My husband and I got to the Bally High pier by tuk-tuk (this is the one in front of Wolking Street). And right there you will see Thais darting everywhere on motorbikes. If you do not want to bathe especially the first time. . . then call such a rider to you (just look in their direction and they themselves will drive up to you). Here they will take you to the desired ferry and there for 150 baht you will purchase round-trip tickets to the beach you need. I advise you to go to the island of Tien. . it is very good there and mostly Europeans and Thais themselves rest there. That's when you give the ticket money, then just say "Tien" and already on the ferry they will stick a square sticker of bright red color on you (the beach with an orange sticker is also good). In no case do not advise to go to the "green beach". Mostly Indians, Arabs, etc. rest there. And they say that the beach is not very clean. Here, the travel time is somewhere around 20-25 minutes. I advise you to visit the island of lovers, it’s generally forgettable, the island is uninhabited, they don’t live on it, they bring 10 people by boat, they have lunch there, and in the evening they take it away, there is no cafe there, it’s generally deserted, clear water, a lot of fish, corals, and there is still a place , where there are huge stones, as from the Bounty advertisement, it's worth it, believe me, there is untouched nature.
