The only negative is the sleep at 14.00, and we arrived at 6-7 in the morning.
The territory of the hotel is a huge botanical and tropical garden. Everything is immersed in greenery, a lot of artificial waterfalls and reservoirs with live fish.
The advantage of this hotel is that it is located some distance from the noise and din of Pattaya itself. More
Hotel: Royal Cliff Beach Resort 5 * huge green area... with large pools, very helpful staff, excellent food. Upon check-in, you must leave a deposit depending on the building (we had $ 300 - they give it when checking out) Our room was very chic with a view partially of the hotel and the sea (drinks, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, paste, shampoos in the room , gels, etc. ) + fruits and flowers… in general, everything is very, very nice… The only negative of the hotel is the expensive prices in the bar… everything else is 5+…. We only included breakfast… (I advise you to take dinner as well)… =)
Meals: for breakfast we took a light soup with shrimp and rice....scrambled eggs... donuts with condensed milk... and others....fruits were very exotic... but preference was given to pineapples and watermelons... =)... additionally ordered sushi and rolls in one of the restaurants (if who loves be sure to take....yummy is incredible).
City:... to catch a city transport "tuk-tuk"....from the hotel is simply unrealistic... therefore, I advise everyone who wants to go to the city to pre-register at the reception of any of the buildings for a certain time for a free bus... it takes up to three shopping centers to the city center and back)... in my opinion, the best of them is the center of the festival (there is still a cafe where you can eat a buffet for only 300 rubles)... Be sure to visit Walking Street in the city (so to speak - the exotic of Thailand).
Travel: we took them in about a day or two....so that we could also relax at the hotel.
1) First we visited Bangkok…the incredible palace of the emperor…. the tallest building…the oceanarium…interesting…informative and not at all tiring.
2) A trip to the River Kwai (Kwei) brought a lot of positive....riding elephants....spending the night in a hotel on the river....romance....+ open-air night disco... Separate MEGA thanks to the guide Stas....educated, cheerful... huge respect to him and respect... The trip lasts 2 days....and on the second day in the morning, if you wish, you can either sail on a raft... or jump into the water and go with the flow... and then do not be afraid and jump into the water... a lot of positive emotions....after you are collected again on a raft and visit waterfalls…+ feeding monkeys…uhhhhhh =))).
3) We visited Mini Siam - my personal opinion... interesting and boring... we separated from the group and climbed everywhere ourselves....and made fun....so somehow more fun....I will attach a photo to the review.
4) I really liked the trip to the island of Koh Chang... and not even the island itself and the hotel....(although undoubtedly they did too)....and the second day on the island and traveling by sea on boats....to more distant islands =)))) )
5) Park nung night... oh, forgive me flower lovers... for nerds....boring for young people....the only thing I liked was launching rice lanterns into the sky after dinner)....like in the cartoon Rapunzel - cute and romantic =))))) ))
Oh yes....if you really miss Russian food (and I just missed it terribly... because everything is spicy... I don’t like terribly salty and sour)....then be sure to visit the Luna cafe... (not far from the Royal Cliff hotel....near the hotel Kozy Beach)…. owner…. nice Ukrainian man…. what a yummy…we even came up with a name for the Olivier salad “that makes you cry”…. everything is so homemade and tasty…mmmmm…. and not very expensive.
We bought beer and other necessary goods in 7elevan supermarkets....they are everywhere in the city and not far from the hotel.
Well, I can’t remember everything at once... if you have any questions, write....I will definitely answer... and successful and positive travels for you =) Your Tanya =)
