Stayed in the FAMILY ROOM. The room is big. All new. Wonderful bathroom. All plumbing is brand new. Hot water without limits! Especially all this was very positively perceived after the Samui C grade. The room naturally has everything you need: a safe, a TV, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, a table, chairs, ... A very large balcony with a table and two comfortable chairs. Clothes dryer on the balcony. Amazing views of the city and the ocean from the balcony!
Next to our building, i. e. swimming pool on the third level of the hotel. Good sunbeds and umbrellas. The view from the pool is also on the city and the ocean. Yes, beach towels are not by the pool, but in the room. Very wonderful. Elegant, very thick and soft. Not worn or washed out, which is very nice.
The breakfast is very varied, especially against the backdrop of the Samui trio. Very varied and tasty.
However, please note that the hotel is far enough away from the beach and the sea. Probably a kilometer and a half, maybe even more. And it is on a very steep mountain. So steep that not every vehicle can drive into it (mountain). Thus, downhill to the sea, and back is probably a bit hard on foot. I am probably writing because I myself did not go on foot. Upon arrival, we immediately rented a moped. Tuk tuks go to the beaches from the hotel according to the schedule. To Karon for free, to Katu for a fee. The schedule of this transport will be given to you in a Russian-language memo upon check-in. Since we did not use this transport, I can’t say anything more detailed about it. Those who are accustomed to "beach hotels" may not like the location of the hotel and its distance from the beach. We were simply delighted.
By the way, a wonderful Russian-speaking girl Olesya works at the reception. Many thanks to her for her help. When you check in, everything is standard - a deposit of 100 USD or a card.
Yes Wi-Fi of course. Reception password.
Right in front of the hotel car and bike rentals. I made a copy of the passport at the reception. Rent from 200 baht per day. The longer the lease term, the lower the cost. Since we rented for only two days, we paid 450 baht. We got a brand new bike, with only 2.000 km of mileage. True, when renting, they take a fairly large deposit - 100 USD or 3.000 baht (in Pattaya, the deposit is only 1.000 baht). His (deposit) was naturally returned to us when the bike was returned.
Filled the bank on small automatic columns. Very comfortably. You insert a bill from 20 to 100 baht and refuel. And this device also talks to you! True in Thai, of course. If, by analogy with Danelia's film, then a sort of "lucky column" from which "they took out the woman and put the machine gun in. " Of course, they are more expensive than at large gas stations, but cheaper than from roadside bottles. Stationary gas stations come across much less frequently than in Pattaya or Koh Samui.
In a word, we really liked the hotel. If we are in Phuket again, we will definitely stop there.
We can also say the most positive reviews about the tour operator Biblioglobus and the carrier Transaero.
