I would also recommend you SEA BREEZE JOMTIEN RESORT3* It is not big, but cozy. The location in relation to transport is very good, tuk-tuks run right next to the hotel. Immediately at the exit of the hotel there is a small cafe in a very Thai style. The food is always fresh and expertly prepared. The prices are small. There is also a 7-11 store nearby, which is also not unimportant.
GRAND JOMTIEN PALACE HOTEL is the same, but somehow it is neglected, dirty and there really are a lot of Chinese.
