The walls are in some kind of stains, the floors are not washed, hair is lying everywhere, the toilet lid has probably never been washed with detergents, but only wiped with a cloth. it was with traces of deposited plaque, the air conditioner air intake hung so ominously over the bed, the furniture was old.
We looked at what to do, went to ask to change the room, but alas, there are no available rooms, and as it turned out when booking, it was necessary to specify somewhere that we need a room in another building, although they mostly accommodate those who are four or more, there are more the area of rooms and, accordingly, more beds. It turns out that the hotel has 7 buildings, 1 - 4 are old, 5 - 7 are new, and everything is fine there. We have a Delux room, and the new Delux has a family room - that's the difference. We call our tour operator, back home, she also throws up her hands, says that when booking there were no options to choose from, that this is a hotel scam. Will try to come up with something while you move in. Naturally, in the future, she did not decide anything.
At the reception, we were offered an option by paying an additional 1000-1500 baht / day and they will move us to a new building. We politely declined. Please at least clean up. A girl comes, fumbles with a dry rag and that's it. I go down again and ask you to get out. We went looking for something to eat. Yes, they cleaned up a little better, the wife said: “to hell with them, I’ll wash everything myself, ” and that’s it. A couple of days later we were offered another room in building 1, looked - radish horseradish is not sweeter. We remain in our room 2302.
The whole rest, the wife herself wiped the floors after they were cleaned (I was lucky with my wife, not a white hand).
I wrote above that the walls are stained! How did it happen! Everything is very simple, went to bed and started! But not what you think, no. Mosquitoes! Apparently, it was their remains on the walls left by previous guests, and I started hunting for them. In general, in the first week of rest, we were very well bitten by these creatures, and we were not alone, the legs of most of the guests looked the same - speckled. Mosquitoes were everywhere, in the evening you can’t sit by the pool, you wave your hands every now and then. And lo and behold, a week later they did the processing of the territory, beauty sleep even on the street. After, until the end of the rest, there were no mosquitoes, if only stray ones.
Conder - somewhere on the third day he began to drip, but so well that during the night he flooded the bed on which our daughter was supposed to sleep. However, she decided to sleep with us and it saved her. Please do. We left, in the evening I ask - have you done it? "Well, look, if it continues to run, tell us. " Of course, we turn it on, everything is fine, and in the morning the picture repeats. In general, for three days I asked to do it. On the fourth by the hand led, showed.
The master came and dismantled the entire conder. The conder is packed in the ceiling, we only saw the air duct, so there was ice frozen there, as if at the north pole. In general, they also filled it with freon, and this bad car began to give out such a frost !!!! ! And there is no way to reduce it. You turn it off completely and after 20 minutes there is nothing to breathe. It is useless to change the direction of the air flow, it still sucks on the bed, no matter how you spin. Well, we are Russians! (I'm not a nationalist, it just seemed to me that this expression is relevant here. I'm Russian, I live in Kazakhstan and I'm proud of it) They just covered the air ducts with paper, changing the direction of the flow to the sides. Such an exit!
About the rooms and their location
There are rooms on the first floor with access to the pool. Sounds cool and looks nice. But there is one BUT, (in the whole review I express only my opinion). Buildings 3.4 and 5 have such rooms. Buildings 3.4 stand opposite the restaurant where everyone has breakfast, there this part of the territory is fenced off with greenery and you swim and no one is there, as a rule, except for yourself, silence. As if it were your own pool, you bought it and immediately go into your room without unnecessary gestures. The windows of building 5 overlook "your" pool and a common one, with a slide for children, sunbeds and a bunch of people. By the way, there are 4 swimming pools in the hotel, there is enough space for everyone. If you are with small children, on the one hand it is convenient like everything is under the windows, but think about it - you won’t open the doors to the terrace - the child will definitely climb into the water. Yes, there are fences and a door that closes, well, I think this will not make you calmer. Secondly, both during the day and in the evening there are children in the pool, in which there is a beautiful slide, in short, it is noisy. The windows of buildings 5 and 7 overlook the same pools with children and even in the evening, until late, there is organized dinner on the site between the pools with music and live performance. Sitting by the water in the evening, listening to music, drinking a glass is one thing, but when you can’t rest from this noise at home, it’s hard for me.
You can have a very good breakfast in the morning. Buffet, a lot of salads, fruits, there is some kind of soup, main courses, sausages, cheese, etc. You won't be left hungry. Not bad coffee is brewed, but I expected that it would be tastier. Picky. Don't expect seafood for breakfast, we never had them. But in the evening in a restaurant, but to the music. At the restaurant, the menu is scheduled by day, on some day meat, on some seafood.
By the way, the prices in the hotel restaurant are quite affordable. Ate there several times. You choose the main course, and the salads are buffet style. Alcohol for a fee. The choice of salads is not large (4 - 5 pcs), and if they run out, they bring it for a very long time (well, it was with us). In general, the food is not bad.
Since we are talking about the evening restaurant!! ! Everything was fine, and the weather and the desire to eat, we decided not to go to street cafes, but to sit quietly listening to music, drinking local Chang beer. My girls ordered barbecue, and I decided to fuck off and ordered Grilled Squid. All this is prepared here on the street, on the coals. We ate a good barbecue, it was the turn of the magic squid. At first I tried more fried tentacles, well, it seems you can eat, I started to taste his meat, but it smells and is not fried. In short, he was rotten!!!!!!!!!! ! I called the waiter, gave me a sniff, he ran away with my squid, gives the cook something to joke about, runs to me and shows the bill, saying that I exclude him from the bill. Dinner was disappointing. There is also a man from the next table, and the tables are close to each other. “Listen, I immediately smelled it as soon as they brought it to you” ? . That's how it happens.
Hotel area
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, everything is clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the toilet, which is public, on the territory. It just shone with cleanliness and newness. In the aisle from the counter towards the buildings, there are aquariums, very beautiful.

