If you are focusing on a beach holiday, then it’s better to look at hotels on the islands, in Pattaya the sea is very dirty, except for the Jomtien area, but I would choose an island with a small child, and the sea is cleaner and there are fewer people. Maybe in some hotels there are children's rooms and playgrounds, but I didn’t notice those in triplets. It is in Turkey and Egypt that such things are a necessary attribute of every hotel, but not in Thailand. Look for example at Koh Chang in the Klong Prao beach area, a nice clean beach, few people close to a small market and markets, Klong Prao Resort 3 * inexpensive hotel on this beach.

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll look into this hotel! For the first time we are flying to Thailand, I want the kids to have something to do in the hotel even during bad weather (suddenly !!!). I read reviews, I already realized that it is cleaner on the islands, but the price tag of what TO offers us is a little high, we are flying four! so we are looking for a budget option.

When choosing, pay attention to the number of hotels on the beach, where the beaches are not separated by fences and you can freely walk along all the beaches and territories of any hotels. But there are also very remote hotels, so to speak, loners, this is also not very good, next to such hotels there is neither a market nor inexpensive cafes, and there are additional costs for transport to inhabited areas.

try to calculate the tour without a tour operator. Here in Thailand, everything is not expensive. The main thing is to find tickets. I'll help you with the rest. And then you will be able to manage your own hotels and days of stay in them. In Pattaya there is a very good children's play center where you can leave your child at least for the whole day for only 100 baht. We ourselves often leave our daughter there when she is not at school and go to work. There is something to do there. In case of any questions, the animators call you.

Rested in Pattaya in 2009 at the Pattaya Park Hotel 3 *. The hotel is good. Corresponds to its stars. Inexpensive. Located on the first line next to the sea, somewhere 100 meters from the sea. The hotel has two buildings, the second building is even closer to the sea. Access to the beach in front of the hotel. The beach is there in my city, I don’t know for sure, but this does not affect its quality in any way, it is clean, well-groomed. Sun loungers, umbrellas are paid. There is no mass influx of tourists. There are always empty seats and a lot. I rested during the season, in November. The hotel is located somewhere in 3 - 4 km. from the center of Pattaya and therefore the sea is clean there. If you want to swim in the sea, then I do not advise you to take a hotel in the center. The sea is dirty there. I don’t know for sure if the hotel has a children’s room, maybe there is, the hotel is very large. The hotel in front of the beach definitely has a fenced paid water park, but it's not very "cool". This hotel is perfect for families with children.. From this hotel to the center there are no problems, on the minibus "tuk-tuk" 10 baht. There are other hotels near this hotel, you can see their location on the map.
