In order:
1) The location is very convenient - the middle of Jomtien, the beach is cleaner than in the center, and there are fewer people. The beach is 100 meters away.
2) On the street where the hotel is located, there are a lot of eateries, restaurants, cafes - there is where to eat) in the hotel itself, on the first floor there is a wonderful restaurant.
3) The hotel has Russian managers, and this is a huge plus, believe me. They will always prompt, tell, help, and this is definitely necessary for our tourist.
4) Price and service - a good ratio, I was satisfied with everything.
5) Breakfasts - I heard repeatedly that breakfasts are meager, I was very surprised at this - this is breakfast! Fried rice, eggs, bacon ham, toast, salads, soups, fruits - is that not enough? ? Well, then I have my own understanding of breakfast.

6) The rooms are quite interesting - everything you need is there, a large refrigerator, an iron and a board, air conditioning, a kettle, a shower, a safe and, of course, a large bed) Clean well, bed linen and towels are clean.
7) Check-in and check-out - arrived early at 6-00, were at the hotel at 10-00, settled without problems, and I was worried that I would have to wait until two. With the eviction, the same story, only on the contrary, they were taken away at 16-00, and the eviction at 14-00. I approached the administrator and asked, they solved it without problems.
8) Swimming pool and sauna (sauna in Thailand! ) - the pool may be small, and there are not 300 rooms, I always had a place.
9) Very friendly staff - they smile, although they do not understand what you are saying to them (in Russian)))).