Wi-Fi - works throughout the hotel. The speed is average, but enough to communicate with loved ones.
The pools, in my opinion, are also clean, but they smell of bleach, where without it. And yes, you have to be careful when you enter the central pool, which is with a slide, the coating there is so rough that you can easily scratch your feet, this remark probably applies more to children, because. they don't look down.
Animation
Enjoyed the playroom. It is not big, there is an animator and the animator works, performs its function. Russian-speaking girls are engaged with children. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to leave without parental supervision, everything is logical. In the evening, from 19 o'clock, children are shown a cartoon in Russian on the big screen in the cinema hall. They give out free popcorn. Before taking popcorn, children treat their hands with a disinfectant, which is also located there. Class. The children stay to watch the cartoon, and the animator goes to work in the restaurant. Explains clearly what is on the menu and how to cook. Actually acts as a translator between us and the kitchen.
The hotel itself is not bad in my opinion. You leave the hotel, go straight 70 meters along the alley to the main street, turn left there, go around the famous fence and you are on the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a calm step, with your mouth open. By the way, in this lane, as soon as you crossed the barrier from the hotel, ice cream is made on the right. The cheapest we have seen, and the taste and technology is no different, it costs 70 baht. In the same lane you can find what to eat, both from the local and from the European menu.

Prices - I certainly miser! But maybe someone will explain the pricing of seafood in a country that is located on the ocean. How can seafood cost the same as in the interior of the continent. Yes, they are here piping hot, just caught and alive, noooo.
In general, despite not a big upset at the beginning, we were satisfied with the hotel. Will we choose it next time? Probably not, we are used to the hotel being, well, quite near the coast, so that we wouldn’t have to walk at all. Time and budget will put everything in its place.

We called the administrator and then I WAS A SHOCK - SHE TELLS ME THAT THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE ROOMS AND THEY CANNOT RESET US ANYWHERE. I HAVE A QUESTION: HOW DO THEY HAVE NO SPARE NUMBERS FOR ANY CASE. I'm going downstairs to deal with this situation, as I was politely sent on the phone and told that the administrator needed to work and hung up. Okay, we turned a blind eye to this, because we did not want to spoil the mood. Bought excursions, returned late.
There was also a moment with lunch boxes - it really surprised us. We had an early excursion, I went to order two lunch boxes in advance for the morning. Always ordered, never had a problem. And here the same person, called the administrator, says that they have lunch boxes only for those who buy excursions.
At the local guide (we had a Pegasus), I again ask a question about the boxes, in response I get the dumbest expression on my face and arrogant communication. FUCK JUST. . .
