we went through Susanin 1 time ourselves (February-March) and sent friends once (April). We monitored the prices for booking hotels on different websites, Susanin's was cheaper by 10-15 percent. We also booked all transfers. There were no problems! Invoice, vouchers were received almost instantly. We paid by bank transfer - everything went perfectly. We were met as expected, taken to the hotel, then to another, then back to the airport - minute by minute, without delay. With hotels, too, everything is clear .. so we plan to go again through Susanin in September - the prices are still cheaper (already checked) :)

We went through them in December 2011 (on the advice of friends) with a family (3 people). We lived: 5 days - Pattaya, 6 days - Koh Chang, 6 days - Koh Mak, 4 days - BC. There have never been any breakdowns, hitches, everything is very clear and on time. All the phones that are listed are working. Even at night, one question arose and they answered. If we had gone on our own, of course we would not have disappeared, but with Susanin it was calmer, and therefore more comfortable. By the way, I think it's cheaper.
