It is located in the south of the resort, on the 1st line, right by the sea, there are sunbeds from the hotel on the beach. Tk is the south of Pattaya, the beach is much cleaner than the central one.
Accommodation is offered in small two-story buildings and separate one-story villas.
We lived in a villa, the room was excellent - new, beautiful, stylish, everything worked, cleaned daily.
We dined several times at the restaurant at the hotel, and several times in the evening we went to the center of Pattaya. Prices in the center of the resort, of course, are lower. To the center by taxi - 25 minutes.
The hotel is in a fairly secluded area, so be prepared to entertain yourself. From entertainment: go to the center for dinner, shopping, shemale show, Waukeen Street. The hotel is very quiet in the evenings. Therefore, for entertainment - in the center. A taxi costs about 500-600 baht.
We were in Thailand for the first time and if we have the most favorable reviews about this exotic country, then all this is thanks to our hotel. We chose it for a long time, shoveled all the Internet reviews (by the way, almost all of them were of an enthusiastic nature, but this caused "vague doubts" : -)! ) it gets dark in February (or always? ) already at 18:00, then it will be difficult to go to Pattaya... Already on the spot, having plunged into the resort languor, we went out to the city 2-3 times, but the nightly entertainment did not attract too much, but the hotel was very pleasant and the days remaining before departure, I counted with increasing regret... But, I'll start from the very beginning, from the settlement.
Apparently, we were lucky from the very beginning, because, instead of paid accommodation in a "garden boutique", we settled in a garden villa with a jacuzzi (the difference in money is simply colossal! ) What the administration was guided by, they didn’t really explain to us: it was hotel overbooked , then problems with electricity, then the arrival of a VIP, and it doesn’t matter... Of course, there was a “fly in the ointment” in this - for 2 days we had to move to the neighboring Sunset Park hotel (also in an excellent room with a view on the sea), but, on the other hand, we received compensation in the form of 2 free dinners and 2 massages upon returning back! with its spaciousness, convenience and thoughtfulness - everything is done so that a vacationer tired of work can relax, forget, throw off the burden of problems and merge with the "wild", beautiful nature: starting from sanitary facilities, which were unobtrusively complemented by tropical plants, white pebbles, scented candles and even some representatives of the fauna (frogs and geckos! ) and, ending with cozy lighting, a comfortable bed (just huge, covered with the whitest linen), a bunch of napkins and towels, a coffee machine and a stereo system, which came with a romantic music! Just a dream and a fairy tale! : -)
The hotel area is quite large, there is where to walk, read a book, play ping-pong, feed the fish and squirrels. As for the beach: clean sand, a sufficient number of soft sun loungers, tall palm trees, an excellent entrance to the water compared to the same Sunset, where the husband cut his heel on the reefs... Of course, it happens that rubbish is nailed, but, again, compared to the city beaches of Pattaya are just nonsense, so the sea is clean, you can and should swim! : -)
Meals at the hotel. The breakfasts are good, not as plentiful as in Turkey, but there is everything you need: eggs, cereals, rolls, fruits, yoghurts, our son praised the milk, a sufficient selection of hot dishes such as pasta with sauce, potatoes, sausages, pancakes, etc. d. We ate mainly at the hotel, at lunchtime we took a light lunch in the form of sandwiches (huge! ) And local beer, and for our son a milk shake (about 700-800 baht), dinner was already more expensive (1700 for three with alcohol, portions are not huge, but they cook quickly, serve quickly, nice music plays, including jazz! ) We went to dinner at cafes on the beach (to the left! ) - they are modest, but cheap, the portions are huge, everything is delicious - and fried rice, and shrimp, and Tom Yum... Thai ensemble plays, local dogs run around, it's interesting to watch others, everything is very decent, but it's a little far to go, and your feet will be in the sand... : -) my DR hotel, my husband ordered a table by the sea, a cake, champagne (1500 baht), flowers... )))) Everything was very romantic and only for us... The singer sang "Happy birthday! ", everyone who was me clap, it was nice to feel like a Hollywood heroine! : -)
Now, probably, about the spa... We went 3 times, everything was at a good level, very helpful girls, quality massage, I did scrubbing - also good and fragrant. The paid procedure cost us $100. for a couple, we received the remaining 2 massages as a gift (Thai classic for 90 minutes each).
