It doesn't matter where you get it. Choose from street agencies by price and convenient dates and times of departure. There are those where there will be a Russian escort, it’s more expensive there, there are without one, it’s cheaper there. IMHO on natural excursions why do you need a guide with the language?
Great trip to Krabi.
The Similans may still be open, depending on the weather, we got to them in May.
Phi Phi Islands.

Found on the Internet, learned from the reviews. The employee brought vouchers to the hotel, claims against the company - 0. Guides - Russian, prices - the cheapest!!!

We highly recommend! Similans (super!!! But look how the season is, because it is long and depends on the sea), Pee-pee (beautiful), James Bond Islands (compared to the previous ones - the most modest, but really like in a movie!)

Excursions must be purchased from Thai agencies. My wife and I saved at least 1000 baht on one excursion compared to Russian dealers (Matryoshka, Treasure Island, Marusya, Kalinka, etc.). I’m generally silent about tour operators - Pegasus, for example, has prices 3 times higher. For example, we bought an excursion to the Khao Sok reserve for 1800 from the nose. The Russians have 2300-2800, the Pegasus has 5400. We took it at the Lada agency (the right turn before the roundabout to Patong, 15 meters from the intersection). There, the Thai woman knows very little Russian (I don’t care, but my wife had to ask around). A Russian guide from Thais costs an extra hundred baht, but there is little sense from them (at least from those that came across to us).
