimming on the reef with a snorkel, the fish are fed, they are not afraid of people, beauty. If you don’t know how to swim, you take a life jacket from the boat for everyone, including children, and swim. Evening and overnight on the island of Phi Phi Don. Overnight dinner, breakfast buffet at the hotel on the island. Several people, including us, slept in bungalows, beach houses, a little more than a double bed, with air conditioning, a shower toilet in an annex with walls and a roof of mats. The soundproofing is minimal, but the noise of the holidaymakers did not interfere, but the birds woke up at dawn, it dawns around 7 in the morning. The rest slept in 2-storey hotel buildings. It is worth visiting the observation deck at the highest point of the island before dinner, after sunset there is a fire show, very high skill of the guys, a good program, there are several sites with shows.
