I stayed with my family in this terrible hotel in May 2014. Settled in the first building, with a swimming pool. Valuables were kept in a safe, as stated in the memo at the reception. On the day of departure, it turned out that we were robbed, money was stolen from the safe. As it turned out, they robbed not only us, but 5 more rooms! And three days before us, from another room, a laptop was stolen from a bag! The Russian owners of the hotel (Svetlana Plotnikova and her son Jan) do not make contact. Brazen and self-confident people feel their impunity. The police, in this case, did nothing to help us. From verified sources it turned out that theft in this hotel has been flourishing for 1.5-2 years!! ! If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't stay at this hotel, or carry all your valuables with you.
