the hotel is not bad, but it is on 3rd street and there are no tuk tuks. But you can walk to the intersection with the southern street (less than a kilometer) and take a tuk-tuk there. True, this tuk-tuk can be reached without transfers only to the second street and to get to another part of the city you need a transfer. If you walk another 300 meters from the intersection, you can walk to Tuk Kom. Near the tuk-com there is a Thai market with products and good Thai cafes. Supermarkets Lotas and Big C are not very close. You have to take a tuk tuk. If I were offered these two hotels, I would choose Green Park - the area is larger and the pool is larger, in Sunshine there is a very small area and there is nothing to pool.
