Thank you all so much for your help. I have not yet been to Thailand and therefore it is important for me to know everything. In general, I am an unpretentious person and, in terms of the comfort of the rooms, it is unprincipled. My husband and I have no desire to sit in a hotel. green, small and so that everything is relatively nearby. I don’t like large, multi-storey hotels. I would prefer a hotel with a very green area, with 2 storey buildings, and preferably with a bungalow. Park, read the reviews. Great! Beauty! Birds sing, green, the territory is small. Here's one thing that doesn't suit me very much, the sea across the road. I suppose that the hotel is noisy because of the cars.

A lot of hotels in Pattaya are located across the road from the beach. This is a feature of the city. The exceptions are a place just south of the center - expensive Royal Cliff is located there, as well as quite budget (but high-rise!) Adriatic, Pattaya Park and Cozy Beach.
High-rise hotels have another advantage - a gorgeous view of the ocean from a balcony of some 15-20th floor. =)))

I was in Natural Park. It's not noisy at all. The beauty is that there is only the Reception near the road. and the rooms themselves are a little deeper in the territory of a beautiful garden, where instead of the noise of cars, in the morning you will wake up to the singing of birds and the sound of water with which the locals water the plants)))))
