The hotel itself is not bad, good design. Tuk-tuks go right under the hotel, it is very easy to get anywhere in the city. Bella Express is located further from the sea, near Pattaya Klang (central Pattaya). In principle, the accommodation is also not bad, but it is in the depths of the city.
