everything is correct. This is a condo. Located in the Naklua street area, on the Wongamat beach. New. Not all sold yet. Tuk-tuks are far away, as well as not expensive food. But you can walk to Naklua and everything is there. And what's the difference what hotel in Pattaya? You will not live in it, but go on excursions. Otherwise, why go to Pattaya?
