Dear experts, which island to visit for snorkeling and what to see. We are going to Pattaya in June-July. Another question: is it worth taking the Sea Adventures excursion, based on the above goal (snorkelling) or just going to the islands? I agree with andreyvip. The sea is empty. The nearest diving and snorkeling sites are Koh Tao near Koh Samui and diving sites near Chumpon, where people also usually swim with Tao.

I was in Pattaya in November 2009 at the Pattaya Park Hotel. The hotel is fully consistent with its 3 *. The sea is nearby and strangely clean. You can safely take this hotel and you will not regret it. but I used it only once, when I was on a boat trip with fishing, visiting the island of monkeys and some other island, we dived there, the water is very clean, at the bottom everything is dotted with sea urchins, the beauty is indescribable.
