You can almost reach it by hand. So you can’t sit on the balcony, you can’t open it, noise, and most importantly dust. The request to change the room was a categorical refusal. We called the operator Biblio Globus. Get help, you have to pay 200 dollars. And this is so with an expensive tour. My husband, seeing my condition, paid extra. We went into the room, the light went out. Turns out it was a construction accident. . And this means: the air conditioner does not work, there is a sauna in the room, you can’t drink coffee, the phone is dead, the TV does not show, you can’t iron your clothes to go out. It's been going on for 3 hours now. Vacation mood ruined.

The room had everything you needed: a comfortable soft bed, comfortable pillows, a large LCD TV, individual air conditioning with a timer, many sockets, a free safe, a small refrigerator, a kettle. But there is no tea and coffee, only bring drinking water. The room has a flashlight, an umbrella and even an ironing board - never needed : -). There were no beach bags. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, while a strong smell of tobacco smoke constantly went from the air conditioning system to the room, as if everyone was smoking inside, so I don’t advise. The bathroom fixtures are new and everything works. Rooms can be with shower or bath. We had a shower.
The cleaning was normal, they wiped the floor, changed the water, made the bed. There were no insects in the room.
The pool is good, clean, you can lie down near it, you can go to the beach. Beach towels are issued and changed by the pool.
Breakfast is varied: fried rice with meat, pasta, broths, scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, ham, yogurt, pastries. Various fruits cut into pieces.
WiFi in the rooms is free but not very stable, that is, it is not.
Kamala beach is 2 km long, 15 meters wide. The bay itself is beautiful, we really liked its view. Along the beach there are many pines and palm trees that provide shade in the morning. Local guys offer to ride jet skis, parachutes, etc. , but it's expensive.
The disadvantage of the beach is that the sea here is still dirty. Not that very strongly, but nevertheless. Firstly, the fine sand present here raises a muddy suspension near the shore, you need to swim about 20-30 meters. Cleaner sea - after high tide. At low tide, it gets more muddy, you need to move away from the shore by 50 meters. But in front of the hotel you can perfectly sit on free sunbeds. Everything is comfortable here, there is a pool and a shower.
There is absolutely no infrastructure near the hotel, except for a stall on the beach across with fruit, beer and other drinks. But, by the way, what else is needed on the beach : -) All life is concentrated on the south side of the beach. There are cafes, trade stalls, a 7-11 store, such as a supermarket, clothes, an exchanger.
In addition to everything else, my husband and I went to the islands, it's a thrill! Such beauty there, the sea is transparent even at a depth. In Phuket we went to evening shows and not only "for adults" ; -), but also to the informative and colorful Siam Niramid about the history of Thailand. Everything is inexpensive and profitable with discounts, because. several programs were taken. Take from local companies, it is better both in terms of prices and quality than operators, there is experience for comparison.