The public in the hotel. Elderly German couples, Chinese families with children and elderly parents, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians... Everyone behaves as expected, at 22:00 the hotel really dies out. You can’t bring your own alcohol to the restaurant, but you can in Sunset! : -)
Cleaning. Above all praise. While we were at breakfast, the room was usually already cleaned, I also handed over clothes to the laundry (after sea fishing), up to linen - it cost about 600 baht. They gave everyone a tip - the maids and waiters, they were all very friendly. And, finally, the day of departure and check-out about readiness for which both the guides and the site warned us... I must admit that this "sad fate" did not bypass us, when the bus to the airport is at full speed, and at this time you have some bad problems at the reception (by the way, there are no Russian speakers there, rely only on yourself, well, and on your guide, maybe)... The case, as many have already written here, turned out to be in the notorious mini-bar, they charged us nothing less than 5.000 baht for it... But we were ready for this, collected checks, calculated expenses and made a preliminary calculation the day before, so you couldn’t turn us off so easily and the truth was on our side, although it was rather strange to watch how quite adequate receptionists suddenly turned into bad actresses from a "burnt theater" for 20 minutes! : -)
Good luck, have a nice rest, but be on the lookout for check-out! ))))
My husband and I were in this magnificent hotel for the first time…. and I consider it my direct duty to unsubscribe about my impressions, because when choosing a hotel, I was mainly guided by the reviews of already experienced, as they say, tourists !!!!!
I can say for us…. . I liked it!!!!!
For the first time we were in Thailand itself……. We went through Pegasus!! ! I think we were very lucky, the organization of our vacation (at least everything that depended on the tour operator) went off with a bang!
We flew to Bangkok! Met clearly, brought clearly, on the trail. day guide Natalia drove up to us ...told everything .........we bought a lot of excursions, which also went well!!!!!!
Sea Sand Sun Resort and Spa 4 * is the latest on the coastline!!! ! Therefore, for our entire 14-day vacation, I did not see a single merchant on the beach! )))) But no, an elderly woman came with pearls, whom the guards quickly drove away from the beach itself, but everyone who wanted to buy pearls could do it outside of it.
As such the most private (hotel) beach, not a single hotel in Pattaya has, but nevertheless the territorial zones are respected, not a single left wishing to come ......after all, this is not a city beach ...
And as for the city beaches - it's a nightmare, and there are hotels that are adjacent to just such ……. Guys, it's terrible, you can't go through, you can't breathe)))) dirt, homeless people, in general - disgusting))))) it's better to pay extra money, save on something else and choose a better hotel!
So……. Arriving at the hotel...we gasped))) incredible beauty)))))) greenery all around, murmuring birds, croaking frogs, small lizards (consider tame), a chic pool (which, by the way, is illuminated at night, if you really ask for security, and not until 11 pm as they wrote in some reviews)…. . I chose the Boutique Garden room – this is a separate bungalow, not very large…. . with one large bed, with panoramic windows, with its own mini-garden and outdoor shower……..
In the room, a mini plate of fruit was prepared for us ..... the Russian channel was turned on ..... )))))))))))) and by the way, the room was cleaned daily perfectly, we left the girls 20-30 baht in general, all the little things in the wallet))))))
As for the beach itself, there are no complaints at all, it was cleaned several times a day, they didn’t even allow a cork from drinking water ..... here there are not enough sun loungers, sometimes it happened that there wasn’t enough, you had to get up early and borrow .......
Breakfasts at the hotel are normal: there are always a lot of fresh fruits, meat, chicken, potatoes, juices to choose from, milk, muesli, you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs with a filling of your choice, a lot of vegetables, pastries for tea of various types)))))
No entertainment at the hotel! In the evenings we went to the restaurant at the hotel - there was live music, a couple of singers from the Philippines with a great voice ......a view of the Gulf of Thailand with illuminated palm trees - romance !!!!!
The prices in the restaurant are the same as in an ordinary Moscow restaurant ...and in general ..... before traveling to Thailand, I read in the reviews that everything is so cheap there, the food is generally a penny ....all this is nonsense, the prices there are ordinary ......you should not open your ears, the Thais have long understood how they can make money - Pattaya is a tourist area - and the prices there are rather big - for tourists !!!
