Picked randomly and mostly because of the location. Checked in after 2pm. The Thai at the reception fully understands Russian, there were no conflicts. The rooms are quite decent, there is no balcony, we lived on the 5th floor. sea view is very lateral. Wifi is normal free at the reception. There is a sign at the hotel... I don’t understand why there is no photo of her anywhere? Were in Welcome Jomtien, Jomtien Palm Beach and I can say that the Boutique is quite a normal hotel... some kind of cozy family.
