A condominium is a single complex of real estate, including a land plot within the established boundaries and a residential building located on it, other real estate objects in which separate parts intended for residential or other purposes (shops, salon, sports club, bar ....), are owned by citizens, in this case it is like renting apartments for rent. This is more budgetary, but does not mean that it is bad, I myself am looking at similar options for the future in order to save on housing and have more finances for excursions. Perhaps the condo is brand new and therefore there are no reviews, there are so many of them in Pattaya that it is simply not realistic to review everything in my opinion.

everything is correct. This is a condo. Located in the Naklua street area, on the Wongamat beach. New. Not all sold yet. Tuk-tuks are far away, as well as not expensive food. But you can walk to Naklua and everything is there. And what's the difference what hotel in Pattaya? You will not live in it, but go on excursions. Otherwise, why go to Pattaya?

thanks a lot for the clarification!! but it is very important for us which hotel it is - we are traveling with a child, which means that from time to time we will have to rest in the hotel, which is why we are primarily interested in the hotel itself and the infrastructure .....)))
