So. I bought the tour from Pegasus (early booking). We flew with Nord Wind. After the plane crash that happened a month before our departure, the nerves were in good shape. Flight delay - 1 hour (not critical). I want to say - the pilots are Gods !!! ! Thank them! The flight went well. I was met at Bangkok Airport, escorted to the bus, handed out local SIM cards (one per family), brought to the hotel. The road took 2 hours, I don’t remember.
We were the last to arrive at the hotel. There are a few stern-looking taikas at the front desk. only the suitcase bearers smiled. They entered our data, gave us a key, cards for food, took a deposit - 500 baht. All this took place with an unhappy expression on our faces. Well, God be with them.
The room was given on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and the neighboring hotel. Our room had two balconies. The room itself is large: one huge bed, TV, sofa, mini-kitchen. Bathroom: sink, toilet, bath.

Breakfast was at a nearby hotel. OOO I liked it. Everything is delicious! Large selection of dishes. Well, it's really delicious!
Bella Villa guests could use the swimming pool of the neighboring hotel. It is larger and the sun visited it more often))) But there are always a lot of people there and we swam in a small one. There is also a sauna and a "gym" (with one exercise bike, which had to be booked a week in advance) - we did not use these services.
the beach is close to the hotel. frightened with dirty water and so on....Everything is fine! I like it. True, entry into the sea is not so hot - stones. gotta be careful. I really regret that I spent little time at sea (almost excursions every day). and the sea is not dirtier than in Turkey (Alanya for example).
The biggest plus of this hotel is its location! very often went on foot for any distance and to shopping centers. Food and drink - heaps! at every step!
Excursions were bought from Coconut Travel. Super guys! top notch service! I did not expect this from a street agency. In the office, when choosing, they will give you tea and candy and feed you. They always called and let you know when they were coming. during excursions - water, dry rations, wet wipes... competitions were arranged with prizes. we won a pineapple on one excursion. in general, great memories of them and their work.
what else to say about the hotel? cleaned every day. The floors were washed, the bed linen was changed, clean towels - daily. Wifi is weak. if you log in from two devices at the same time, nothing will work. The girls at the reception are always dissatisfied and angry. But thank God, our communication with them was reduced to a minimum. They only understand Thai. The Pegasus guide loses all interest in you if you do not buy excursions.
Outcome. We were very satisfied with our vacation. hotel is a place to stay. we all liked it. Thailand is a wonderful country. We will return to this paradise as soon as possible.
