I just returned a week ago from Turkey, I was carrying a laptop in the original bag for it. I didn’t put it on the tape, I just put the bag and that’s it. And I didn’t put it together with everything else in hand luggage - it went separately. In addition, I still had a capacious bag. we went as a family, two children, two laptops (so that there would be no war!), two cameras, they just put them on tape during the inspection. no restrictions, I personally take only a book, glasses, medicines with me on the plane. if we fly to a warm country in winter - a bag for winter things to pack even when boarding the plane.

There are no restrictions for leaving Russia on a Russian carrier (and I assume that when flying to Thailand it will be Transaero or Aeroflot), you can safely carry a laptop in hand luggage (a special sticker will be hung on it), plus a handbag is generally declared as hand luggage is not subject, you can safely put a fotik in it and there will be no problems!