If you go to the beach, go to the left for 300 meters, climb the road along a small wooden creaky staircase))))) ....and through it there will be a local eatery . . …. there you can eat freshly prepared fish, shrimp, salads. Drink Thai whiskey (from which my head is cracking in the morning - at least for me), cheap Thai beer (for our 0.7 l - 70 rubles), but as my husband said - very tasty)))) The prices are minimal)))
As for excursions - amazing, I especially liked the two-day excursion to the River Kwai ......we stayed at the hotel on the water, without electricity (complete horror), visited various gardens, and . . rafted in vests along the River Kwai for 30 minutes ...here That was great! Recomend for everybody!!!
We also went to 3 islands: g ....o Complete, with the same success you can lie on your “hotel” beach, only tourists from the City Beach are probably going crazy from these excursions, ....Yes, there is gorgeous sand ......the water is cleaner and no more, you should not waste your time, money and effort on this .....
Several times I went from a tour operator to the Spa - salon, one of the best in Pattaya ...this is gorgeous, I recommend it to both boys and girls !!!! ! 3-hour procedures will lead to the edge of bliss………the body is treated by specialists who practice in Tibet, who know the secrets of acupressure)))))) (WITHOUT INTIMA!! ! ) various types of oils, scrubs and face masks! ))
But what we were really lucky with was the New Year party!!!
The celebration of the New Year 2010 fell on our stay there!!!!
The evening began at 7 o'clock ……. the chic decoration of the restaurant itself, around the pool…. We got a table for two)) near the pool in front of the stage!!!!
They immediately handed over gifts - crackers, masks, necklaces made of shells))) a trifle, but nice!
The holiday was until 2 am, after 12 the disco began (they sang funny American songs in their Thai style)
There was a buffet - chic, I am a lover of everything fish and raw, I came off to the fullest .......sashimi of various fish, fresh oysters on ice in unlimited quantities, a huge selection of desserts, however, for my husband, NOT a fan of all of the above, the choice was not so hot: almost the same as for breakfast: chicken, meat, potatoes!!!!! ! There was no normal alcohol, I had to buy extra to taste !!!
The program itself was interesting and fun, which is important for holidays of this format! ))))))
So that's it…. . To everyone who gathers in this wonderful hotel, I wish you a great holiday and I think that you will not regret your choice!
In general, the most important thing is the inner mood ......more positive !!! ! All thoughts materialize!

The hotel is really far from the center of Pattaya, about 25 km, but getting there is not a problem. You can order a car from the reception (a chic Tayota will arrive) and you will be taken to the center in 15 minutes and for 500 baht. You can get there in half an hour for 20 baht on a tuk-tuk, a very colorful and original type of minibus, I only advise you to go on a blue tuk-tuk, it will bring you to the center to the Butch Road and Walken Street area, if you take a white tuk- you will have to transfer to the blue one or hire it as a taxi. Getting back is also not a problem. None of the tuk-tuk or taxi drivers grab their heads and don’t raise prices, but they won’t take you for less than 600 baht, by the way, they don’t ask for more.
We have been on many excursions, not only on the Kwai River, but next time I will definitely go there. A very interesting excursion to Koh Chang with a speedboat trip. I also advise you to go there for a walk in the jungle on elephants with their bathing. A lot of impressions.
Another piece of advice, if local merchants or girls will give someone, just tell them "Meu" (something like our "fuck off") they will not be offended, but they will not bother anymore either.
About prices. Of course, they are acceptable for our tourists, but this applies only to local consumer goods. You can't buy good imported things in Thailand for free. If you have a rest at the end of the tour and in Bangkok, I do not advise you to save money to skimp there, in Pattaya the prices are almost the same. Well, in the shopping center of Bangkok Siam Faragon, prices are the same as in boutiques in Kyiv and Moscow.
For men, I advise the local beer Singa and Leo, it costs 2 times cheaper than European and tastes much better. It is better to buy products and alcohol in large hypermarkets, the prices are quite acceptable. By the way, we often brought alcohol with us to the restaurant, paid a fine of 500 baht and drank calmly, it turned out cheaper than buying alcohol in a restaurant (no cheaper than 1000 baht). I do not recommend using the mini bar in the room. Prices "bite". I strongly advise you to eat at street vendors, very tasty and very cheap, and by the way, as all the guides assured us, it is extremely safe. Save lots of money.
Next time I will go only to the sea sand sun hotel and all his advice. Bye. See you in Thailand. Valera. Donetsk.
