Well, in order, the cards from the room allow you to get only to your floor, this excludes theft and the staggering of not very sober tourists)). . The room is huge, I booked a Junior Famely Suite, two rooms / I’m attaching a photo / everything is new in the room, every day soap and water, tea and coffee, and every evening a couple of cookies or a strawberry in chocolate, such a compliment from the hotel)) Nothing special, but nice) . Of course, the windows with a panoramic view of Pattaya are amazing, and from the balcony the evening Pattaya is like on the lodoni. The hotel has free internet, the speed is of course average, but it's enough to look at the mail. Two Russian channels, NTV world, and Russia. In the evening, you can eat not far from the hotel on Naklua Beach, in a French confectionery, and if you go further, then a wonderful macaroni, fried shorts, meatballs, steaks.... and pickled cucumbers. This wonderful traveling lunch is run by a Thai woman, a German husband, and two charming daughters). Generally tasty. But if you go in the opposite direction, on the second road, opposite Tiffany there are food stalls, everything is cooked in front of you, everything is delicious) the prices have risen a little, but it's everywhere. In general, this year Pattaya is empty, there are no crowds of Russian speakers, in stores sellers hang on you, buy at least something. I changed the currency in yellow Chinese exchangers, they have the most favorable exchange rate - the ruble for 1000 rubles. -420-480 baht, dollar for 100-32.30-32.60 baht, and euro 100-36.30-36.90 baht. In all the rest, the course is frankly not happy. This is for the period from January 5 to February 4. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for a comfortable stay. Well, the sad news is that Thai Airways has stopped flights to Moscow from March 25th. It's like communicating with a dumb person, he seems to be "mumbling" something, but nothing is clear. A girl Irina works at the reception in the hotel, only thanks to her you will be able to learn at least something. But unfortunately it does not work every day, so when you meet, find out as much as possible all the necessary information. The hotel's beach is just awful, a solid shell rock, you can't go into the water without shoes. Although I don’t want to go into such water, I went in up to my ankles, my legs are no longer visible. So draw a conclusion about the purity of the water in the sea. For 12 days of stay at the hotel in the sea (with the exception of the islands) did not swim. The pool at first glance is clean (there are only two of them, not enough for five stars), but at times they observed a "film" on the surface. The hotel mainly rests Russians, Chinese and quite a few Germans. Eating at the hotel is expensive compared to the price tag in the city. The main Radius restaurant, where breakfast is served, offers an absolutely monotonous menu at a price three times more expensive than in the nearest cafes. There is a Chinese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. There you can order any dish of Chinese cuisine just three times more expensive. On the 25th floor there is a spa with a heavenly price tag. On the territory of Pattaya, there are many spa and massage salons where you will be offered various packages of services for a very reasonable price, from standard massage to various exotic procedures. I advise everyone to go to the Savannah salon (right next to the dolphins) where the cost of a massage is from 200 baht to 1000 baht. They offer a wide range of cosmetic services. Manicure and pedicure will cost you only 350 baht together. Getting from the hotel to the dolphins is easy, go outside, there is always a guy (porter) there to say "golf cart to the dolphins", and you will be taken to the dolphins absolutely free of charge. Having a local SIM card, type in the reception number into the phone. You can call a "golf car" from dolphins by phone, but here you can't do without powerful English, no one will understand you in Russian. Three minutes of waiting and you will be picked up and taken to the hotel. All this is free. No one will deduct this from the deposit. As for the numbers. Quite spacious, sea view. But housekeeping promises to be desired. The bed was changed only once in 12 days. The air conditioning in the room worked like a tractor, it was impossible to sleep. If you don’t hand over clothes to the laundry (also for a crazy price tag), but wash them yourself, then there is nowhere to dry them. There is no dryer or ropes. There are two chairs on the balcony, so they were hung with drying linen from the beginning to the end. The rooms are non-smoking. At least smoke on the balcony, but you must first warn the staff and only after that they will bring you an ashtray. You can also smoke by the pool, but only on the left side, non-smokers rest on the right. The room has a safe, a kettle, a TV, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a bag for the beach, an umbrella (one, don’t care that the room is for three) of the free only bottled water (non-carbonated, soda is already for money, and not small), everything that costs in refrigerator as well for the "grandmother". By the pool there is a bar where you can prepare any cocktail (I took it, they cook well, but a little expensive), sun loungers, umbrellas, towels - everything is free. We had a good rest, but the second time I will not return to this hotel. Clearly not up to five stars. I would compare it to a three star hotel no more. For those who want to relax in five stars with really good service and atmosphere, I advise you to choose another hotel. If your pocket does not allow you to better take three stars, you will not lose anything. My rating for this hotel is 6 out of 10.

A free electro car runs from the hotel to Dolphin (fantan). You can call from the dolphin to the hotel, it is very convenient when you arrive tired. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. 2 pools are good. Live music in the evenings. Saturday buffet. We did not regret that we chose it. Have a good rest for everyone.

The hotel has a wonderful girl Irina, who will always help if any question arises, for which many thanks to her. Construction work is still underway on the territory, but they in no way interfered with our rest. At the time of our stay, the second pool was not yet ready, the beach was not ennobled. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the central streets where tuk-tuks go, the hotel provides golf cart services (from 6 to 22 hours), which will take you to the fountain with dolphins for free and pick you up from there, you just need to call the reception and ask for a car to be sent for you. When leaving, there were no problems with the return of the deposit, the same banknotes were returned. In general, the hotel is very good, if there is an opportunity we will come to it again without hesitation, I recommend it to everyone!
